We are regulars at 303 and miss them being on Hualapai! The extra 10 min drive is worth it. The burrito with fries is a huge portion and tasty. We've also tried the loaded fries, cheesecake and tiramisu. I always get the burrito with fries and both the garlic aioli and 303 sauce are perfect together.

After seeing so many mouthwatering Tiramisu reels on Instagram, I knew I had to bump 303 In the Cut to the top of my list.Though it's not the closest spot to me, its convenient location near the 215 (and away from the Strip) made it an easy choice.I arrived around 7:15 PM, and there was already a line about six people deep. It was 46 degrees outside, but I decided to brave the cold, hoping it would be worth it. The food truck is actually a trailer and a bit on the small side, with only two people working--one taking orders and the other behind the grill. The wait was a bit long, as they took three orders at a time, filled them, and then moved on to the next. Luckily, the two people ahead of me were just ordering dessert, so they were served quickly. They also mentioned that if you're only ordering dessert or drinks, you can skip the line and go straight to the window. When it was my turn, I went all in and ordered their top picks: the Green Chili Burrito, Crackin' Chicken Fries, and, of course, the Tiramisu. My total came to around $50, but it was enough food for two or three meals. The Green Chili Burrito was delicious--flavorful without being too spicy, and the smoked chicken added a nice touch. The Crackin' Chicken Fries reminded me of a spicy chicken sandwich, but served over crispy fries instead of bread. And the Tiramisu? Absolutely decadent--super creamy with just the right balance of rum, coffee, and chocolate. It was the kind of dessert that makes you keep coming back for more.I'll definitely be back for desert, and maybe the burrito. For the fries, I think you really gotta be in the mood as it's a little oilier than I like to eat.

I've been here a few times! Food is great. However, this time I didn't get any pickles in my Crackin' fried chicken fries. Are they no longer included? The pickles definitely added a more rounded flavor. Update: thank you to Guiliano for hearing my concerns and responding so quickly!

Yall, this place is BOMB. Like seriously, this place is so good. I had seen this place on TikTok for a while and knew we needed to check it out at some point. And I was Not disappointed! Everything I had here was so hot, fresh, and jam packed with flavor. The popular green chile burrito with the house sauce is seriously unlike any other burrito you'll have! The flavors just compliment each other so well. And, honestly, my personal favorite was the philly cheesesteak! I'm not going to lie, it's hard for me to find a place sometimes that serves a good Philly cheesesteak but this one was probably my favorite one I've had in Vegas so far. In addition, the tiramisu was to Die for!! It's some of the best I've had since being in Italy. I just felt everything they did here was so good and consistent. I will Definitely be back and would recommend!!

Had not tried since the move to the hospital. But this was one of my favorite burritos. I stopped by the other night. Burrito was over charred, chicken had some gross bites hard and fatty. Going to take it out of rotation for a bit. Love the story and green chilli, but I was disappointed with this batch. Hopefully it was a one off. Glad a small business like this is in the area.

Like everyone else I have seen this place on Insta for years! Went on a Friday night, no line so that was great. We ordered the smothered green chilli burrito, Fried chicken fries, and the cheesecake in the cut style. Green chilli burrito had a really good flavor, loved the chilli verde, but wasn't smothered like we ordered. I also got no beans so there wasn't a whole lot to the burrito for the price. Fried chicken fries were good, honestly I was expecting way more sauce...they were kinda dry. Which is as disappointing since online they look so saucy. Cheesecake in the cut style was probably our favorite. Thick slices of cheesecake, and the sauce to pour on top adds another layer of flavor. Overall for the price....didnt really do it for me.

We finally saw a short line and detoured for the experience! This is a food truck that parks on the corner of Spring Mountain and Arville Friday and Saturday nights in Las Vegas. I know it's delicious because when my daughter took me before the line was down the parking lot. Yesterday, lol, the temp in Vegas was 112, so at 7:15pm, sun setting in the West, their were only 4 people in line, after leaving a pastry shop across the street, I was led here for an "In the Cut" Cheesecake sandwich with a strawberry, blueberry jam in the middle!. The person standing beside as we made the purchase agreed we would be please.!

It was, ok. The green chili chicken burrito had good flavor but was way over salted, the fries and sauces were great. The Philly cheese steak was not good. Small and flavor was way off. The churros were great, crunchy and soft with the dipping sauce, yes.
