Wondering why it took me so long to try this place! My son kept telling me about Alleyway! Anyhow, I FINALLY got to try! Definitely didn't disappoint. My son and I had a late lunch. We shared the Tonkotsu Hot Pot and Orange Chicken. The portions are reasonable and shareable. We even had food leftover. I love the prices are AFFORDABLE too! The 2 dishes were only $36! Nowadays, that's not bad at all!Service and ambiance was good as well! I'm definitely going back!

Everyone, I must take a moment to praise an appetizer--stinky tofu. As the name suggests, it has a distinctive, pungent aroma, usually deep-fried to have a crispy outside and soft, tender inside. I personally think this dish is exceptionally well-prepared at this restaurant. Most places just give it a simple deep-fry, leaving it feeling like something's missing. I didn't expect much when I tried it here, but to my surprise, it was truly remarkable, even bringing back memories of home.As for the rest of the dishes, not much to say but all good, because the appetizer alone made me feel that whether it was the dry pot or hot pot, everything was excellent. I'm not picky at all! However, I think it would be even better if they could adjust the spice level a bit. I'll definitely be back!

I've dined at Alleyway Hot Pot several times, both for takeout and dine-in, and it never disappoints. One of the things I love most about this place is the individual hot pots--something that's surprisingly hard to find in Las Vegas. While I've tried a few different options, the Korean Kimchi hot pot remains my favorite. The interior is beautifully decorated with lots of unique touches, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The service is great too--whenever we eat in, the staff is attentive, frequently checking in to top off the broth, which is a nice touch. We've also never had to wait long to be seated. In general, the portions are very generous, which is perfect because I always end up with leftovers for later.

A great place to have some hot and delicious hot pot we got the seasalt cream tomato 10/10 sooo good and tasteful. The Tonkotsu 8/10 tast is just right. We did mild spicy level witch i think it's just perfect to enjoy the taste of the soup. sweet and sour cucumber is 9/10 taste so refreshing and the stinky tofu is 7/10 chewy on the outside and soft in the inside. The meal comes with a free Green Tea drink. Place is clean and has an organized seating. Serving the food takes about 10-15mins. I would recommend this place.

Nice individual serving size hot pot. It was pre made so you can't take out items. Broth was yummy and a good selection of different hot pots. Comes with a side of rice or noodles. Service was ok....

The food portion is actually fulfilling even though it's not AYCE. Love their decorations and the grilled squid is a must try. It's a good place to go if you need a quick fix.

Came on a Sunday afternoon, and were quickly seated. They have plenty of room, and an interesting Lego themed decor.#1 Tonkatsu Hot Pot (6.5/10)- Flavor- ehhhh, it's good, but not the best in the world. Don't expect the best hot pot ever....just goo enough. Definitely other places with richer broth- Pretty generous portions, enough to share with another (not absolutely starving) person and be satisfied. They give lots of meat, noodles, shrimp, spam, imitation crab, etc. - Comes with a bowl of rice, wish it were a little more riceOverall:- Flavor is mediocre. Price point of $17-19 is ok considering their large portion sizes, if you'd like to share an item with someone else. - Vegas has some bomb AYCE hot pot for like $24-25 with sushi, so it makes it slightly hard to justify each person paying $20 for personal hotpot.

Loved Alleyway Hot Pot! The service was good and the food was great. Parking was easy. Was very similar to "boiling point" in California! I am so happy Alleyway has opened in the Southwest!* Tonkatsu broth : was our favorite because the broth was rich and tasty. * Sichuan Spicy: I usually love anything spicy and it was good but if I had to choose one I would prefer the Tonkatsu broth in terms of flavor. * Sweet Iced Green Tea: MUST GET it was a refreshing drink that paired well with the food.

Such a cute little hidden gem for real!!! Love this place! Simple menu so you don't have to decide, good service, not too loud or quiet, and food was surprisingly very good! We were afraid to try this new spot at first bc we hate to be disappointed but it was great. We very much enjoyed our dinner.
