Every year they buy thousands of Girl Scout Thin Mint cookies directly from local scouts! The cookies get crushed and folded into mint ice cream made with extract from Washington-grown organic peppermint.
Molly Moon's salted caramel dares to be saltier than all the others! They use kosher sea salt and homemade caramel, made with local hormone-free cream and butter and organic cane sugar.
An ice cream shop classic! To make this flavor they use organic strawberries from Viva Farmsan amazing farm incubator in our very own Skagit Valley. It has swirls and chunks of these locally grown strawberries plus a touch of organic vanilla extract.
Most chocolate ice creams are made using cocoa powder, but they use 70% dark, organic, fair-trade Theo Chocolate. They melt the chocolate bars using a hot mixture of cream, milk and sugar and the result is a dense, extra fudgy chocolate ice cream unlike any other.
Inspired by the flavors of the Pacific Northwest, they use locally harvested wild honey and bits of organic lavender from Sequim, on the Olympic Peninsula.
This delicious flavor is made with sweet cream ice cream that's swirled with homemade vanilla bean caramel and tons of homemade yeti granola and Theo chocolate bits.
Molly Moon's has perfected a cookie recipe by baking the most scrumptious chocolate cookies and then layering in a double dose of their homemade cream filling.

Last night was quite the experience, starting with The Macklemore cookie which was, without a doubt, one of the best cookies I've had in a long time. It essentially combined the deliciousness of s'mores in cookie form, and I'm inspired to try recreating it at home.This ingenious creation consists of a cookie perched on a graham cracker with a generous block of Theo chocolate fudge nestled in the center.Inside, there were around four seats where you could relax and observe the cookie-making process. Whenever a fresh batch emerged from the oven, it was hard to resist the temptation to purchase more. I was delighted to discover that they also serve Molly Moon's ice cream, which seems to be a part of the business since their partnership back in 2013. It's impressive to see how well they're still thriving today!

If you are in need of a cookie cake: GET IT HERE!! For a giant cookie cake it was only $20. The cookie cake was super soft, not hard at all. Def will be back for future cookie cake needs.

Mackles'more Cookie and Molasses was good. The molasses was soft and chewy. The New York cheesecake was also good, and their popcorn ice cream really tasted like buttered popcorn. I just wish their ice cream was original and didn't just use Molly Moon's. The ice cream selection was a bit limited too.

Hello Robin is a cookie and ice cream dessert shop serving fun flavors and specials! The cookies are average in size but texturally sound as the outer edges are usually crisp and the insides are light and chewy. I ordered a half dozen to get variety of flavors and my favorites were the brown butter snickerdoodle and salted butterscotch! Fresh baked cookies with creamy ice cream? What more could you want! I had heard about this spot since they were known for topping Molly Moon's ice cream with their signature fresh baked cookies. I can never resist good ice cream or fresh cookies, so this was a dream come true.I got an open faced sandwich with cookie dough ice cream and a pumpkin chocolate chip cookie. The ice cream was different than I remember, as I thought the cookie dough was a cinnamon base but this time it was vanilla. There were generous amounts of cookie dough mixed in though. The cookie itself was quite good too - so soft and chocolatey and the pumpkin flavor shone through nicely. It wasn't warm though, which was something I was hoping for :(For almost $8, it's certainly a pricey dessert, to the point where I definitely wouldn't get it often. However, definitely worth the try!

I've been to Hello Robin just a handful of times throughout the years but it has been equally good each time. The flavors are fun and change periodically and I appreciate that they offer Vegan and Gluten free options for some of my friends. I frequent toe UW location but have been to the Cap Hill one has well and both offer impeccable service and a very clean and sweet-smelling store. I like that the cookies are smaller as I tend to eat smaller portions and that means I can try a few flavors in one go. I would say my favorite is brown butter snickerdoodle or the molasses, depending on my mood, but so far all the cookies I've had have been delicious. They're the puffier kind of cookie and are moist with a little bit of a bite to it. Never too sweet either. Definitely a good place to try!

My cousin's wife introduced me to this place. Their favorite cookie is the orange habanero chocolate chip. I can definitely understand! This is an adult cookie for those who like a kick or spice in their food. I thought there would not be much habanero flavor, but it is definitely present and truly turns up the heat. I loved the combination. Very unique!The shop is very cute with the baby blue decor and very local to Seattle, which was great as I was visiting from Ohio. It is two women running the business, which was another great thing I loved to support. We got a mixed dozen to go and 3 mango habanero, 1 mackles'more, and 2 chocolate chip to have right away. I chose the mackles'more for myself as being in Seattle I had to support this tribute to Macklemore himself! The mackles'more gets heated right before serving, which made it even better. Definitely recommend this place and to heat up the cookies 10 seconds for better taste at home.

We ordered half a dozen cookies and got a mix of everything. If I had to do it again, I would order half of the classic chocolate chip and mackles''more cookies. Those were my absolutely favorite! Both had the right amount of gooey chocolate chip that melts in your mouth yet salty and sweet. I will 100% come back!!!The staff were super sweet and gave me recommendations on what to order too. There's not really anywhere to sit though, this is more of a to-go place.

The best cookies ever! I am EXTREMELY picky when it comes to my cookies, especially chocolate chip cookies and this place did not disappoint! So yummy and the texture is perfect! They have a s'mores cookie (another name for it) that is nothing like I've ever tasted before. So unique and delicious. I still dream about these cookies. The store is small so there is a line and it can get long. Not too many places to sit inside and it's not tables. Just a bar and a corner of seating.
