My wife and I had the pleasure of dining at Amalfi by Bobby Flay, and from start to finish, the experience exceeded our already high expectations. As fans of Bobby Flay, we anticipated a refined take on coastal Italian cuisine, and Amalfi delivered in every way.The service was impeccable, with attentive yet unobtrusive staff who enhanced our dining experience. The menu was thoughtfully curated, offering a fresh and vibrant selection of dishes inspired by the flavors of the Amalfi Coast. We started with the burrata cheese and octopus, and while both were excellent, the octopus was truly exceptional, the best we've ever had. Tender, perfectly charred, and seasoned to perfection, it left a lasting impression, with my wife raving about it for days. For our mains, we chose from their unique fresh fish selection, where a dedicated expert guides you in choosing your ideal catch. It was an interactive and engaging process that showcased the restaurant's commitment to quality. I opted for the John Dory, while my wife selected the red snapper. The fish was prepared flawlessly, with the option of having it filleted or served whole. The accompanying sauces were presented on the side, allowing us to enjoy the natural flavors of the fish and mix and match sauces to suit our palates.Overall, Amalfi is a must-visit for seafood lovers and a standout among Las Vegas dining options. We'll definitely be returning on future trips.

We had a great experience at Amalfi. Even with a last-minute call, they were able to seat our group of six on a Saturday. We weren't in the main dining room but sat at a large round table in front of the bar, which had tall, backlit shelves filled with bottles and TVs.While waiting for our food, we walked around and loved the fresh seafood display showcasing the day's selections. We started with the lobster cavatelli and pasta rags, both of which were great. The fish stew was also a standout. For entrées, we tried a few of the fresh seafood options, including branzino and red snapper--some served plain and others with the lemon caper sauce. All were delicious. The squash blossoms were the table favorite, and the drinks we ordered were also excellent. The service was okay--very friendly, but after our entrées, it took a while for them to come back, and they forgot one of our desserts. Despite that, we had a great time and would definitely come back!

Went with a couple friends and had a great meal after some small issues. For me, I'm easy, I had a nice big juicy steak and it was everything I wanted from a Vegas dinner. My friends unfortunately have some food allergies and were met with a bit of trouble trying to order. We were under the impression they'd be able to accommodate us. Luckily I got a manager involved and they WERE able to accommodate us. My friends ended up loving their meal but almost went hungry when our waiter presented no options that worked.

Y'all when I say you need to make time to visit this restaurant, I really do mean it! Amalfi by Bobby Flay is a culinary masterpiece, with beautiful presentations and even better taste. Every single dish I had was delicious. From their perfectly fried arancini appetizer, to their freshly baked to order focaccia bread starter, to their delectable gnocchi pasta dish, and to their delightful sweet dessert for an incredible finish to an already wonderful meal. I truly can't wait to come back and try other items on the menu!

We had: Tuna Tartare Crostini, Pasta Rags, Spaghetti Zucchini, blue crab meatballs, Baby Gem Caesar salad, Apple Gorgonzola salad, Chicken Parmigiana, all take out. Everything good including their bread loaf except the Chicken Parmigiana which had an old trace of freezer burn taste to it - and besides that just didn't inspire any sort of "Now that's Italian!" sensory reaction - more like an almost dried out not so cheesy experience - Go back to the kitchen for this one Flay. The blue crab meatballs are good but a tad fishy. The pasta rags stand out with perfect texture and just the right amount of peppery spice. Flay exceeds with that dish. Very fast take out service.

Outstanding Italian! You have to treat yourself every once in a while, and Amalfi was amazing. I'm not sure where to start, but the bread was so fresh warm, and soft. The lobster, expensive, but cooked so right!!! The pumpkin pasta was such a unique surprise in every bite.Service outstanding and extremely professional. You won't be disappointed

Wow I can't believe we've been sleeping on this restaurant. One of our friends raves about it so we took the plunge and made reservations. The menu is so inviting and is nicely organized from apps to entrees. I definitely recommend sharing a salad and an appetizer. If you like fresh fish, this is the place to be! You can select your own from their fresh market area. We opted for the New York steak as our main protein and it was one of the best I've had.We also enjoyed the pasta rags and their crispy potatoes. Make sure to ask for a side of Meyer lemon sauce - you won't regret it!For dessert, Bobby's sundae with pistachio ice cream was a home run.

What a gorgeous spot for our anniversary dinner!Every food item was mouth-wateringly delicious and the wine paired perfectly.Beautiful coastal Italian interior. Warm, friendly yet high-end-feeling service. How fun that you can wander over to take a look at the catch of the day before ordering (I don't eat fish, but if I did, this is how I'd like to order it!). Pleasantly surprised that I couldn't detect the smell of fish anywhere in the restaurant, it must be very fresh and high-quality! It was a very nice, thoughtful touch that the chef assembling our dessert knew it was our anniversary (based on my checking that box in my OpenTable reservation) and brought it out with a candle and kind wishes! So sweet. And delicious (it was a pistachio sundae, WOW, so good).Highly recommend for a lovely, upscale-but-casual, peaceful dinner; very refreshing respite from the bustling (at times overstimulating!) Center Strip area.

I have a bone to pick with Bobby Flay and for many celebrity chefs who decide to open restaurants on the strip. Despite touting a French Culinary Institute degree and notoriety in the restaurant industry, Bobby Flay and his Amalfi is lackluster and barely meets the standards typical of higher end Italian establishments. Like the many other celebrity restaurants in Las Vegas, Amalfi was pretty underwhelming and priced high above the caliber of food it serves. My friends and I made a reservation pretty easily and were seated promptly after arrival. To share, we ordered the burrata which just came as one mound of cheese - no crackers, bread, or anything to dip. I'm really not sure how Flay intended diners to consume this. If it's to just spoon unadulterated, virgin heaps of burrata into our mouths, I'd say we should strip another Michelin star away from him. The focaccia was the only agreeable part of the meal but was priced a la carte. Sure, the bread was nice, but not something I'd pay for. What should've been the main attraction, the pasta, turned out to be the most mediocre part of the entire affair. I ordered the pumpkin and porcine caramelle which came with (I kid you not) 6 minuscule pieces. I know this isn't Olive Garden and I'm not expecting a "never-ending" pasta bowl, but at $34, you can't help but feel cheated. The one saving grace is the Sbagliato Spritz, the delicious cousin of the Negroni and made popular by a certain House of Dragon actor. They're elusive and rarely served at restaurants, so this was a nice surprise. Other than that, I won't be back. There's plenty of other restaurants to try and plenty of celebrity restaurants to skip on the strip.
