I visited Harold's Saturday. My food was extremely salty they told me that they have new staff to bring the food back I explained to them I stayed to far to return they took down my name and order and said they would notify the mangers I went back now they saying they can't do anything about it its only been two days horrible experience i will never be going back No one is taking accountability. The food cost too much to be just throwing away money at their establishment.

The chicken is too damn salty and they Never EVER give you everything you order.DONE.It never fails.Should have stuck to the one I knew.Mexican non English speaking Uber drivers added to my messed up order.But they charged me for my missing item.Of course.

Chickens seem to be refried all pieces were dry and not moist not worth a trip to go to!

And as ive been to this location more than once, the current 25 pc wing for 34 bucks was disappointingly bad and hurting to a reputation of top tier fried chicken. The "pan" and no bucket of chicken was seriously refried, soggy and underwhelming. The size of the wings were not bigger than my pinky finger. To drive from afar and pay for such poor quality

There food is good but customer service sucks and they are always out of something and never has change even though they only except cash. The cashier and staff our always complaining about working their. The inside is clean but the food and sanitation practices is bad cashier will take your money and then fix your order with the same gloves on

I decided to go to this Harolds location because people were saying it's the best one hands down yada yada...During this Covid-19 pandemic lines not too bad I make it to the counter to place my order find out cash only I'm like okkkk... I left and went to my bank for cash come back order 4 wings hot/ mild sauce with black pepper...not fried hard or anything like most peeople. The chicken was fried so hard I had to be careful because of my teeth. The chicken was so burnt the meat was hard and stringy not good not to mention the reason the sauce is different is because it's bbq sauce not mild sauce and only a little on top of chicken. I gave 3 stars for good service and the cole slaw was good.Not everyone likes their chicken fried hard smh!

I'll never eat Harold's again. We went to the Harold's on 87th and Sagamore St.11/25/2023 My ticket number was #73 and we ordered a 25pc no fries for $37! The chicken was small and old . They barely put any mild sauce! They are REFRYING CHICKEN AND PASSING IT OUT. Service is okay , they seemed overwhelmed. And ambiance is the hood ... it says permanently closed. And I think that should be the next move . Because this is the second time this has happen to us . No more Harold's on 87th! 0/10 would not recommend to anybody else

Dry, old, refried chicken. This place has really gone down and prices have gone up. Cook your own chicken at home.

Delicious sounds soooo good!! Enjoyed it. Was quick fast and reasonable price. Convenient
