Walked in to get some flowers for a friend I choose white roses sunflowers and some baby's breath didn't get the name of the guy who helped me but was super nice and quick the flowers were so fresh and my friend loved them

Flowers received are old. Petals are brown on edges. Husband called and he was told that they will send another set the following day but 3 days now and still no flowers. Not worth $50-$60+. Husband paid for a happy birthday balloon too, but no balloon delivered.

The flowers were beautiful, but they were delivered on the wrong day and a day late. Worse than that the card was not written correctly. I was so embarrassed when I read "From Ricky." all my coworkers were around me excited for the flowers and my card.. My fiance said was it not what he requested to be written. If I'm wrong than my only issue is that the flowers were delivered a day late. And because I was off I didn't receive them until the 15th. National Side Chick Day.

My parents ordered me a huge 40 rose arrangement as a surprise and Teri blew it by texting me for my address and to confirm order smh When addressed Teri became argumentative and was very unprofessiona. I received damaged roses with missing pedals (flowers were groomed enough to be presentable). Flower began to die within the first two days. My parents stated the arrangement delivered looked smaller than advertised as well. I called the company seeking a solution and only to get Teri on the phone stating "oh it's you, I delivered the arrangement and we started on the wrong foot." Nothing was resolved, Teri took my phone number and said owner would call me back.

A birthday should be a time to celebrate. Not with this plain, dying excuse for a floral arrangement.A buddy sent me this message. It arrived late Saturday the 1st of June. By Tuesday the flowers were limp and dead. 90% of the arrangement was inexpensive greens.I did call the person in charge to fix the problem. No call back. I called again and she said she had to talk to the boss. In other words, she doesn't care.I would not ever recommend ordering any flowers from this company.

My mother received an arrangement from adult grandchildren in Philadelphia for her 90th birthday. The flowers started dying the next day. There were lilies added to the arrangement that were not requested. Infact, they are poisonous for pets. I called, text and sent pictures there wasn't any response. Because they use a double aa their business pops up 1st.
