We needed to repair our washing machine and we were able to obtain the parts we needed quickly and affordably.And a shout out to Wayne at the front desk for his knowledge and expertise.

They have everything you need. Awesome place. Easy and efficient service. Right off the freeway. Was recommended by my dad's coworker who is a handyman.

June 29th 2024 - In store to return unused never installed JARD MFD 97F9895 Round Capacitor 45 + 5 uf pictures attached. I guess I should have taken a picture of the USED capacitor before I left the store when I purchased ? I had it for 5 days the A/C repair man said he tested the old capacitor on the A/C unit next to it and it was fine, no need to replace the capacitor. The problem was the fan motor. APC Manager and Staff both stated it was a used part so NO RETURN! HAVE A NICE DAY! STAY AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS THEY DO NOT DO ANY RETURNS!

I went in to get a condenser fan motor for my unit. I called first and gave the model number and then went and picked up the part. When my husband went to change it, the part was wrong. So I went back to the store (this time with the old one in hand) and talked to them about it being incorrect and also asked if they could label the wires since the colors were different. They got me the correct part, re-wired it to make sure it matched when put back in. Omar was a big help! These guys were awesome.

Always helpful and usually have the parts I need when I need them. They cover parts for AC, stoves, ovens and more!

Jaz helped me over the phone and here to applaud him on his exceptional costumer service! Now a days it's very rare to come across! He was super attentive, informational and most of all patient, seems to sincerely care about costumers problems! Overall 10/10! This store is extremely far from me but always comes through for my needs!

Another review for APC. Thanks again for the quick response and service on my dryer that began making weird noises. It turns out that it just needed a good cleaning from all the dog hair(5 bulldogs) that unfortunately gets into the dryer from clothing, blankets, etc. I appreciate your service!

Great customer service! They were able to fix my Samsung dryer and also give us some advice for the future. Very efficient and knowledgeable. I would do sure use them in the future!

I want to express my gratitude for the way in which I was taken care of at APC this morning. LSS: Needed a Condenser Fan Motor, so took my old one and the capacitor with me. Albert, aka Rock Star, tested the capacitor and said it's fine. Then he grabbed the replacement motor, cut the shaft to size, and made the electrical connection using the original connector. He also informed me how to reverse the motor if (it was) going the wrong direction. Did I mention this is my first rodeo. Savings: Not sure what it would have cost to have a Pro come out, but pretty sure I'd be looking at +/- $800, all in. Cost to have replacement from online source would have been comparable, and even a little higher, and I'd have to wait a couple days to receive. The value of this experience was well above the price of the part, and even the savings, which is pretty nice. Oh, and the wife is super happy too!

Old guy Larry here with a really old refrigerator needing really old parts. APC had them and more. The "more" is that they live and work by their slogan . . . Real Help!!!Real People.I have been coming to APC for many years to get parts for friends and family because I am not exactly an appliance guy. Today was different. I need to fix this fridge myself or live on Ramen, apples and peanut butter cups.I needed an Evaporator Fan Motor. I brought the old part. And left the rest to the experts: Alberto and Ernesto. They were Las Vegas Fabulous in their approach and knowledge and wouldn't let me leave until they rebuilt the assembly and tested it!I installed it twenty minutes ago and everything works great. I am so grateful for the timely help.Now, time to go shopping!
