During our recent visit to Ada's Food + Wine, we were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional wine selection and delightful ambiance. The cozy, dimly lit atmosphere evoked the charm of a quaint French wine bar, reminiscent of our travels in Paris. We began our evening by ordering a mystery wine, which turned out to be a delightful surprise, showcasing the sommelier's expertise. Our appetizers, the lamb short ribs and wild mushrooms, were both exquisite, with rich flavors and impeccable presentation. The menu offers a variety of shareable small plates, perfect for sampling and sharing among friends. The pricing was reasonable, especially considering the high quality of both food and wine. Our attentive waiter ensured we had a memorable experience, which we thoroughly enjoyed.Ada's offers a warm and inviting space, making it an ideal spot for small bites and relaxed gatherings with friends. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend this establishment to everyone seeking a delightful dining experience.Note: Ada's Food + Wine is located at Tivoli Village 410 S Rampart Blvd, Suite 120, Las Vegas, NV 89145. Great little restaurant in Tivoli Village. Was walking around and spotted it and decided to give it a go. We had a few of their dishes with the shrimp garlic and chile being my favorite. The one thing I would change next time if stopping by is getting the bread the out at the bottom of the shrimp on the side. The sauce it sines with makes it really soggy and can't enjoy it. The oysters were my least favorite just because of the vinegar cucumber sauce on top. Wasn't my favorite. The aged wagyu was ok but definitely try the shrimps. Awesome spot to some and grab a bite and drinks.

Well I finally finished the James Trees Trifecta. Been to Esther's Kitchen and Al Solito Posto and finally made it to Ada's.It is a quaint little wina bar at Tivoli Village. Nice comfortable feel.I highly regret not remembering our servers name because she was fantastic. She's from Italy and should be easy to ID. Excellent service. The food was great as well. Sourdough bread with Duck Fat Butter, Cured Wagyu and the Royal ham with Quince fir starters. All soooo good. We also had the Lamb Ribs with a red wine cola reduction. I thought they were great my wife didn't realize they were braised so they weren't her jam.I had the Sweetbreads with a Cherry Jam and charred onions. Tender creamy and mild. Would definitely order again. We were both pretty full and took a pass on dessert this time but we will be back and save room for it next time.

This is a cool little tapas type of restaurant in Tivoli Village. If you're interested in grabbing a few bites to eat while with some friends or a date or even a few glasses of wine then this is where to go. The menu that we received was December 2024 so this review will be based on that menu or the item that may or may not remain on the menu. Like with any restaurant that you haven't been to or heard of, I recommend asking the staff what they recommend. Along with their advice, we ordered ordered sourdough toast + duck butter, cured wagyu beef + aged beef fat, fried brussels + pineapple gochujang and wild mushrooms + sherry and rosemary. They were all good little small bites and complimented each other well but if i were to recommend one of them, I highly recommend the fried Brussels as it was perfectly balanced and had a unique flavor to it. The sourdough toast and even partially the Wagyu beef also didn't really win me over. The toast was also a bit too charred for my liking and I would rather get something else next time instead of the two.As we did come here during the holidays, Ada's decorated their restaurant to be more in the holiday spirit and it definitely brought that holiday feel. This dimly lit restaurant brings a cozy vibe as it is small and intimate. We mainly come here for a few drinks and small bites. They have a decent wine selection but the only downfall (which may or not be their fault) is that they served a wine that smelled like funky old water (that's the best way I can describe it). I am not a wine enthusiast at all but a "quality" wine that smells funky isn't a good start to a meal. While the rest of the wine selections were decent, this one didn't help leave a lasting impression overall.

Bring new to living in Vegas, I decided to venture out on a Saturday night without any reservation to the busy Tivoli Village. Surprisingly, there were plenty of seats at the bar (I was there before 6pm). The bartender was friendly and recommended the wine flight to start. I wanted to try everything but didn't want to over order. I had a light salad with lots of shaved Parmesan and braised lamb riblet. The lamb was well seasoned and cooked. It came with wine since lightened with fresh mints. The plates are tapa portion so each person probably will's order 2 to 3 dishes depending on how hungry you are.I liked the chilled vibe and the friendly service 4*. The food and wine I had were good 3.5*. I'll be back with more people to try more dishes next time to get a more comprehensive review of the food.

Came here for some wine and shareable with a friend. We ordered the Brussel sprouts and shrimp dish. The Brussel sprouts were delicious and I highly recommend. We both got a glass of the mystery red wine. It was fun to guess the wine and region. Great atmosphere and staff.

Earlier in October I had a great experience here. They have an awesome selection of wines to choose from, and my server was super knowledgeable. I have always loved white wines I never truly found a red that I would go back to, but my server recommended one to me and I wish I had written down the name!! I loved it! The cheesecake was good as well, and of course Tivoli Village is just a pleasant place to be as a whole.

Came here for a bridal shower and it was an absolute dream! Ada's is located in Las Vegas (Summerlin to be exact) but somehow you feel live you've walked into a quaint little cobblestone style, European coffee and wine bar - it is truly magnificent. They have indoor seating with an adorable bar you can sit at, as well as plenty outdoor seating that wraps around the restaurant. The food was amazing! They had a brunch menu filled with charcuterie, bacon, scrambled eggs, shrimp and grits, potatoes and pancakes. You could also order an omelette of your choosing. The wine choices were all delicious as well. The customer service is superb - everyone is so friendly and welcoming. We had a great time and I would absolutely go back time and time again if I lived in the area! Thanks Ada's!
