Perfect place to go to while enjoying a sunny day at pike place! Their gelato is amazing. We got caramel, cheesecake, and mango flavored gelato and all were delicious. My favorite one was caramel. The gelato is sweet, smooth, and tasty. Service was great. Everyone was helpful and attentive. You're able to try samples. Pricing is fair for the large and mezze (very large) sizes. If you buy a small (walk around), it's $6.50 and a medium is $8.50 which is pretty pricey. We got our size in a Mezze ($16.50) and it was pretty fulfilling for the both of us. I enjoyed the ambiance of the store. The gelato machines are pretty cool and you're able to see it right in front of you. The store is nicely organized and is simplistic.

I feel like after Ellenos, I had higher expectations for Hellenika. I'm sure that's maybe not fair, but that's just the way it is. They were pretty limited on flavors when we went, with more than half of them either out of stock or in the process of churning with a long wait time. I got the seasonal Samoa one, with a Girl Scout cookie in it. I liked the cookie dipped in the yogurt, as the contrast between crunchy and creamy was very pleasant. However, once I finished the cookie, I realized it was actually only okay. Creamy texture, but something was missing about the flavor. Portion was huge though, so that was a plus. Overall, not very keen on going back and definitely wouldn't go out of my way to try it.

Was looking for some frozen yogurt in Pike Place and stumbled upon Hellenika. So, glad I found this place it's amazing! Got the malted vanilla and passionfruit flavors. Ordered the smallest size and that was honestly plenty. It's very think and rich so small was definitely sufficient. The yogurt is really tasty, creamy, and it tasted like frozen ellenos yogurt. The service was friendly and they allowed for multiple taste samples. The ambiance is clean sleek and very modern with some state of the art frozen yogurt machines. Definitely check it out next time you are in Pike Place Market

Great flavor options. They are very creative too. It's the first time I tried gochujan ice cream/frozen from sampling. I ended up getting honey lavender and passion fruit. Would definitely come back again!

I finally got the chance to try this spot after seeing it pop up everywhere since opening! They serve cultured gelato, which means that it has the tangy notes of froyo but the smooth texture of gelato. When we came they were doing girl scout cookie flavors! They were super kind and let us sample a ton of flavors - I tried the thin mint, coconut ube, lemonade, and marionberry. Ultimately I decided to get the thin mint and coconut ube in the smallest size. They PACKED that onto the cup - the first scoop was literally to the brim already, and the second was layered on top. Super appreciative of that, but I didn't end up finishing it all because it was so much haha. The thin mint was my favorite of the two, as it had less of that tangy aftertaste. The ube flavor was nice and prevalent, but the tang was quite strong and after a few bites I started to get more bothered by it. However, I would highly recommend getting the thin mint if you happen to stop by during this time.Service was so friendly and I would still very highly recommend this spot!

A couple steps away from the first Starbucks in Pike's is Hellenika, a small shop with a constant line selling a delicious cross breed between gelato and froyo. I went on a Saturday afternoon around 2:30 PM and waited 10-15 minutes even though the line was headed out the door. The gelato-froyo hybrid is AMAZING; the texture is insanely smooth as every flavor is individually churned the whole time. Unfortunately, this can mean that not all the flavors will be available when you get to the front of the line if they need to re-adjust the texture. However, they rotate flavors and you can try a bunch - you'll definitely find one that you like. I ended up going with the vanilla malt and lemon curd, both of which were amazing!!Pricing wise, it's about as expensive as Salt & Straw and sizing might bit a bit smaller. You can do split scoops, but my only complaint is that you really can't get to the bottom flavor until you've finished at least 60% of whatever's on top, so you can't really enjoy both flavors together. Overall, if you're already in Pike's, treat yourself and go here :)

Cultured Cream at Pike Place @1920apikeplace 1920a Pike Pl, Seattle, WA 98101*@1920apikeplace is one of the newer local businesses that opened at @pikeplacepublicmarket . They are known for making delicious Greek cultured cream. If I could describe it, it's a hybrid of Greek yogurt meets a soft serve texture. It's lighter than ice cream or soft serve - still sweet yet tangy and oh so creamy !*@askmewheretoeat went after a slightly underwhelming dinner and this was the perfect cure to save the night! They have an abundance of regular and season flavors - many of which aren't just your traditional vanilla and chocolate flavors. We tried a few samples including macadamia nut, passion fruit, and Ube coconut . *Definitely will be coming back to get the London Fog as I was too indecisive in choosing and they ran out before I could decide .

BEST GELATO EVER!!!Do yourself a favor and just go here. I came across this aesthetic spot on IG & knew I had to visit. It's a couple of stores to the left from Starbucks in the Pike Place Market. There's no indoor seating, so it's more of a grab and go situation. They had 12 flavors to choose from and of course they let you sample the flavors. I ended up getting the Lemon Curd & Honey Macadamia & my boyfriend got the Dragon's Beard & Chocolate flavor. Lemon curd was my all time favorite out of everything I tried but the Ube Coconut & Mango flavors were also delicious as well. Each of the flavors were so creamy and bold. The servings are definitely huge. I got a medium thinking I could eat it all but they definitely pack it on there. We did split flavors to get more. The person helping us was so nice and we didn't feel rushed at all. Excellent service! 10/10 would be back here during my next visit to Seattle!

I love sweets and this spot left me satisfied. Creamy and healthy alternative to ice cream. It's got the consistency of frozen yogurt in a way but the softness and decadence of gelato. The staff: first off, give these people a raise for how they made my experience fun, let me try a bunch of flavors, and on top of it explained in depth the flavor profiles, how they were made, how it made them feel when they ate it, and recommendations. Like, ok wow!!The flavors: hardest decision of my life between so much options and directions but I landed on the Dutch chocolate and seasonal maple. I highly recommended the vanilla malt flavor too because I should've got that instead. So unique and so good. Unfortunately there's no seating inside or outside so it's a get your cup and go kinda spot but overall the space was bright, airy, and welcoming. Reasonably priced too considering its high traffic tourist location. Love it! Def give it a try when you're around.
