Came here for the first time last night and was pleasantly surprised! The view was gorgeous, we were seated at a window. Our waiter was extremely attentive, and we were provided with insight on the menu, drink refills, and constant check ins.As an appetizer we split the beet and goat cheese salad which was light and tasty, although it was a little salty. For my main, I ordered the steak Diane which was prepared table side and was delicious! I ate the whole plate. My husband ordered the bone in ribeye and it was very flavorful and tender. I did feel like the prices were a smidgen high for off strip, as they were comparable to strip prices. Although, they weren't so high that I wouldn't come back to enjoy their food again occasionally.I'm excited to come back in spring and hopefully eat outside!

This was our second time visiting this restaurant. The first visit was for my son's baptism during lunch, and the experience was fantastic--the food was amazing, and the service was great. Based on that, we decided to return last night for my birthday. Unfortunately, this time, the experience was completely different and quite disappointing.From the moment we arrived, we felt like an inconvenience rather than valued guests, possibly because we had two young children with us. The waitstaff were indifferent and dismissive. No one asked if we were celebrating a special occasion, even though I had noted my birthday in the reservation. When I mentioned it to the waiter while asking for a photo, his only response was, "Give me a second," with no acknowledgment of the occasion.It's common for restaurants to make guests feel special during celebrations, but this place felt cold and unwelcoming. The lack of hospitality made us wonder if we were being treated differently for reasons we shouldn't have to question.We paid our bill and left, disappointed, especially since we had chosen to return expecting the same excellent service as before. While the food remains exceptional, it's important to remember that good service is just as crucial to the dining experience. Guests return not just for the food but also for how they are treated.This experience was truly disheartening. Treat all customers with equal care and attention--everyone deserves to feel welcome, especially when they are paying customers.

My boyfriend and I decided to get away from the strip for our anniversary (we did NOT want to get trapped in the F1 traffic). We found Americana here on Yelp and were intrigued by the atmosphere we saw in the photos.Though we didn't get to see much of the lake due to the time of day, we loved the ambiance of the restaurant. We made reservations as well since it was a Friday evening (I would definitely recommend doing this as it got quite busy around 6pm). Our waiter was Angel and he was amazing!! We were pretty set on what we wanted to order so we didn't ask for any recommendations, but from the drinks to the entrees, Angel was sure to let us know that our choices were perfect.Their signature cocktails were great! My boyfriend's mezcal mamba had a nice kick to it while my strawberry mule was perfectly sweet. We got the smoked salmon tartare as an appetizer. They presented it so well with a glass cover showing the smoke entrapping the tartare! I wish I had gotten a video but I guess you'd have to see that for yourself hehe. I tried my boyfriend's NY strip and it was cooked perfectly, though we both thought it could use more inventive seasoning. I actually LOVED the short rib. As a Filipino, it reminded me a lot of what my family would make for parties or holidays. As for the asparagus, my boyfriend loved it!! I only ate a few but I was impressed by how well they cooked it. I feel like a lot of places tend to undercook their asparagus, so it was definitely a pleasant surprise.Lastly, they brought out a little treat for our anniversary (although it said "Happy Birthday" on the chocolate by accident). It was so sweet of them to make our night special. We weren't entirely sure what the dessert was, I assume some sort of bread pudding. Unfortunately, it wasn't to our taste.Overall, I would definitely recommend Americana to anyone who would like to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city! The food was solid, the atmosphere was so calming, and the service was impeccable!!

It is so wonderful to dine here! Perfect ambience for a date night. I am always looking forward to their weekly harvest menu. This week was one of the best. The roasted celery root soup with apple and carrot chutney was out of this world! For mains petit New York steak and shrimp, perfectly cooked and delicious. The chef is very accommodating for dietary restrictions and made me a vegetarian entree, truffle mushroom risotto which was to die for. For dessert we had opera cake with Chantilly cream, loved it! The unlimited wine pairing makes it extra special. Both wines, Chardonnay and Cabernet are delicious. Our server Skyler was outstanding! He made sure all our dietary requests were accommodated and wine glasses were always full. From the hostess stand to the bussers, everyone is great here.

The table service was the best I've had in any restaurant in many years. Fernando and his crew were amazing. Food was sub par. Lobster linguine, the lobster was tough as were the prawns in the bucatini. Nikki's crab shrimp was the best thing we had. Loved the ambience. You could converse without yelling

First, what a beautiful place! This restaurant is lake side and features indoor and outdoor seating as well as patio seating!Came here for a bridal shower and we had the best time! We had a pre fixe menu for breakfast. We also had a private room. Some of the foods were a hit or miss, but the presentation is definitely there. My friend was upset that her egg was overcooked in the Benedict and the yolk did not ooze. A couple of the pastries were also very hard. Service was nice and they did check up on drinks periodically. But other than that, we loved having the space for a private room and was able to enjoy all the company. Great space!

We had our work Christmas party for 12 people in the private dining room on a Wednesday night. The ambiance and food was 5 star. The waitress and the person helping her had wonderful attitudes. The manager came in a few times to check in and that was nice. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star review is that there was a few times where they went to drop off food but to the wrong people so we had to keep telling them who ordered what. I'm not sure if they have a seating chart or system to remember who ordered which salad or who ordered what entree but it was a bit disorganized. Other than that, it was amazing. I would try again.

Had dinner here last night. It's a hidden little gem. I would definitely go back and recommend this restaurant. The service was excellent and the employees move in harmony. We never had to ask for anything. They also make a damn good old fashion & you know momma likes

Everyrhing was Amazing! Sheryl so friendly, everything she recommended was delicious. ! she really went above and beyond , the staff was also very welcoming. love the atmosphere here, super nice restaurant with a great view !! definitely recommend and we will definitely be back. !
