We've been here multiple times and it's probably the best thing at Circa! A lot of items have hit beyond expectations!Sizzling Shrimp 5/5 - amazing sauce!!Wings 5/5 - standard but it's crispy and not drenched in sticky sauce like buffalo wings would be. Sizzling Noodles 5/5 - must try!!Bao Buns 10/5!! - must try!! The pork is so tender and flavorful and the veggies add that freshness. Pad Thai 4/5 - To go order. Standard. Wayyyyy better than Le Thai's but just ok. Skip the Musubi bites. I also didn't care for the dumplings. Both were to-go items, so it may have been that made me not like it as much. Cute interior and overall good service.

8 East is an interesting restaurant located in a corner in the second floor of Circa. Is an Asian fusion nicely decorated with a menu with a wide variety of dishes.We arrived at noon ( after checkout of the other hotel) and We sit in the bar area, it was quite comfortable. What did we have? Pork ramen and chicken pad Thai both flavorful and delicious, and we got the dishes really quick ( we were famished, since didn't have breakfast). Service was very attentive and prices were reasonable. Really cool place! Recommended!

Once again, this was a dynamite experience. The lollipop lamb chops are the best tasting chops I've ever eaten. I highly recommend ordering your own chops. Three of us did just that and also shared an order of brisket fried rice, sizzling shrimp, and a side of bok choy paired with a side of waterfall sauce (this is what the shrimp dish is made with). All of these items were delicious and didn't disappoint. Jerry was our server and did a great job. Our food was served quickly and was made to order. Side note: their house hot sauce is superb! Finally, the bartender was able to create a mocktail off the cuff with the suggested ingredients I provided and it was fantastic! When in Vegas, dine at 8 East!

Came here with my friends on a whim and had the best experience! Their cocktails are amazing, I highly recommend the Tuk Tuk. The food was delicious, my favorite dish being the brisket fried rice. I am dreaming about the day I can go back and enjoy both of these again! The service was above and beyond and the atmosphere was great!

Located inside Circa hotel, this restaurant is extremely popular. The menu isn't super extensive but they do have a lot of choices to choose from. If you're pescatarian/ vegetarian like myself they don't have many options but you could always choose veggies instead of meat which is good. This place gets packed and a reservation is recommended. The portions for the noodle and rice dishes are big enough to share between 2-3 people depending on how much everyone wants of each.

Tucked in the corner of Circa's casino is this gem. This has become one of my favorites when down by Fremont. Some the must haves:Chicken wingsPork belly baoLobster Fried RiceChicken pad thaiFeed me!!! I want more

Pros: Delicious food, great serviceCons: Maybe parking?Details: We have only been once, and we came at 3 pm, so I can't speak to how busy it gets, but I'd have to imagine reservations would be a good idea. Really good service and unique food. Not inexpensive but not a wallet buster.

Forgot to take pictures because everything was so good. We loved the Pork Belly bao so much we ordered a second helping. The short rib dumplings were delicious and came on top of a creamy sauce. I usually get dumplings boiled, but the waiter suggested pan friend which was a great choice. We devoured them. The chicken skin was ok. A liiiiiiitttttle too spicy for our tastes but not bad for someone who loves spicy. This is a tapas place so you get small plates to share and can order more whenever! The waited seemed a little distracted for how not busy the restaurant was but he was very knowledgeable and had his suggestions on the menu which was great.

This place is perfection-- from the outstanding service, to the decor, to the absolutely best lunch options on Fremont. I love it enough to drive here at least twice monthly and almost always get extra to go. Get the Wagu, if it's available.
