A Dream Jumper - Las Vegas

I really loved working with a Dream Jumper they made my experience fairly easy to rent a large jumping castle. We rented the large white jumping castle and it was absolutely beautiful in perfect shape and very clean.They can definitely be tough to get a hold of for whatever reason I didn't have any troubles when I was booking the reservation but as I was trying to add to the reservation it became really difficult to get a hold of them however the owner did call me the day before the reservation and I was able to make adjustments as needed so that was nice on short notice. The delivery and pick up went very smooth and of course the product itself is fantastic.I would definitely rent from them again in the future. It felt nice to support a local company.Very fair priced and they were able to work with me so that I could keep the Jumper overnight.

I've tried to use this business twice to rent a jumper. The first time was in 2018 when I wanted to rent their disco dome jumper, however, I was quoted $240 which was out of my budget at that time. I ended up going with another company who charged $100 for a standard size jumper, 3 tables, and 18 chairs. Now today would be my second time trying to use them. When I inquired about the jumper rentals, they first asked me the date of my event and which jumper I was interested in. I provided them with the event date and requested for the same disco dome jumper. The price is still the same for $240 + $20 for delivery and set up so $260 altogether. I was fine and ready to pay that price this time around however, they would not accommodate pick up times with me. They deliver between 8am-1pm and pick up same day between 6pm-8pm (it will be an additional $120 to keep overnight). I informed them that my party wouldn't start until 4PM and requested if they can pick up at 8PM so I can be sure to get my monies worth and at least have the jumper for a minimum of 4 hours during the party. Sierra, the rep I was communicating with, asked her boss if they can make any accommodations for me but then got back to me to say that they are completely booked for that date. I just don't understand how we got as far as going through pick up and drop off times, after I gave them the date for the event, just for them to not even be available at all.I appreciate the back & forth timely response but I guess it's just not meant to be for me to give my business to this place. Luckily, after researching several places, I ended up finding a different company who rents out the disco jumper AND they are going to let me keep it overnight at no additional cost.

We were given a window of time for drop off, and they gave us a call when they were 20 mins away. Upon arrival, a tarp was put down, then setup the slide, also gave a walkthrough of how to use the cotton candy machine. Our son said this was the "best birthday ever!!". Thank you for contributing to his special day. He loved screaming down the slide, and fell asleep in a cotton candy coma. We will definitely give you guys a call again. Much appreciated.

I cannot begin to thank these lovely gentlemen and women who made this all possible. Not only was delievery perfect pick up was just as equal. This was amazing timing. Pricing is really reasonable I purchased 5 tables 40 chairs and a jolly jumper for little less than $200. I believe so i was too grateful in the amount of time it has taken me to get them. Thank you again for the tremendous set up time and patience with all my questions I have. Great communication, my jolly jumper was delivered and set up early. Clean and no issues.

Haik was a dream when dealing with A Dream Jumper. He bent over backwards for us. He communicated every step of the way. He followed through on his promises in a day when people don't. He has extremely high integrity. I will now ONLY use him for our party needs. You can't go wrong here!!!!!

Hayk with A Dream Jumper is awesome! I can absolutely see why he is rated number one on Yelp. I was unsure if the bouncer I wanted would fit in my backyard, so Hayk had me text him pictures and helped me figure out which bouncer to go with. I actually had an emergency come up the day before my daughter's party. I was worried that with such short notice I would be unable to postpone the bouncer, but Hayk was so accommodating. He moved the bouncer delivery date out by a week as I requested. He also wished my family well, and he seemed genuinely concerned about my emergency. He was more concerned with my family being ok than he was with making a quick buck. No price can be placed on that. The bouncer was so clean and looked brand new. Hayk was right on time with delivery, and he worked quickly and efficiently to get the bouncer set up. He even helped to move my trampoline over a bit to make room for the bouncer! He actually brought out a hand vacuum to clean the bouncer (which was plenty clean already) before he left after setting up. The kids jumped and slid down the slide for several hours; they had a blast! I could type all night about the great customer service. However, I want to enjoy the rest of my Saturday night, so I will just say. Rent your bouncer from Hayk. I have thrown birthday parties for each of my daughters for the last ten years, and A Dream Jumper tops my list of best vendors thus far! I will definitely be doing all of my bouncer rentals with this company! We need more companies like this. Customer service is impeccable!

This is the second time we have used A Dream Jumper and we have been super happy with the service! They're always very helpful when we need help selecting a jumper. Customer service is amazing and very friendly. They come out and set everything up very quickly, and at the end of the day they break it all down for you. Our son had a blast and has been asking to have another jumper back soon! We appreciate the quality service and the fun it provides the kids! Will definitely continue to use A Dream Jumper in the future!

My family loved this jumper so much, it was so beautiful! I spoke with Sierra and she was very helpful with any questions I had. The people who set up the bouncer and broke it down were extremely kind too. Definitely will be renting from here again

I go through Dream Jumper for all my parties, they have tables chairs jumpers and etc. I just had a wonder birthday party for my daughter! Hyak and his team are the best and here's a few different reasons why.1. Their very professional and respectful2. Their genuine, they come in and speak to the family they interact with their customers. They don't just drop the party supplies off and leave.3. The prices are affordable4. Their variety is huge5. They accommodate your needs if you need the items for a certain time they accommodate without a problem and without a extra charge (I kept my tables and jumpers from 11am to the next morning ) 6.their always there for you Thank you so much
