Healthy Body Bakery

Healthy Body Bakery is a recent fun find for me. I don't indulge in baked goods often, but knowing I can find a special treat made with just a few, all natural ingredients is awesome! I love that they transparently list every ingredient in their delicious baked goods on their website. The black cocoa muffin is rich and has the perfect texture. It doesn't have a single artificial anything--made with dark rye flour, cocoa, olive oil, cage free eggs, sea salt, and so on. It is heavenly! Lots of dairy free, vegan and gluten free options here! This place is a hidden gem.

Wow! This place is amazing. Healthy Body Bakery offers Huge variety of healthy delicious desserts. Can't get enough! They also offer a meal prep plan for busy professionals who don't have time to cook healthy meals at home. Got a cupcake the other day, and ordered a birthday cake, I'm diabetic and lactose-intolerant, so I was pleased to find somewhere that could provide a cake to deal with those issues. Service was superb ~ pleasant, helpful and humorous. The cake was dark chocolate with a great crumb, moist and good chocolate flavor. Very rich, three layer with white frosting. The frosting texture was excellent. It was supposed to be orange. The actual taste was so subtle that it was dominated by the saltiness so faddish with modern tastes. I'm not a fan. Other than that, this was a very good tasting cake with great texture. I heartily recommend them. Next time, I will be more specific about the frosting.

So I really didn't know what to expect with this bakery. The first thing when you think of a bakery...the word healthy does not come to mind. However after trying them you forget that the sweets are healthy because they are so good. We tried several different sweets and they all were good. I love that they have space for you to sit and relax while trying the food. And the staff was very helpful with helping us make a decision

Stoped in after a girlfriend told me about this place. WOW!!! The options, the aroma! So grateful for a healthy choice here locally. I'll be coming back and bringing others with me!

The baked goods are amazing I wish they had more keto options. I loved the keto cupcakes.Pumpkin cake was amazing. The turkey wrap was so good with homemade pesto. I wish they had hot food and organic options.

So I stopped by late on Saturday for a cake to serve for a birthday on Sunday, one of those customers!! They were so helpful and put together exactly what I wanted at the last minute, superior customer service.The most important moment was when we served the cake, it was incredible. I don't like sweets and I had a whole piece which my family said was a first. The cake was perfect and the frosting had the perfect sweetness. We also bought a few muffins to serve with breakfast. Tried 6 different flavors and everyone raved but my favorite was the Lemon Citrus.I've attached a picture, sorry I didn't think about taking one before we dove in but you can see the deliciousness and why we couldn't wait.Can't wait to go back and next time I promise I will plan ahead. Thanks for taking such good care of us and for the amazing products!!

Picked up goodies for my neighbor who has food allergies. It was nice to find a place that had a large variety of dairy-free and nut-free muffins and brownies. Service was wonderful, they put labels with ingredients on your boxes as well as give you a full menu w allergens listed. They really do a good job of making you aware of what's in their food - as well as what's not! Whether you're trying to eat keto, paleo or avoiding certain ingredients, they got a bunch of stuff to pick from. They were sold out when I was there but said they usually have cake on hand too!

U called around to a few places and located this shop that offer keto cakes and cheesecakes. I was happy the shop had a strawberry cheesecake available for my husband's birthday. This shop is an hour away from me but it was worth the trip given the level of service provided. The team knew I would stop in later that evening so they had it waiting for me in the cooler. The cheesecake did not have any decorations or icing so I will have to probably request that. So I managed to ice the cheesecake with keto icing and strawberries. Also, the space is pretty large with an assortment of treats around for you to explore. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Great bakery, delicious! Service was just as special, met the owner and really enjoyed speaking with her. Loved the environment as well. Will definitely continue to stop in when I'm in Goodlettsville!
