The cleanest and the friendliest restaurant in all Scottsdale! Super clean and presentable top to bottom! Ladies who tend tables are an absolute class and professionals. Make you wish every restaurant is like this. See, this is what happens when people take pride in their job. Food is amazing, even brought by a cute robot occasionally! I'm coming back for sure

Service lacking food lacking and bill expensive, $27 for two spring rolls and some pork bun The music playing was irritating and too loud not only was it playing inside the restaurant it was playing outside the front door, even louder. No need to ever come back to this establishment.

I would say it was the worst Vietnamese food I ever had.I had the vermicelli noodle dish with shrimps and it was lack of flavors. The vermicelli noodles were over cooked and the food was so blend, what a disappointment. I had Vietnamese food many times before in other restaurants and it was delicious, but this one nope!The waitress wasn't smiling at all, the room was empty and sad, it wasn't a place to have a nice meal.

I had the spicy beef short rib soup and the rest of the people had beef pho. Normally I get pho but I wanted to try something different. I should have stuck with pho; I like the broth and noodles in pho better. The rest of the pho dishes were very good though. The service was a little slow and not real attentive. They weren't busy in the restaurant at all but I think they may have had a lot of carryout. My biggest concern was cleanliness. The restaurant was fine but I've seen men's rooms in truck stops. If they allow the public spaces to be that dirty, it concerns me what the kitchen looks like.

Can confirm Hello Vietnam locations are among the best in the Valley, if not competing for 1st and 2nd amongst their own locations. At least for me. But I look for pho wherever I'm at... so hopefully that adds credibility. They also have an actual robot deliver the food to you which is always hilarious to watch! Service is attentive and location is clean. This is a perfect middle of the week quiet dinner spot. I love getting a mango slushy with my combination pho. Absolute comfort food.

We saw this next to the Tesla charger and wanted a snack but not lunch.We came and ordered shrimp and pork spring rolls and a caramelized pork banh mi. The pork and shrimp spring rolls were decent. The spring rolls weren't wrapped as nicely, a little messy. My friend said her banh mi was horrible. She didn't enjoy it. Not sure how authentic this place is as we didn't try the pho.

I am a big Vietnamese food fan and this one really delivers!My shrimp stir fried rice was delicious with large, fresh plump shrimps and alot of them.I also had the Vietnamese wings which tasted great with crispy skin full of soy seasoning flavors and quality meat.Service was excellent as I was out the door in minutes. I did takeout but the dining room looks very nice with a cute bar and wide screen TVs.The location is great at Shea and Pima 101.Prices are also very reasonable for the high quality.Highly recommended.

YUMMY YUMMY in my tummy! This place is not only so cutWe ordered chicken fried rice, veggie fried rice with tofu, and vegan pho. SO GOOD! They have a full bar with seating, beautiful lighting, lots of seating and a cool robot that brings out your food. We will be back!

In case you were wondering, this is what $16 ($19 after tax and tip) worth of beef and rice is worth... here's a photo. What an absolute scam of a restaurant.Edit: whoops, forgot to add in the $10 egg rolls...

Me and my friend came here and it was honestly not that great the broth lacked flavor and there was so much oil. the service wasn't terrible but it also wasn't great and the server could've been more attentive considering we were her only table. We got the same thing except my my friend added steamed vegetables for four dollars on her Pho , when we asked for the check, I paid cash and she paid card and I told her to put the cash on my soup and the card on her soup with the steam vegetables. I noticed that my change was wrong as I gave her a 20 and my meal was $14. She came back with $1.43 so I asked if I could see the receipt. Turns out that when you split the check between two people it's an added gratuity of 20% on both checks. Honestly not worth your money or your time .
