HEK Yeah BBQ

Our first time here. Fabulous aroma in the air as soon as we stepped out of our car. Quaint, rustic building with outside seating space available as well. Friendly service, very attentive & helpful as he explained the variety of choices on the menu.We decided on the two meats plates each with two sides, so were able to get brisket, sausage, pulled pork, ribs, coleslaw,potato salad & beans. Diet Coke & delicious sweet tea. Wowsie, We were not disappointed! The bbq sauces were right on. The meats tender & full of flavor. We were too stuffed for dessert & tempted by but they had just run out of the Chocolate Cream Pie. I was treated by whom I think was the owner to some Lemon Curd pie. He said it was the first time he'd ever made it & it reminded him of summer. It was perfect, with just enough tartness & sweetness to hit the spot.We will definitely be coming back & highly recommend Hek Yeah BBQ!

Smells delicious! This was our first visit and will not be our last. We already have plans for them to cater our fantasy football draft. The food is amazing, meats are cooked to perfection, potato salad is lit and the queso bacon fries are fire! The ghost bbq is hot, like super hot. The sweet Carrie's a little heat but not to much and the original is on point, no heat. Super friendly staff and speedy service. These guys are awesome.

Awesome place. Just about everything is GF and Amazing !!!! Small place and feels like a little bbq place you find on some backroad in Alabama. !! Which just adds to the ambiance. Great service and the food is always fantastic!!!! They have limited hours so check it out before you go. But you will not be disappointed!!

Very good BBQ! They recommend buying in bulk, versus the (3) two meat and sides platters.& received 10% first responder discount! Classy.

Brisket was fantastic, so were the ribs and sweet tea!! We'll be back.------------------------------

The best bbq in the USA is rated as such (depending on which list) 1. Franklins 2. Pecans 3. Little Miss I have dined at each of these establishments and, although Franklins and Little Miss serve excellent meats, their sides do not live up to the full BBQ experience. On the other hand, HY delivers both fantastic meats and killer sides. The mac n cheese is absolutely amazing and, as a New Mexican, I appreciate the use of green chile. Additionally, as an Aggie, I give my stamp of approval on the fiery BBQ sauce. The only critique I have for HY is that I would prefer they didn't have fish tanks and that their location was different. It can be a sketch area so as my Baltimore friend would say - keep your head up.

Nice enough guy who owns the joint, albeit he may be set in his ways on some debatable topics. Ok, sorry, I digress...but it's anything but typical which I kinda like. .Full disclosure: I find it really hard to sit down to BBQ, and not be able to order a beer. But that's my issue.The knowledge of how to smoke meats, the quality of the meats, and the weirdness of it all make it worth a visit.

best customer service ever they're beef brisket is so yummy. Whether it's is in a taco or a sandwich. And the waitress is super awesome.

Service was horrible our waiter obviously forgot about us! Our food came out we had no utensils or condiments 15mins later she coming running over asking if we ok lol no fries cold asf now. At this point I'm like order everything now because she not coming back! Lol food done and we sitting here 30 minutes or more so my daughter ended up walking over to get her so we could check out!! Bad freaking server this is why I like to sit at the bar
