Haru Haru Sushi & Teriyaki

So glad we stumbled upon this gem! Not an area we typically go, but we will go out of our way to come back!Excellent sushi and quite possibly the best teriyaki I've ever had... No joke! Our server was so sweet and attentive without being annoying. The space was clean and inviting. Fair prices and a great selection offered on the menu. Can't say enough great things!

Soooo good!!I can get vegetarian friendly sushi basically anywhere, but it's almost always the basic cucumber/avocado rolls. Haru Haru? They have a vegan menu and it's the fancy rolls!! This is a small, unassuming restaurant in a tiny strip mall across from Supermall. The inside is nice and cozy and gives off a very inviting vibe. I decided to try the red dragon and the Haru roll. They were both really, really good! I'd order both of them again any day of the week. They were the two most pricey on the menu, which is kinda why I decided to go there, but I feel that they were both worth the price. A lot of places I'll eat maybe 1.5 rolls, but here? I couldn't finish one in a single sitting. I feel like I got my bang for my buck. I'll definitely be back again when I'm in the area!

Food ordered: spicy salmon roll, dragon roll, sashimi platter (medium), chicken karaage, large miso soup. Needed a quick eats for lunch and was craving sushi, so we went to this nearby sushi restaurant. It's a typical non-high end sushi restaurant, but the way they decorated the inside made it feel clean, new and you just felt really comfortable in there. It's a smaller place with about 7 tables. The benches also had individual seating covers, and they were much more comfortable than sitting on the wooden bench itself. Service was great! Our waiter was kind and attentive, but he was the only person working.. especially during lunch time. You could tell he was pretty new, but he tried his best-- esp running it all by himself? You can't beat the $20 for two rolls lunch special. One roll had to be a regular and the other is a special roll. Their spicy salmon was so-so, but their dragon roll was delicious and was almost Vancouver quality sushi!! They had three size options for the sashimi plate and we chose medium. It was the perfect amount of raw fish for lunch, but probably would've gotten the large if we were having dinner. We upped the miso soup to large and it was perfect for a rainy day-- not too salty either! The chicken karaage had a nice crisp but it was way too brown for my liking. The inside was still pretty tender with some tough pieces. Although, I must commend the seasoning! Over, it was a decent meal and would come back. ~$95 lunch meal after tax and tips. It wouldn't have been as expensive if we didn't get the sashimi boat. But I'm pretty sure you can get pretty full for a cheaper amount here.

I absolutely loved the warm welcoming feeling here. We arrived just in time for opening hours. Our waiter was super informative and friendly. She let us know that our wait time for our meal might be taking a little longer, since they had just open. And we were totally fine with that. :) Our meals were delicious! I loved their seared salmon and the quality of it. Personally, I'm not too big on nigiri, but my aunt enjoyed it. Will be coming back again!

I usually go here once a week, the service, food, and ambiance are exceptional! Will continue going here. :)

This is our local sushi spot we visit on a regular. We first did a to go order. Our food was packaged to perfection! We then dined inside the restaurant for dinner. The sushi taste delicious and full of flavor.Small, clean, intimate space. The staff is SUPER friendly.

We were craving Asian food and decided to give this newish place a try. It's a small restaurant but decent amount of seating. My family loves sushi and so we chose this place because of their sushi menu. Being pregnant, I love that they have so many other options as well. I got the katsu bento box. It came with soup, salad, potstickers, tempura vegetables, California roll, rice, and katsu. A lot of food! My husband got the sushi bento which came with everything listed in my bento but with nigiri-chefs choice. My daughter got the California roll. I asked for them to add tobiko and it was an extra $3. Prices are so-so. Kind of on the higher end but you do get quite a bit so it makes it worth it. The waitress we had was friendly. You get your food in a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely come back here and look forward to trying their sushi!

Loved the Food. Came in with my friend and was happy. service was great and the food was fantastic. The Inari was not on menu, but ordered some and it was the best i have had. the miso soup was Wonderfull . the Red dragon roll was to die for..

After a couple of months, went to this restaurant to have some dinner. Got seated right away as nobody was inside at 4:25 PM. The young lady brought us menus and iced water. We looked over the menu and requested to have 2 California Rolls, a Shrimp Tempura Roll, a Tempura California Roll, 1 Dynamite Roll, 1 Spicy California Roll, a House Salad and 1 Spicy Chicken Teriyaki.All of our foods came out in a timely manner, very quickly and with a lot of care. Really enjoyed eating the Sushi and Teriyaki Chicken dishes. Great portions for very reasonable prices, too! Service was excellent, as always!!!We really like this restaurant. Probably our favorite Sushi place around the area! Food quality is fresh and so good! Delicious Sushi rolls and Rice bowl dishes. Salad dressing is right on point and flavors all match well.Amazing! Very attentive and calm dining atmosphere!That's the reason why we always have a great eating experience at this restaurant.
