Me and my son visited this place. Prices are fare and the different jerky's made it worth the travel. The owner is a free spirited person willing to let you sample away.

Found this gem on Google looking for local beef jerky and did not disappoint. This is a small shop and where it is made. Christian, the owner, was very generous with his time and showed us around including taking us back where the magic happens. The samples were generous and mostly everything was delicious. I will definitely be back for more!!

You will not believe this place or its product ! It all started when I found a sample of the paper thin CRISPY jerky. The wafer thin crunch immediately initiated the journey to find more. My partner in crime and I drove out to Baker & Barstow to seek this texture, and every jerky shop within a hundred miles before we finally realized- there was NOTHING LIKE IT ! Once we found the name of the company, we couldn't believe it had been in town the whole time!It certainly felt like we struck gold. We were enthusiastically greeted by the owner of the operation, who gave us a tour of the sparkling clean facility like we had just won a golden ticket ! In the heart of the Las Vegas valley, there is a team innovating jerky, into something that is unlike anything else you've ever tried. Gas stations, grocery stores, and even other so-called boutique jerky companies are selling low quality, over priced trash, this isn't just beef jerky, its meat candy ! There's traditional style chewy jerky with a buttery feathery pull, but the CRISPY jerky is where the money is. Crunchy, melt in your mouth goodness. I left with arms full of bags. My favorites are definitely the honey BBQ which, tastes what a Lays BBQ chip wishes it could be. And the Ponzu Sriracha with gorgeous umami and a low heat.The Spicy Teriyaki glaze candied jerky should come with an addictive substance disclaimer. Its insane how something could taste so good. I swear its flavor changes a you savor it. It's indescribable and deserves an experience.As tempted as I was to eat it all, ( and i seriously could have,) I recognized it as something so good, it MUST be shared. I made sure that everyone I could give to, got a little bag of this incredible meat so they can start the hunt for it themselves. Thank you for sharing the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow we were chasing. We will definitely be back, again and again. :)

I bought doggie treats from these really nice people during a Craft Festival at The Retreat at Mt Charleston. My dog is the world's pickiest eater you'll ever meet! But he loves the Doggie Treats that I brought home. I was really impressed by the quality of the jerkey's they made! My friend bought 5 different kinds to take on a trip. I can highly recommend this company and their jeskey!!

There product is second to none . This is the best beef jerky I have ever had , I been eating beef jerky for over 60 years . I have been ordering it from mail order for over a year . And amazing service on every order . Looking forward to stopping bye this summer when I come to visit Las Vegas .

My wife purchased 3 different packs of beef jerky from a local fair for $25. 2 of them are inedible. They are rock hard. Batch numbers 3504221 and 3504223. A 3rd pack with an older batch number and sooner expiration was better but still obviously not fresh and soft 2703221. Seriously this crap can break your teeth!

Had some time to spare today and popped in since my jerky stash was running low. I've been a fan of this jerky for a while, having gotten it from tool trucks, cowboy Christmas, and the other location that was previously open. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and talking with him. Not only does he make some of the best jerky, he is also an incredibly nice guy. Thanks for taking the time to talk with me and show me around! I'll certainly be back once I need more jerky!

Best jerky in town by far!!!! he let us tour the factory and it was really unique. I must do next time I'm in Las Vegas.

Avalon beef, jerky is the absolute best beef jerky I've ever tasted. The flavors are unique, and the texture is so delicate. So for me Kabli bbq, Sriracha ponzu are not to be missed and my daughters favorite are lemon pepper and pipi Kailua. As for my husband he's and OG original guy! Get yourself some ASAP!
