I'm not one to write reviews but today my husband and I were very happy to see the kindness from this location's employee, Stone. He was very kind and took care of my hubby and I to make sure my husband found a pair of jeans on sale that worked for him. We really appreciated his service and kindness to us a d he should be acknowledged for his work! Thank you Stone!

I've been here several times throughout the years and I've always had a positive experience. Today I came into get some baggy tee shirts and found some other great items. I was able to find 1 pair of denim jeans that fit right and a pair of cut off shorts that fit right even though it wasn't the wash I wanted-- but it was fine. I will say that some of the staff today was not all there with their customers service skills. I asked for a size down in the shorts, was told they didn't have the size. I leave the dressing room and thought I'd check the area where I got the shorts from and lo and behold-- there's my size. Not sure what happened but there was my size. The only thing is that it seems like their sizes were way off-- a 6 fit like an 8 and a 4 fit like a 2. I even compared them with each other and all the sizes that were marked 4 for example were all different widths in the waist. I'm not sure what's going on with AE manufacturing lately but they really got to pull it together. I'm giving AE 4 stars despite these discrepancies because I was still able to find items I needed that fit right. If you end up shopping here I highly recommend trying everything on before you buy.

Used to love this place. Things have changed a lot since the pandemic. Last few times I've come here, the employees are just minding their own business. They just completely ignore you. Just a waste of time to come here. They don't even have much merchandise anyway. Better stick to shopping online.

1 Star - Staff appeared to follow COVID prevention measures per CDC guidelines: hand sanitizer offered at entrance, Fitting rooms open with sanitation measures followed, sanitation for before and after cashier counter use, all staff present wearing protective masks.2 Star - Overall store cleanliness is excellent, all items organized and neat.3 - CORDIAL AND FRIENDLY GREETING AND STAFF. Friendly greeting by Jackie at front door. Cordial and friendly greeting by in-store associate Haide. 4 - Excellent help. Received offer and assistance for help finding jeans by at least two in-store associates. We were able to purchase two great fitting jeans! 5 - Cashier/End of purchase experience also cordial, thank you! 10/10 Would recommend shopping at this American Eagle Outfitters in the Galleria Mall at Henderson, Nevada.

Whenever I visit Downtown Summerlin, I usually stop by here looking for the best deals plus I usually find cool looking casual wear items. American Eagle brings me back to my High School days when Logos where big but with H&M, Uniqlo & Forever21 around. Millennials and Z generations are the game changers in the retail world. Lately, AEO have been adjusting their brand to reflect the fast fashion but they have been able to keep the all American outdoor/suburban appeal with smaller logos.The store is clean, organized and easy to navigate. Plus, the staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is never an issue and the store is easily accessible from a parking lot behind the store. It can get busy from time to time because it's located in a block with H&M and Forever21 and the popular Cream shop.2017 Yelp Review #79

Just went in with a friend of mine! Jayden was so sweet and attentive. She went above and beyond and helped us find jeans. She was honestly so amazing a good spirit and really gave a customer service experience that doesnt happen to often!

This store seems small and perhaps not fully stocked? It left me wanting more. I had $100 gc and walked out with nothing. I typically love AE, but was very disapointed with my visit to this location - and no aerie!?

I'm disabled and was looking for a pair of jeans that would fit over a medical device that helps me walk; it's worn on my calf. I had looked at a different company and had a disappointing experience so I was very pleased to have the help from the staff as soon as I walked in. I was greeted immediately by Camilla and she helped me find some jeans to try on and then set me up with Annette to try on my pants. The handicap room was being used so as soon as it opened up she helped me move to the other room and brought me my cane that I forgot to grab. She then checked in on me and my mom and brought us other sizes and options to try on. When checking out there was a glitch in the system when using a gift card and credit card for the same transaction, it would have frustrated me if I were the one working but the women helped each other out and were professional. I was happy to have gotten what I was looking for and to have a great experience with the staff.

Hector was so amazing and helpful! He made our shopping experience so easy. We loved him ! He deserves a raise !
