I have been following this food truck for about 6 months from my home state of FL with my husband. All the posts made me want to stop by when I took my trip to Vegas. I arrived in Las Vegas on 2/10 for 2 specific reasons. To see New Edition at the Wynn and to go try 303 In The Cut. Now prior to travel I interacted with folks who's already raved about the food so I knew what to expect for flavors, wait times and cost. I made my trip to finally try the food on 2/12/25. And let me say the opened prompl9at 7pm ready to take the first customer. I was lucky #3 in the long line even on a cold windy night it didn't stop folks from waiting to get there orders in. Because I didn't want to order anything wrong I actually saved the reels of the items I wanted to try from the IG posts. The wonderful young lady at the counter allowed me to play the three reels so she could know exactly what and how I wanted it. What I ordered:1. Prickly pear cutty juice2. Green chili burrito - smothered sour cream, cheese sauce on top and upgraded crackin fried chicken fries3. Dirty dog - added cheese sauce and upgraded crackin fried chicken fries.4. Cheese cake "in the cut" style with cream middle and sauce on the sideThere was enough food for upto 5 maybe 6 people in the containers, so the price surely makes sense when you see the receipt. All I know is every bite was satisfying all my senses. It was cooked well and seasoned just enough to give it a bite but not overwhelming to your pallet. And the juice was just the right refresher to make it feel like you didn't overdo it on the drinking lol. I wish they had one in my state because I would be a repeat customer for sure. But if you are in Las Vegas and want to spend your money on a meal unlike anything on the strip, that is full of flavor and worth every dollar. Check this spot out. I can't imagine them giving out a bad batch of anything g they make. It was the best meal I've had in Vegas on any of my many trips here and will surely be back on my next trip. Thank you 30e In The Cut for living up to all the IG hype. I'm a true fan.

Don't blink or you'll miss the food truck! Keep your eyes peeled because it's on the same parking lot as 'Play it Again, Sam's.' We came here after getting some late night cravings for something filling. Their social media game is strong and the food looks amazing!Apparently we're not the only people who wanted to try this place because the line was huge! But we persevered and after about a 45 minute wait we made it to the front. We ordered their green chile burrito, dirty dog, cheesecake sandwich and crackin' fried chicken fries.Right off the bat the food started off very strong. The crackin' fried chicken fries were delicious: panko breaded chicken on top of crinkle cut fries and then topped with two different sauces - their 303 in the cut sauce and i believe a garlic based ailoi. 5/5!The dirty dog is a hotdog mixed with Philly cheesesteak. The hotdog weenie might be fried instead of grilled because it was a bit dry and overcooked. The steak was a little bland. 2/5The green chile burrito is massive! Instead of a traditional 'chile verde' with pork meat they use chicken and fill it with beans, cheese and then top it with their house sauces. It was too spicy for my wife, so if you're not a spicy person take heed! My heat tolerance is legendary so I took a bite and it has a bite to it, but it just wasn't for me. 1/5We finished off strong with their cheesecake. This thing is huge - basically two whole servings of cheesecake sandwiched together with a cream filling and it's accompanied with a strawberry/blueberry topping. 5/5We'd love to be back for more of those crackin' fries and to try their other desserts.

saw my man on tik tok videos and I could not wait to try it out. I got the chicken fries and honestly.. they were just ok to good. It was fries, topped with chicken then the sauces.. so the bottom was just dry fries. Idk could use some cheese down there or something else to make it more harmonious. However..Portion sized was huge and I could have split it with 2 more of me and still had some bites left over. Tiramisu was 5 star all day. Amazing. And HUGE! Could also share with friends. Seemed pricey but then I thought a local restaurant serves a piece 1/4 that size for like 6.99. Keep working and hustling. I'll check in next visit

This is a great place if you're drunk, have a hangover, or need a solid cheat meal. The burrito I think I made from grilled pork, the tortilla has a cheese lining, and it's just the right amount to keep you wanting more. This place is located in the parking lot of a strip club. Not a bad business idea. The service is fast and they have a loyalty program as well. It's a food truck so there's no seating, just eat in your car out in the hood if your car. I'll definitely be coming back.

I'm from LA and I've heard good reviews about this truck. Decided to stop by during my vacation to try out their food. The truck itself is placed in a parking lot that's also shared with a strip club. However, no big deal, that's Vegas for you. I tried their Green Chile Burrito (+Smothered, +Sour Cream) and their Crackin Fried Chicken Fries. Initially, I thought the food tasted great! However, as I kept eating, everything started to taste bland. The fries and chicken itself were dull, the sauce is what makes up for the flavor. As for the burrito, I wish there was more going on such as adding rice or guacamole. The burrito only consisted of chicken and beans. Also, the portion was a bit too much for me. The sizes here are definitely meant to be shared. All in all, I don't believe I would visit this truck again for their food. However, I am open to trying their desserts! The cheesecake looks fantastic and I'm a sucker for a good cheesecake.

food: I tried the cheesecake in the cut style. Cheese cake made in house (or in the truck). Last 7-9 days in the fridge, which was true because its a lot of cheese cake, comes with their blueberry strawberry sprinkled with lime. Absolutely fire. Philly cheese steak: made in a hoagie bun, with bell peppers and onions in ribeye steak. Comes with a small dab of sauce which i have no idea what it is. My favorite thing on the menu thus far. Dirty dog: same thing with cheese and a hot dog topped with 1/4 lb ribeye on top. I think the hot dog makes it a bit salty for my taste, but to teach their own. service: When i come here, theres usually someone ordering and someone waiting. I usually come here late late at night right after work. Theres not to much of a line to order. They are friendly when you place an order. Pretty prompt in my eyes making all there food in house. Takes 7-10 to have my order ready. ambiance: So food truck, theres like 5-6 chairs near the truck. theres a trash can next to the side walk to throw away your stuff. I went in the winter time so its pretty nice outside at night.

Sucks. Went tonight to get the dirty dog, asked for no pepper and onions. Along with no onions or peppers they gave me no HOTDOG; I'm sorry I thought the whole point of a dirty DOG was for the hotdog.

This place receives a lot of hype but it does live up to it pretty well. We arrived at about 7:40pm (40 minutes after opening) and took our place in line. Be prepared to possibly struggle to find a spot in the parking lot. Having someone to wait in line while the other parks is a great strategy. The trailer is all lit up so you can't miss it. They have the line coned and taped off too so you'll know right where to head when you get there. The line stayed all the way to the end of the cones the whole time we were there. We chatted and snapped a few pictures while waiting to place our order. They have someone standing outside the trailer to take your order which really helps the experience. You can hear and she can point and offer recommendations. We ordered a cheesesteak and fries, 2 cheesecake sandwiches, the tiramisu and 2 prickly pear limeades. The order was just over $80. Once your order is placed you just stand nearby and wait for your name to be called. It took about 10 minutes. It was a chilly night in Vegas so we got into our warm car and shared the sandwich and fries. The cheesecake comes on a thinner bun which we both liked. Thought it almost resembles a pita. It was tasty but we both thought it could be a little cheesier. There were two sauces that came with it. Both were nothing like we've tasted before. We couldn't decide which was our favorite. They were good on both the sandwich and for dipping your fries in. One kind of tasted like a smoky chipotle to me and the other almost a really mild horsey ranch with a hint of something else I couldn't put my finger on. They are good though. The fries are crinkle cut with a seasoning sprinkled on them. Loved that they were salty! We saw some reviews about the prickly pear limeade that made us feel we better get two bc we wouldn't want to share. It will be an interesting surprise. Refreshing with a hint of "what is that." Makes you smack your lips together a few times before grabbing another sip. We decided to wait until we got home to dig into the desserts. The cheesecake sandwich is more than a mouthful if you try it that way. It can be quite messy but is creamy and delicious. My son didn't care for the strawberry blueberry sauce but I liked it. I chose to use a fork and drizzle the sauce over each bite. Yum!The tiramisu is huge too! Fills the entire container. So smooth and creamy. I'm glad I waited to write this review until the next day bc it may be even better the next day!! It gave the lady fingers time to get drenched and the coffee was just starting to ooze out when you'd cut a bite. Delicious!Totally worth a try and the location isn't really even a thing for your consideration. They may have found a genius spot actually. Enjoy!

Food Truck. Chicken. Local. This food truck has some good points, the staff is all super nice and approachable. It's your typical walk up, order and get your food...the difference here is any question you have they answer. The portions are outrageous big - so be prepared for left overs which are even better the next day. We tried their staple - green chile burrito in the cut and smothered. In the cut means that their 303 sauce is put within the burrito. What would make this burrito over the top and just perfect if it was smothered in cheese sauce with the green sauce. It's a lot of burrito to eat. We also tried the highly raved about chicken fries. These were good, could have used more heat but decent. This dish is large portion so be prepared to share or save for the next day. I hear this place gets better as the night progresses, we hit it up around 9:30/10 not a large line but parking is limited, it's located in the parking lot of a club. Looking forward to trying the desserts on the next trip.

Super disappointing. Bought chicken fries, a cheesesteak, and a tiramisu dessert. The cheesesteak bread was burned to a crisp!!! Fries and dessert were just ok. Not worth the drive. We won't be back.
