Worst place I've ever eaten fast food from. Second time I've tried it and honestly I hope they close. It's no wonder I've never seen anyone in the drive through. Our food tasted like they made it at 10am and then left it out all day. Cold burgers, cold fries, cold chicken... so cold that the American cheese could have been thrown like a ninja star. Was so bad my 7 year old refused to eat it... chicken nuggets or fries. The "bacon cheeseburger" was literally thrown together and the bacon was crumbles from the bottom of a bag. What a joke.Idk what the workers are doing but maybe stop hiring teenagers or don't charge so much for shitty food. We all feel we may be sick from a few bites.

Arby's is super clean, the food was serving sized plus, and it was prepared very quickly. The gentleman at the service desk hooked me up with a fork, and both after the order, and as the food was served asked if I would like anything else such as sauce. He jumped up to get a fork a minute later with another smile. There also was a manger present who thanked me audibly and took a moment from coaching an employee to thank me on the way out. I had to ring the bell of happiness as i was leaving. I'll definitely eat here again given the chance. 10/10

I like this Arby's a lot. The service is wonderful. Even if we have an issue, they address and fix it right away. The restaurant is clean, the food is packaged well, and the drive-thu is quick and efficient. The cherry turnover is so yummy and jam-packed with cherry filling. The bread was soft and tasted fresh. I really like the boneless Buffalo wings because they are tender, and the sauce isn't too spicy. Of course, curly fries are always a fave. Yum! The sandwiches are great too!

Arby's has a loyal fan base and I can see why. I went to go try their new steak burger and it was pretty good. The bread was fluffy and the meat was seasoned and juicy. I also ordered the seasonal orange and cream shake. A bit sweet, but reminded me of summer. The cheese sticks had a decent cheese pull and was a different option other than their fries. The curly fries with horseradish sauce is their signature item that I can remember. Not something I should do always get, but Arby's is a place I have to remember not to write off because it can actually be decent. They always have some new special, so you'll find something that's just not their roast beef sandwich. Sometimes they have gyros, sometimes steak burgers, or sometimes classic deli sandwiches. The lady at the drive through was very jolly and sweet. Food came out pretty fast in the drive through since I usually don't dine inside. I would try this place again.

What? Arby's??? I never review McDonalds, or Taco Bell or Wendy's. Why in the world would I ever review an Arby's???Well, I guess it is just because the food snob in me was snubbed and I have to admit that this place was pretty darn good.I now am seeking a psychologist as my ego is busted and Oh sob, what a slob, I was a food snob and me head I got cobbed. Yep, I really like Arby's!Well, at least this one.A few weeks ago, the wifey and I were running about town and it was very hot. She was hungry and I was thirsty, and an Arby's was right near where we were. Now I cannot recall a time in my life I had every went to an Arby's and my first instinct was to pull over and check my YELP for a great place nearby. We were in Skye Canyon area in Vegas... But with the heat and just tired, we pulled into the Arby's and immediately the menu was confusing so we order the Number 1 which is their Classic Roast Beef Sandwich. That was for the wifey and I had a drink. But yes, I did have a bite of that Roast Beef Sandwich and a bit of their crinkle fries too.So from Skye Canyon, we tried the Arby's next to our home and it was a 1 star. Marijuana smell coming into the dining room when we were the only ones in the dining room. Had to go through drive thru due to the smell and then they got our order wrong, twice... Finally when this Arby's opened up a few miles away, we thought we would try it. 1. The Classic Roast Beef Sandwich is really tasty! The bun is soft and just like that tasty King's Hawaiian Bread. The beef is tender and cut to perfection. All the tastes are just right.2. The Crinkle Fries are actually very crispy considering and I normally do not like the larger cut fries. We even had the curly fries and they were very good as well.3. The place, being new was clean and overall comfortable. You know how dirty these fast food places can be... This one is well managed.Now, just try an Arby's next time. I was surprised.

The only benefit for going here was there was absolutely no line in the drive thru. Now I understand why. The fries were stale, and the sandwich was prepared so fast I could only assume the roast beef has been sitting in a warmer all day. To top things off they did not accept American Express.

First experience at Arby's and I have been more than surprised by the quality of the food. Yes, the restaurant is pretty nice, the personal friendly but the food is just horrible and I had to throw half of my sandwich.
