Quite a busy cafe for a hidden location. Walked in for the first time and saw the place was packed. Decided to get an Iced Chai Latte and it was pretty sweet, but still good. I had to mix the drink pretty well though for the milk to mix with the chai. It was pretty tough to do since swirling it with a straw didn't do much and shaking it would just cause it to spill from the top.As I said earlier, this cafe is pretty hidden away. It's right below the apartment building next to this very small and busy road. There's a parking garage near by in case you can't get parking out in the front. There's also parking at the Home Depot across the street, but they might tow you there. This cafe was pretty a good experience. Drink came out fast and tasted good. Small space, but great for people living right above to just come down and chill with a cup of joe. I'd come back if I'm in the area again.

The servers were super sweet and answered all of our questions about the menu. The drinks were tasty. I loved their double walled cups for iced drinks. Their food was tasty. Plenty of tables for seating. Lots of nice little details in the space!

Had both the latte and white chocolate mocha and they were both decent! Would go there again if in the area. Prices are pretty normal, not that cheap, but not too expensive. Employees are super friendly as well! Inside the cafe is small, so it might not be the best place to study.

Stepped into this new coffee shop with the play-on-words name... "He Brew'" (new to be confused with "Hebrew". My thought was if they were clever with the name, the place must be intriguing too. My thoughts were interestingly named drinks (like how the little coffee shop in the Burbank Airport names their drinks after destinations), trivia games, or fun table board games to play. The ideas are endless...for better or for worse. But really it was just a quiet coffee shop that seemed to be so focused on the product (making coffee right) that they haven't yet realized it's the process that returns customers, not the product. It's the experience that people are willing to pay the expense. Face it, coffee has a small range of tastes. Good to Great isn't what is being bought. It's the experience. Make it memorable. Make it fun. Get to know the clients. Tell a dad joke when we order. I hope He Brew learns this because truthfully in the small sliding scale this coffee was more on the base camp of the mountain and not near the summit. The service was the predictable step by step process. Order. Pay. Wait (and I did wait a bit longer than usual). Receive. Leave. I believe this coffee shop, and I hate to say it, needs a gimmick. A theme. Music. Swag to enjoy vs buy. Am experience during the order process. Something. I am hoping "He Will Brew up" some ideas. For in this over saturated coffee landscape, the whip cream rises to the lid.

I randomly noticed this cute coffee shop after running an errand to the UPS store next door. First off, love the cute name! It was a very clean place, modern tables and decor. The two baristas were so friendly and chatted with me while making my drink. I ordered an extra hot matcha latte. It definitely was not extra hot and matcha was very light, tasted mostly like milk. But had a great experience and wouldn't mind coming back to try a different drink.

A place with everything you'd expect from a coffee shop with a few seasonal options. Makes good coffee, but doesn't really stand out in any way.The staff are kind and friendly, but it's one of those places that employs mostly younger people/students. The bathrooms are very nice. Signs all over the place - they don't want you to stay over 2 hours so it's not a good working space. It's a shame because it's a really nice environment.

This place is cute, but it's very pricy. $1.50 (or more) for a milk alternative is a bit much compared to the Starbucks down the street, or another local coffee shop. I tried it, and the coffee itself was alright. Service was quick, but it could have been more memorable. It was good for one time to try just to say you've been here. Or it would be a good place to catch up with a friend.

I had been wanting to try an affogoto and this place for so long. This is a cozy little place and not too noisy as not top many people go here yet. I had asked the barista for something not on the menu and she totally was able to make it happen. I will definitely come here again!! Thank you He Brews!!

It's a very cute new cafe in Lynnwood. They have a decent selection of tea, coffee, baked goods, or sandwiches. Almost all tables were taken when we came in on MLK day. Coffee offers alternative milks and a good size. Appreciate they were served in mugs, always adds a nice touch. We knocked off a star because there is THREE or more signs to remind you that you can only stay 2 hours or need to buy more. The whole point of a cute cafe is to stay for hours so I wouldn't recommend studying or working here. Unless you have a drive thru you can't expect ppl to just grab & go. People want to hang out! It felt less welcoming because of this.
