I always come here a few times when in town. At least once for a fabulous steak and again for the Danish ribs.Helpful hint: as for light dressing on the Caesar salad because they are very generous with it!

waitress. black haired lady. very rude and impersonate as if she doesn't like her job or people.. after months of contemplating entering. i will never ever agaun. i didnt even order.. i just left!! i never felt so horrible!!!!

Have been enjoying this local gem for over the past three years. The food is quality, and they have many different things to offer from steaks to chicken quesadilla, and even tasty Philly cheesesteaks. I can't say I've tried everything yet, as I am a creature of habit, but their chicken quesadilla has wonderful grilled chicken, and the Philly cheesesteak makes me wanting to attempt to make it myself. The service is on point, and the staff are friendly and very hospitable. The ambiance is a relaxed steakhouse. It's a mix of booths, tables, and also a large room in the back for family gatherings and parties. So bring your prom date, bring your family, or have a birthday here. It's an excellent local place that people come for miles to eat at.

Good food. Good prices. Facility is well laid out and gift shop is a browsers delight. Two restaurants under one roof- cafeteria and steak house. Good service.

Don't let the looks of it fool you. It's in a strip mall but hands down one of the best steaks ever!

Stopped in for a steak on the way from Raleigh to Charlotte (only steakhouse open on Monday/Tuesday for ~50 miles!). It's like the proto-Cracker Barrel, with a gift store and either a cafeteria dining room or the steakhouse dining room. I ordered the Cowboy ribeye, which did not really seem to have the filet part, it seemed more like a bone-in strip. It seemed like a lot of gristle to me, but like I say, Monday in the area is slim pickings for steak. Hostess and waitress were very nice, and they bring an extra glass of soda without ice so you don't have to wait on a refill, which I liked, and offered to give a to go soda for the road. Sides were good, typical southern veggies, I think they could use more seasoning, especially some bacon!I would definitely stop in again and hop to stop in and let my wife and daughter experience the place.

The best Steakhouse around and great prices also. We have been going for a couple of years and they have never disappointed. You pull up to park and you know it must be good based on the crowd. We always go early 5:30 and never have to wait. I always get the Ribeye, baked potato and a salad. The wait staff is really energetic and engaged with the needs of the customer. This is the way steakhouse's use to be - a great meal at a fair price.

This is a no frills steakhouse with great options at great prices. We arrived 15 minutes before they opened, and the parking lot was filling up with people waiting for the doors to open. That's a good sign. Food was delicious and plentiful! I ordered the 2 pork chops entree and my husband got a cheeseburger. All wonderful! Enjoyed the salad and the service! A great gift shoppe to wander around before or after dinner.

dinner was great food was cooked perfect was also very pleased with the price this will be our new Friday night place to go instead of The Flame in Sanford.

Been going there for years. I have never had to send my steak back twice, but I did tonight! Finally ordered chicken. Everyone was through eating when I finally got my chicken. The owner was actually the cashier when I was checking out. I told him that after I send my steak back twice, once given to him to take back, it was still not right! He said, they didn't get it right? I said no and that I finally ordered chicken. He did not even apologize and did not credit me anything on my bill.
