Hello Vietnam Pho and Roll

On my 2nd time here at this great restaurant, I had the garlic shrimp(large & plump)noodles and also their filet mignon fried rice which was the best I ever had with delicious tender beef.Both dishes were generous portions full of flavor.The Hostess was very courteous and professional.Hello Vietnam retains my rating as best authentic Vietnamese restaurant in Tempe.Highly recommended.

Normally I love this place, it's right by my apartment and walking distance. The food is usually really good, today I'm not sure what happened. There was only one guy working so I'm trying not to be bothered. He was fast, which was nice. However, I ordered pho soup - the brother was Luke warm couldn't cook my rare steak at all. I had to turn on my oven to finish it. The ambience is pretty laid back inside, usually one person working but have never had this issue

I was there on a Tuesday and ordered the Bun Bo Hue. The price wasn't that great for what I got. Despite the decent list of boba drinks, they only had one or two flavors available. The restaurant is conveniently located next to the hotel I was staying at. I would return as the BBH was pretty good and if I stayed at the same hotel.

First you walk in and are greater with amazing pops of color everywhere. Such a beautiful mural on the wall. The service was fast and very friendly. The food was amazing. Perfect noodles and great tasting flavor packed broth. Check out the video on TikTok sweetsngoodeats

We were in town for the Rock N Roll Arizona half-marathon and I needed to pasta load the night before the race. We stopped by an Italian place and it was packed. This cute pho place was across the street from our hotel so we walked over. We were delighted by the cute decor which includes a brightly colored mural and unique front counter facade. We ordered some familiar favorites: shrimp rolls and garlic noodles and dinner was on. These were the largest shrimp rolls I've had and the garlic noodles were exactly what I needed in terms of comfort food and carb load. My daughter enjoyed her strawberry milk tea. Service was good with consistent check ins about our food quality. Staff may be soft-spoken but we never felt indifference or rudeness.

I've been seriously wanting pho spot and look at what I stumbled upon in Tempe! AND ITS GOOD A-F YALL! I got a protein bowl with noodle and shrimp, I also tried the fried rice and Hot Vietnam Wings!!! SLAMMIN!!!!!

I love the vegan pho! They are super accomodating and I love the vibe. The Pho is flavorful, fresh and always super hot. This is a perfect bowl of pho when you are craaaaving it. The spring rolls are also really great.

Probably would be good if I had a chance to try it. It closed 20 minutes earlier than stated hours and I was told "Chef left so there was nothing they could do about it"No greeting, No apologies for inconvenience. I Hope they last. ‍

We went for dinner and found the the food lackluster and the atmosphere ghastly. There was only on other diner in the restaurant. A large fan was blasting in the entranceway and the large dining room was quite warm.

At first when you come to this place, the way it looks inside, you would think you are in for a great meal, WRONG!! Just the looks are great.The food not so, first i went to the front to order, this is not a sit down and order, you need to order then I guess sit down. The guy took off as soon as I paid with my card, and I needed help completing it, because it was frozen and I couldn't do anything else. I seated myself, asked for water, he told me water is up front if I needed it.The food came out very fast, as if it was sitting there for awhile, I ordered spring rolls and pho with meatball and steak, When he brought me the food, he just put it on the table and said nothing to me, just left and did not see him for the rest of the time I was here.I got the spring rolls both were so loose wrapped if the rice paper around it was not sticky, this would have fallen apart and did so after you take the first bite. The peanut sauce seems to be old, watery and tested the same, I could not eat it.(see pic) it was I. A little plastic cup and stuck to the sides, the pho was very watery as well, also taste like water, you really needed to doctor it up just to have a little taste like PHO. The steak has about 5 little slices of meat and a good amount of meatballs that were good, but I don't believe they made them.I don't recommend this place, at least this time, but I would never come back here.Hope they get the help and Godbless
