the buffet at anthony's prime is every sunday from 11-1:30pm and reservations are highly recommended. at $99 per person, it's one of the more expensive buffets in vegas. the food quality is on the higher side and the food variety is less than average. it's actually small enough for me to list out below. food- cold display -smoked scottish salmonimported cured meats & pâtésimported & domestic cheese display grilled marinated vegetable plattersliced fresh fruit displayyogurt & granola parfaitsushi barbuild your own saladcaprese saladpasta saladdeviled eggssnow crab legs, poached shrimp, crab claws on ice - soups -clam chowder lobster bisque- breakfast selections -egg & omelet stationeggs benedictapplewood smoked bacon, pork sausage roasted fingerling potatoes classic french toast breakfast pastries- carving station -roasted lamb provençalbeef wellington (this is not always good. sometimes too well done)roasted prime rib - hot display -grilled airline chicken breastroasted lobster tail (these are high quality. much better than the ones at the ayce buffet at palms)grilled salmon & asparagusbutternut squash ravioliau gratin cauliflowergnocchi pomodoro- dessert station -petit french pastriesbanana bread puddingservice: service is great here. charity is great and was always there when i needed her.

To get my money's worth, I skipped items like fried rice and omelette station. Quality is a mixed bag like any buffet but for the most part, this was an enjoyable experience. Beef Wellington was dry and the most disappointing of the premium meats. I was happy with lobster tails, lamb chops, and prime rib although a piece here and there were not the best. Crab legs and jumbo shrimp were fresh and easy to peel. There was a hot salmon dish that was very tender and flavorful. No complaints about the sweets I got including yogurt and granola parfait, banana bread pudding, creme brulee, fruit tart.Service was very good from the waiters to the buffet stations. Ambience and seating were comfortable.

My husband I came here for a date. We've been wanting to come here for a while now because we live close to M. The environment is classy. Good for romantic dates. Easy to find. I enjoyed their sides more than I enjoyed the main course. My husband and I got filet mignons. From my experience, filet mignons are suppose to be tender and juicy. This was not the case at Anthony's Steakhouse. Their filet mignons were rather tough (for medium rares) and chewy. A bit dry and underwhelming. Staff was great. They were attentive and very nice.

Unlimited lobster tails at the Sunday brunch!!! Make a rezzy NOW!!! :)This review is solely for the Sunday brunch although our dinner experience at Anthony's was amazing as well! Despite having to make reservations about six months in advance, it was well worth the wait! Zee highlights:1. Did I say unlimited lobster tails??? They give you no shame when they see you getting more than one lobster tail! I did not feel fat shamed at all!! Haha!2. The amazing service and staff! Jack was our server and was on top of everything, but more importantly, was such a great person who made us laugh and made great recommendations on the must gets such as the bread pudding dessert! The guy at the carving station (forgot his name) was so fun too and encouraged the gluttony!!!3. Delicious food!!! The lamb chops, beef wellington, prime rib, shrimp, and of course the lobster tails were all amazing! Not to mention the desserts and yogurt parfait!! They had a neat assortment of cheeses (charcoal cheese anyone)?Make a reservation NOW and the wait makes the food taste that much better cuz the brunch is definitely worth the wait!! Try to get seat with Jack and you will have a blast!

They have an excellent brunch and even though it's a little bit out-of-the-way, if you have the right company, this can be one of the best meals you've had on your trip. There's not a lot of selection, but there is just enough of everything good and it's nice quality. The service is excellent.

To dine for the seafood brunch buffet, you must have a reservation. I had a reservation for 3 at 1:15p and arrived at 12:50 to be greeted with a huge line out the door, all people with a reservation waiting to get seated. Honestly this was very confusing to me because what is the point of a reservation if there's going to be a line...that just doesn't align with the definition of having a reservation! A reservation means that there should be a table available for me at the given time. For being a brunch buffet open only once a week, I would expect them to have a better system available.Food was eh. I think for the price tag of $100 they could up their quality. The lobster tails were inconsistent in cooking since some were raw and some were cooked through. A major problem was that the lobster tails were salty for the most part. The lamb chops were cooked perfectly and very juicy yet lack flavor and the crust on the lamb chops got soggy over time The beef Wellington was also subpar and also at times salty . The prime rib was pretty good in terms of flavor, but for having other specialty dishes, I don't feel that the prime rib should be the best item on the menu. Scalloped potatoes are really good and the snow crabs were fresh as well. I'd say the strongest contender for this brunch buffet was the desserts with the crème brûlée but even the specialty bread pudding was soggy and not the best bread pudding I've had. I definitely did not walk out of this experience thinking that this was life-changing and that the food was amazing. I do believe there's a lot of areas for improvement. I also noticed another review from three months ago that had similar complaints about the food so it just comes to show that they are having consistent problems and lacking the effort to improve on these issues. Based on my experience, I definitely will not be back and I do believe that there's other better food available in Vegas. I'm very sad that I didn't enjoy it as much as I was expecting, especially since you need to make a reservation for this location at least six months to a year in advance since the brunch is only held once a week on Sundays.Ambiance was nice and establishment was clean. Our server was also pretty good as well, but unfortunately, those factors are not enough to make up for my overall lackluster experience.

Quick summary: great value for a good quality steakhouse, excellent service. We've been to Anthony's a few times now and every visit has been fantastic. The Louie salad is one of my favorites! A good amount of seafood (crab, shrimp and lobster) and the dressing is light yet adds the perfect amount of flavor. The last time we were there I ordered the prime rib and loaded baked potato and they were both delicious with hearty portions. What I like best about Anthony's is the food and service is on par with a number of Strip steakhouses, but costs about 25% less than you would expect to spend on the Strip, and parking is free and easy at the M, plus you don't have to fight the Strip traffic. Win win!

Located in the beautiful off strip M Resort & Casino. Plenty of parking of course. This is their steak house and it's a good one. They also have a happy hour from 5-6pm which is buy one, get one free on select appetizers. I've been here several times and the food is consistently good and the service is top notch. A higher end restaurant but the atmosphere is casual and easy going. The bar area is a nice place to chill and enjoy your dinner. I've enjoyed their steaks, but on this visit in we switched it up and also got scallops and the pork chop. The scallops were perfectly cooked with a nice sear. The pork chop was my high light of the night - super thick yet juicy and flavorful. They did a wonderful job of seasoning and cooking the pork chop. If you're staying at the M, Anthony's is worth the visit.

Located at the M Casino, Anthonys is an absolute must-visit! The atmosphere is upscale yet welcoming, making it the perfect spot for a special dinner or a night out. They have a fantastic happy hour that offers great deals on drinks and appetizers, which is a perfect way to start the evening. Make sure to line up early as it is quite popular. They have fish, meat, and veggie options so all can enjoy. I love the swanky vibes and staff were very attentive. I do wish they had a better wine menu, but that is really my only complaint.

We visited on Sunday for brunch with a party of 8 and it was a fantastic experience. We arrived about 15 mins early for an 11 AM reservation and were near the front of the line. Be aware: we made the reservation more than a year ago, it is that popular. At 11 we were seated in the spacious dining room and drink orders were taken., Their margaritas were very strong, yay!It is a buffet with all sorts of delicious food, the highlight being unlimited lobster tails. Those tails were 8-10 oz, pretty big and well prepared. They also had a nice sushi selection, crab, and stone crab claws. The turf side had lamb chops, beef wellington, and prime rib. There was just too much to enjoy in one sitting, after 8 tails, I cried uncle. The service was outstanding, Jack from Thailand was great. He was friendly, prompt and professional. They stagger reservations so that the buffet line is not packed. I would like to see them move the soup station away from the lobster, it kind of held up the line a bit. I will not hesitate to visit again! Of course that will be in a year, when I can get a reservation.
