We had an amazing stay in a suite. Wonderful furnishings In the room, and we wanted for nothing! Dinner downstairs on several occasions made it easy to charge back to our room. Everyone we encountered were kind and courteous. They offer free baggage check at the end of your stay if you want to explore the town before your flight home.

At first look, this hotel looks great and was a stay I was extremely excited for. I booked this through my Marriott account and was using points for the vacation. To start, we arrived on a Thursday evening and immediately went to check in. The staff really only spoke to my bf and kept telling him they're excited he picked the hotel and despite him correcting them that I was the account holder who booked everything, they interacted primarily with him. Also, the Marriott status is basically disregarded here and even something small like late checkout becomes an expensive request ($40 for 2 hours later). The room was beautiful as was the view but also doesn't have a lot of things I'd consider basics like a little coffee maker. I had very early morning calls on Friday (4:30AM due to east coast business) so I asked the front desk where I could go that wouldn't have blasting casino music as the business center didn't open until 8 and they basically told me to see if I could sit outside or in the mall... seriously? I did try the mall but there was also music playing there so had to go back and find a little abandoned spot to take my calls. I thought the staff overall wasn't friendly... quite the opposite and the hotel was overcrowded. The only thing I loved was the gym and the staff there but it's also a bummer that it doesn't open until later as well.

Once in a lifetime couples' milestone birthday trip ruined by non-stop issues with rooms, billing, and worst - incredibly rude treatment by front desk staff.First set up in a room with a curtain that was torn half off the rails, rug pulled up and a massive pile of dust on the headboard, we got moved into a room outside the elevator and were given a $100 food and beverage credit. If you have plans to eat or drink elsewhere, this is useless, but we used it - on 1.5 rounds! Next, you can't use the app if you book as a group as only the person who was the contact when the reservation was made will have access to things like digital key, room charges, checkout. Then the new room had a sink that wouldn't drain, filling the room with a sewage smell overnight that caused us to not sleep. The woman at the front desk early Friday morning whose name I wrote down but lost, was very nice in getting that addressed and providing lotion, that was not previously left in the room. Then, forget about figuring out the light switches. This became a problem when we left the room for the day and the "privacy" switch inside the room doesn't change whether it's on or off. We left the room not knowing it was on and the room wasn't made up and we had no towels. Waiting for towels made us 30 minutes late for dinner with our friends. They refused to set up room service until we left so I called the front desk on our way out and had the unfortunate experience of speaking with Emily, hands down the rudest person I've ever dealt with at a hotel. She asked me for "the name on the room" and of course I gave her mine. She told me I was wrong, so then I gave her the name of the person who booked the room, and then she proceeded to LECTURE me about how me giving her the right name the first time could have saved some time. I spent 15 minutes begging her for a yes or no on whether she was sending someone to clean the room. She refused to answer and decided instead to engage in combat with a paying guest whose experience to that point had been terrible. She also refused to give me her manager's name. Talk about digging a hole. Lo and behold, we returned to the room at the end of the night, and it was clear Emily got her spiteful little victory by not passing the room cleaning request along - appalling behavior. Room charges went to the wrong room. Food and beverage credits weren't properly applied the last day and Ross (I believe) had to manually apply them. If I hadn't asked, they never would have applied and I would have paid despite having a credit. No lotion in the rooms, stained sheets, random items missing from mini-bar (not charged but our friends were so I had to go get them to check)Further, what kind of GAAP non-compliant accounting department thinks it's appropriate to only list charges as a net of any credits, not the complete line by line charge and credit list? Aria does, that's who. When I challenged Ross on this on my 7th visit to the front desk to address an issue, he snidely responded - "if you keep your receipts, you'll know what's been charged." This idiotic response ignores the fact that 1. I have all my receipts, which is how I know Aria was getting things wrong and 2. If someone tells me they're giving me a credit over the phone, doesn't provide a receipt, and refuses to show it on the bill, how the heck is keeping my receipts going to resolve that?Manager Kevontay was nice and helpful day 1. Manager Chris was nice and helpful late night after Emily's tantrum. Chris waived the resort fees and provided another small inconvenience credit. While the hotel can certainly point to the credits, I ask you:- What amount of credit is worth spending half of your vacation asking the hotel to address issues you should never have to ask for?We will never stay in this hotel again, nor will our friends who were repeat guests and previously raved about this property.

As for Vegas hotels, Aria is top tier in modern and clean spaces. Check in and bellhop was easy and very friendly. We arrived early, dropped our bags with bell, checked in and went exploring. When our room was ready, we didn't need to wait in the ridiculously long line in the afternoon. Just need to go to the key line. Using bell service from Aria was 10x better and more efficient than Caesars and for that I am super grateful. Good location. Easy to get to the tram between hotels via the Gallery spots next door. Tran is free. The biggest issue we had was navigating when the race was setup for that weekend. I do wish the checkin desk would have provided information about how to get around the race closures and important info about what time things close due to the race, like streets, crossings, viewing areas, and car service pickups. She was very extensive in her tutorials regarding the tram, restaurants and other things. Just not the race. We were in town for 24 hours, not for the race. We opted to try Javier's in Aria for dinner and it was amazing! Best food I've ever had in Vegas. Then there was Salt & Ivy for breakfast. Wow. Amazing. Aria is the perfect spot for a 24 hit in Vegas. Great food, plenty to do, good location and service.

Didn't stay here this time around, but gambled a little and walked around a snapped a few shots for the Yelp. The vibe is conservatively modern with several shops and restaurants that seem to keep with the theme. I've dined at several of their restaurants and really haven't had a negative experience so far. Javier's is a favorite. I love walking through the check-in area as it feels bright and airy with wall to ceiling windows and an expansive lobby/lounge area to hang out. Generally, parking is complimentary as long as you are a MGM rewards member of Pearl, Gold, Platinum, or NOIR. Just insert your MGM rewards card at the gate.

ARIA was excellent, I'd definitely recommend them for a stay on the strip, for a number of reasons:- The central location is convenient, with easy walking access to a number of key locations on the strip, as well as easy ride share pickup/drop off in multiple locations.- Great rooms that had all the amenities, and plenty of space. The bathrooms were especially nice, with marble counters, two sinks, and a full tub.- Good value for money, providing modern rooms and a luxury feel, without a massive price tag if you search for deals (especially if you're a Bonvoy member).Staff was incredibly helpful, from check in to housekeeping. All in all, a fantastic experience that made the strip feel a little less chaotic and more accessible. Keep ARIA in mind for Las Vegas travels!

Visited recently to check out the new Chase Reserve lounge next to Din Tai Fung! Aria has always been a go to casino for us. Love the restaurants inside and now the have the Proper Food Hall, which I have yet to visit The rooms are clean and service is fantastic from the last time we spent a night here. But back to the Chase Reserve lounge. If you have a chase sapphire reserve card, you are granted access to this pop up lounge until January 5th! You can take up to two guests. Food and drinks served inside are included with your visit (but try to have some tip for servers) The line was atrociously long! I get it. It's a pop up lounge to preview of the Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club airport experience ahead of a permanent lounge, slated to open in Concourse C at Las Vegas's Harry Reid International Airport. They hit capacity and you had to wait until people left to make room. Food served was from David Chang's Momofuku. Amazing. Loved the cucumber bites, kimbap, and chicken Katsu sando. Drinks were delicious, but I only tried the nonalcoholic beverages. Happy they had a pop up in Aria! It was well organized, clean, and the staff was very helpful

In short: $100 MINI BAR CHARGE when we never touched anything! As other reviewers have mentioned, the same thing happened to them which makes me feel like this is a consistent practice they use to try to scam its patrons. We knew it was weight sensitive so we were careful not to touch ANYTHING. If you are not careful reviewing your line-by-line charges, they will try to rob you. In detail:We booked with the Chase Sapphire Edit program - the only benefit we were able to utilize was the $100 food credit. My husband says the Aria is a soulless hotel. We asked for any available upgrades and/or late check-out which come as benefits with our Chase Sapphire card and without even pretending to check, they immediately replied "No, there's nothing." The room itself was average. Water pressure in the shower and the faucets were low and no toiletries like toothbrushes/vanity sets. Really just the bare minimum. Also, our bed frame was broken. We will be staying elsewhere (like the Wynn) if we ever come back to Vegas.

This evening my coworkers and I were dining at a restaurant inside of your hotel when a customer in the restroom was having a medical emergency. My coworker and I assisted the customer during her medical emergency until security arrived. When security arrived, they were diligent, concise, calm, and attentive to the customer having the medical emergency. Camron was a huge part of why this response to the emergency was successful, and why the customer was able to receive medical attention from the EMTs that arrived. I was extremely sore and had difficulty continuing in the position I was in while assisting the customer with the medical emergency. Camron saw that I was struggling and offered to help. He helped me up and made sure I was in a safe position, then took my place to continually keep the customer in a recovery position. After the customer was attended to by the EMTs, Camron took myself and my coworker to complete statements for the purpose of their security teams, policies and protocols (we were not required to make a statement. It was voluntary). I realized that my knee was bruised and swollen and I asked if I could have an ice pack. Camron was kind enough to get me an ice pack and explain the entire reporting process to us with clarity, continuity, and confidence. As someone who works professionally as a member of a response team, it is very difficult to find folks who are in this field that are reliable, competent and willing to be in uncomfortable and very challenging situations, and still keep a calm head. This situation could not have gone better in my personal, and professional opinion and that is in part thanks to Camron and of course, the other members of the security team that responded and helped as well.
