I discovered this store when I was staying at the Park MGM recently and really like the fragrance in the lobby. I was trying to find out what the scent was and google search led me here. While I couldn't find the specific scent for the Park MGM, I was able to discover several scents I like including Empire and Pacific Breeze. The service was amazing and I ended up purchasing the diffusers, room spray, and refill oil. When I got home, I discovered one of the item was the wrong scent and since I don't live near there, I wasn't sure what to do to get it exchanged. I emailed them and they responded promptly and went above and beyond to fix the issue and get my correct item to me. I ended up signing up for the monthly refill subscription. I find the quality of the scent is a lot better than the cheaper diffusers I bought at places like HomeGoods or TJ Maxx, so it's worth the money. Also, it's pet friendly and have not triggered any allergy issue for anyone at home. A lot of the bad ratings here seem to be related to their machine, but I want to note that you can use the oil in other diffuser machines. I bought one on Amazon and it worked perfectly.

There are knock offs and "celebrity endorsed" brands out there but this is the real deal when it comes to high quality, hand made aromatherapy. Their selection is top-notch, and the quality is unmatched. I wanted to love this place but unfortunately they've fallen short on multiple occasions. I ordered from them in September and they said the order would be to me in a week. I waited with no communication. I emailed and was told that the product would be in early the next week.(10/7) I waited another week before email and didn't receive any response as of (10/11) so I waited an additional 17 days and emailed two more times. I ended up going to the store today and asking for a refund. Three people scrambled to come up with excuses as to why I didn't get an email back, but when I stated I had had waited weeks for a response, they pulled up my emails and just stared at each other. They then try to say "oh the product is coming in today" no thank you. That is not how to handle the situation....

Came in to get something for a commercial space + the home. Left with 4 units total! The staff was very sweet and accommodating! They even stayed open longer so that we could make our selections. They let me sniff everything I wanted to and explained how the machines worked.The space is super cute and I'm so happy I found this local spot! Can't wait for our space to small like Bellagio !!

This place was so cool! I went in to get myself a birthday present. I was so excited to get the scent of the M Resort, always my favorite casino scent! These folks could not have been nicer or more helpful. They have a huge selection of choices of scents too.

They had an event today (Saturday, Sept 14th) and let me just say, everyone was delightful! The secents were fantastic and I also purchased a travel unit. 10/10 would come back again when I am in Vegas. They should open up on weekends more often, they were poopin' when I was there! Also met some of their vendors and got into a conversation with a lot of them, and they were all so nice! And with the event special the price was awesome st 20% off.

This place smells incredible! Get your scents here. Luisa helped us today, she was knowledgeable, charming and guided us to our favorite scents within 5 mins. We can't wait to use our wax melts. They also have reed diffusers, candles, room sprays and canister diffusers. So many scents, something for everyone and the price was great. Thanks for the solid customer service!

after having my machine for a few months now, I figure it's time to review. After weeks of research of different brands, I chose Aroma Retail because they are in the USA, machine has an app, doesn't require a subscription, oils are pet friendly and non toxic and you can use other brand oils in machine. I also liked their Hotel scents and piqued my interest more. I purchased the Home101 machine to test it before I went all out on the pro machine to work with my HVAC at a business. I've ordered 5 different scents each $40/4 oz. It's not cheap. upon request, they also sent me many samples to try. The most unfortunate misgiving about Aroma Retail is the app doesnt work. I've installed it on 3 phones: 2 iPhones and a samsung android. The staff are great as far as being responsive to try and help troubleshoot. But they could never resolve the problem. I've tried several dozen times to get this thing to work on my phone but the app freezes before it connects fully to the app. The scents are pleasant and not too strong or over powering. But it does not scent my entire home, not even the entire first floor which is a small living room, kitchen and a foyer. A 4oz bottle lasts only 3 weeks on the default setting, 12 hours at 20%. I can't reprogram it because the app doesn't work and it's too complicated to do on the machine. In fact, I tried several times and could never get anything but event 1 to change. I gave up and reset to default. They knew they had problems with the app as they admitted as much during one of the tech support calls and said this is a common issue. They said it's a new feature so it's not perfect yet but hopefully it will be better with time. i periodically check to see if I can get it to work. last app update they did was 5 months ago per their app site, so apparently they are not interested in fixing this problem. I feel somewhat scammed, duped out of my money. the machine is not worth what I paid without the app feature. they should offer me a refund to offset my machine not working they way it is supposed to. I do hope they will fix the problem as I am stuck with their machine now.

Stopped in to smell some scents after deciding that I wanted to spruce up my studio with something pleasant. It was busy when I arrived but was immediately greeted by someone, whom sat me down with AJ. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable with the scents I was searching for, and was not pushy when it came to sales. I had a great experience and will definitely be returning to purchase more oils!

Amazing scents they have smell you love from your favorite hotels and more. The staff is Very helpful with great energy.
