Overall: 4.5/5 [take out]This truck is a regular at the vegan farmer's market hosted by Lulu's Vegan Kitchen, but we only got around to trying it today. We ordered three tacos to share, which took quite a while to prepare--about 15-20 minutes. Despite the wait, the tacos were fresh and delicious, making up for the delay. My husband enjoyed all of them equally, while I preferred the asada, followed by the soy chicharron, and then the pastor. However, the differences in preference were slight.Pastor ($4.10): Organic soy marinated in a classic Mexican adobo, topped with cilantro, onion, salsa, guacamole, and pineapple.Asada ($4.25): Organic soy seasoned with traditional carne asada flavors, finished with cilantro, onion, salsa, and guacamole.Soy Chicharron ($4.10): Homemade Mexican-style crispy chicharron with pico de gallo and creamy morita sauce.

Sunday, we went to a local Vegan Vendor Market hosted by Lulu's Vegan Kitchen. We came across this food truck called, Araujo's Plant Powered! What I loved is their variety of food offerings. They have... * Tacos* Burgers* Burritos* Tamales* DessertsOne thing about me and my friend, we LOVE a good taco lol. So, we ordered the Baja and Pastor tacos. The Baja Taco - Beer battered, deep fried portobello mushroom with shredded cabbage, pickled red onions, and their creamy morris sauce. Served on corn tortillas. My friend said it was crunchy and really reminded him of a fish taco! The Pastor Taco - organic soy marinated in a Mexican Adobo with pineapple, cilantro, onion, salsa, and guacamole. Served on corn tortillas. The soy was so flavorful. The pineapple really shines through and the guacamole gave it a nice finishThe whole team was so nice. The owner was so sweet and even came out to chat with us.5/5 starssss !! I cannot wait to go back.

The best plant powered food you can get in Las Vegas! I stumbled upon this location at a smaller farmer market in north Las Vegas and have been hooked ever since. They are a food truck and the food is delicious. The owners are amazing and sweet and provide amazing service. The truck travels all over the valley but there are spots they frequent. I would say to definitely check them out and chat them up as they are just amazing people. I try to track their location with the WTF (where's the food truck) app.

Araujo's Plant Powered food truck did not disappoint--excellent flavors all around. I can't wait to see their truck out again to try more options. We visited the Labor Day festival at Retreat on Mt. Charleston, where Araujo's was featured alongside other food trucks. Although we attended on the second day and missed out on some of their top favorites like vegan tamales and vegan chicken tacos, the dishes we did try were fantastic. We ordered the vegan Baja tacos, vegan Chicharron tacos, and finished with a vegan ice cream banana chimichanga. The chefs behind this food truck truly know how to create a delightful experience with their culinary skills, making for a relaxing and enjoyable time.

We love this food truck ! We buy their food when we can go to the Wednesday Farmers Market at Bruce Trent Park. We usually order the portabella mushroom burger. It's so yummy! And we've had the hotdog too, which was good. My fave is the ice cream banana chimichanga. Omg, just thinking about this makes my mouth water . My daughter is vegetarian and she loves all their food. Even though I'm not vegetarian, I love their food too. Can't wait to go back .

Mood: Vegan eatsTried this place at a vegan pop up market place. They usually are by Costco off Decatur and the 225. The service was really good. The people were friendly and helped let you know what the vegan substitutes are and some recommendations.Soy chorizo, loaded fries 8/10: the Fries we're good, and all the toppings we're good as well I just feel like it had too much soy that left a weird texture and Taste. The house sauce that was included was really delicate and delightful to taste. Mushroom vegan tacos : 7/10: really enjoy the tortillas. They were corn. The mushroom feeling was a little bit on the small side could've had more. It had two different sauces that topped the tacos that were really good and refreshing.Vegan hot dog 7/10: not the best texture, but really good flavor. I like that it had the concept of a actual hot dog, but it being vegan with flavor. Overall really cool food truck and will definitely wanna try more things on the menu. The next time I go to their food truck.Overall will definitely try other menu items

So disappointed that we couldn't find you. We loved your review on Yelp and found the strip mall in a jiffy but no cute pinkMeal truck or phone number to call and see if you were in another location. Could you post your phone number or a schedule of days, times and locations you will be setting up? Thanks!

Mood- VeganNow I will admit I am a carnivore. However fellow Yelper Dominique is always uploading her amazing Vegan food adventures and it makes me want to delve a little more into that world. However I cant skip my salacious sweet tooth. That is where this little journey beganI finished with my errands and saw a picture of an Ice Cream Chimichanga. I quickly pulled over and began to look over this menu. It was delicious looking by the pictures and I knew that I wanted to try it. Maybe our hot Vegas heat had a little something to do with that as well.I placed the order and was told that they were out of strawberries. I said that was fine and they asked if they could substitute blackberries. I mean YES of course you can. As the dish was being prepared I continued to look over the items offered and knew this would be a place that I will try out more vegan dishes. Now I will admit I was not expecting it to taste the way it did. Flaky, crunchy, sweet, and soft all at the same time. With the sweetness of the berries, chocolate, and bananas it was spot on. I think I def need more of this in my life. Not one flavor overwhelmed the other. They were all in perfect unison. Would most def recommend - pricing was reasonable. Staff were very courteous and hospitable. I love great customer service. This is a food truck, so you may want to call and check their location for that day.Location was Centennial/Losee - ample parking

Literally sampled all their famous tacos from Papa to Baja but the best item and best plant based meal by far was their world class burger! They have perfected the sauce and flavors and that savory dish discombobulated my taste buds for the rest of the evening! A fantastic delicacy!!
