Health Sushi

Health Sushi is hands down one of the best sushi spots I've ever visited! The fish is always incredibly fresh, and the presentation is like a work of art. Their menu offers a perfect mix of classic rolls and creative new options, with something for everyone. The service is fast, friendly, and attentive, making you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. I also love that they have plenty of healthy choices without sacrificing flavor. We wanted to try a new sushi place, and this was new to us! My husband says this is now his favorite sushi place in Williamson county! The fish is so fresh; the rolls were well prepared and did I say fresh! We were glad to be able to eat outside without paying premium prices for a fancier venue. We only got sushi but they have a big variety of Asian options. The service was great...friendly, informative and efficient. Don't overlook this little strip mall place! We will be back for sure!

First time visit and I was very satisfied with the quality of the fish! My favorite was the Jalapeño Roll! Friendly staff and good service. Plenty of parking outside and even has outdoor small patio to dine. Menu and prices as of July 2024.

Visited on a Saturday night with no wait! They have a small staff, but are very friendly. We really enjoyed our sushi rolls AND ramen! (The Creamy Chicken ramen has an addicting garlicky, green onion broth.) Already looking forward to returning to try more menu items.

Absolutely hands down, the BEST SUSHI in middle Tennessee. I am a sushi snob!! The owner and the wait staff are the sweetest!! We have been coming here almost EVERY WEEK for years ...Health Sushi is a must!! Extremely clean restaurant, extremely fresh, clean ingredients. LOVE!!!!

Nothing fancy inside, but always great service. Very fresh and unique sushi rolls, poke bowls and soup.

The sushi was fresh and the miso soup was hot and perfectly adorned with plenty of nori and tofu. Really great value. I just wish they had lunch specials!

I love the poke bowl with sashimi. It is so good and fresh, great quality for the price! It is so hard to find a good sushi place in Franklin with this kind of quality and value. This place is a nice treat when I can craving sushi!

This is a family owned business. The food is delicious and the staff are very polite and attentive. It has a great feel to the restaurant. Love love love this place!
