I've only been to Haru Ichiban during lunchtime, but I'd love to come back for dinner!Even though they're located a little far from where I live, it's worth going out of the way for their affordable lunch specials and fresh sushi. The portion size is always amazing for the price, and they offer Japanese foods like hamburg steak that are difficult to find elsewhere. The service has always been friendly and fast, making it a great stop for lunch on a workday.

Recently dined at Haru Ichiban and had a delightful experience. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted, setting the tone for great service throughout our visit. The sashimi was fresh and flavorful, a highlight of the meal. The rolls were decent, meeting our expectations. The lunch bento box was a standout, featuring perfectly cooked salmon and delicious fried chicken. Overall, Haru Ichiban provided a satisfying meal with commendable service. Highly recommend for a solid Japanese dining experience.

Once again back in Duluth and HAD to stop by. They're still AMAZING and on point. This time we tried the Sunset Roll which was delicious. The lemon added a nice citrus to the whole roll. Our friends got the Gyudon and reported the meat and sauce was nicely seasoned. The chicken teriyaki skewer was ON POINT! Not too sweet, seems like they use chicken breast, seasoned well and juicy.

Haven't been here in ages. The soup and salad are good starters. This was the first place I had ginger salad dressing. Also it was the first place where I had the Wafu Spaghetti and it is still delicious. Service is impeccable as always. Haven't seen Michelle since I last have been there. She remembered us which was amazing. Looking forward to coming back again.

This restaurant is hands down the best Japanese restaurant in Atlanta. The menu is extensive, including many hard-to-find Japanese specialties. It's as good as home cooking -- and it feels like being in Japan. The portions are fantastic, service is impeccable, and the prices are quite reasonable. If you're looking for sushi or sashimi, they've got a wide selection and the portions are generous. If you're looking for noodle dishes: ramen, soba, or udon -- they've got so many choices. This restaurant is a real find, and I'm looking forward to my next trip to Atlanta so I can have another meal at Haru Ichiban.

We don't live near Haru Ichiban, so our visits are infrequent and usually coincide with shopping somewhere on Pleasant Hill Road. This time in, we tried the sushi deluxe lunch at 1995 which includes miso soup and a small salad. Yes, we enjoyed our sushi and even managed to take a few pieces home. The reason we were full, was because we also ordered an appetizer of fried squid legs (gesso kara age). We thought this dish was a bit expensive, but went for it and OMG, where we ever pleasantly surprised when it came. The order was huge and we really enjoyed it. Needless to say, will be back first to get some more of those great squid legs and then to get some more sushi! The service was Japanese which means polite and quietly efficient. How could you ask for more?
