The food here is buss down ! Fried chicken and shrimp Wheew ! Hooottt and the drinks were good af . They have hookah which is a vibe and the service was good . Constantly check in on us

Great ambience, chicken is usually good but last night the food a staff was not so great....the young man had reiterated what was said to us earlier how it would be 30 minutes before placing an order because the cooks was changing the oil, so we asked if we could place our order so we could get the ball rolling so he went to the back I guess to ask an when he came out he just sat down but ok, 30 minutes later he takes the order so we get our chicken an it looks ok not were use to seeing it so we take a few bites an the chicken had a burnt taste to it so I mentioned it to the waiter an again he goes to the back an when he came out he sat back down an was back on his phone. So the experience wasn't good hopefully it's a one off.

Very overdue to try this local spot but was pleasantly surprised. It is nice inside comparable to any downtown atl hookah and drinks bar. Tons of beer specials on game days. Menu is limited but something for everyone. I had the whiting, fries and hush puppies and they were tasty. Attentive service as well.Hookah was $40 and $10 for refills so it was a HARD PASS for me. That is nightclub prices and definitely unexpected in a local bar. They should rethink that price structure, especially on slower weeknights.

This place is a scam! It's the bait and switch for me! If you're going to call it Harold's it needs to be Harold's. The food was disgusting in every way. I threw the whole thing in the trash and I was hungry. I ended up eating ramen. I was pissed! They used old batter that had clumped up, so there were chunks of burnt batter attached to my chicken. The chicken itself was to be well done, but it wasn't. The fries were gross and mushy. They super soaked them in sauce to hide that they were old. They use yellow potato bread and the slaw was pinkish with a yogurt flavor. I've been eating Harold's my whole life and I've never seen anything like this. Nothing about it was Harold's and nothing about it was good. I was literally robbed! On top of that I called to express my displeasure and was told the manager would call me back. Lies! I'm still waiting on that call.

In done I have given them more than one chance. I went yesterday and they were out of cole slaw and dark meat. I got white meat and it came out burned. The fries gave me hypertension along with the overseasoned burned chicken. My boyfriend got overcooked wings instead of the lemon pepper wingettes that he ordered. We were starved so we tried to push through. I'm done they didn't take a penny off the bill and the chef didn't come out to talk pr anything. I'm tired of trying to give my foll.a chance and getting treated like crap in the process. I'll spare you the picture of the burnt shrimp I got from the a few months back.

The dedication to customer service is unmatched! Shout out to the servers, the manager, the busser, food runner and bartender. The DJ was great Thursday night. This was my first time at this location and I was so impressed by the southern hospitality. The staff was trained so well regarding customer service! Bravo! The food did not miss. So good.Bathroom facilities clean. Restaurant clean! Furnishings are perfect for a small lounge. There are a ton of TVs no matter where you sit you can see the TV. There is a booth section and then comfortable seating down the wall. The drinks were just right. The DJ this past Thursday had everyone out there seat. A real good time. Ample parking. It's a little place for small parties of 4 max. Very intimate. Would recommend for Date or small outing. Would definitely come back.

Went in on the 4th floor f July, surprised they were open. The drink specials included a $5 margarita and I only needed one. The food was worth the wait. Catfish and wings were delicious. Staff as warm and friendly, Cyd and AD took care of us. Ambience was set with cool music by the DJ. Nice, intimate spot

Where do I start. I ordered to go and was charge $3.80 for sitting in while waiting on my order. Both the chicken and Catfish were fried in OLD grease and over fried. The catfish was seasoned in with cajun seasoning which was not stated on the menu. The sweet potato fries and bread were ONLY the best part. What a waste of money. I'm a chicagoan, born and breaded this is a false representation of Chicagoan food. If you wanting Harold's chicken, you're better off going to the one on old national highway, the chicken shack. Or Harold Chicken Ice bar across the way for good vibe and great food.

Chicken wings always a 10/10. Service was great although we came in an hour before closing. Dj was a vibe as well.

horrible night Here on A Friday Night the server was Extra he was a male but identified as another gender dancing to music etc like he some bad bih not to mention he offered to pour cheap liquor in my Date's mouth when we already put in for our own Drinks I ordered a shot and my lady ordered a margarita & it sat at the bar a min before he got to it and brought it to us after helping out his other tables when he got to us he had a addition cup and offered to pour a shot in her mouth not to mention he overly poured it in her mouth and unto her clothes i took my shot but Her drink tasted like 4-5 shots worth of liquor and I couldn't even drink it myself I asked the bartender could she remake it and was met with rude behavior and was not Helped and still spent 40$ for a bad time Will Not Ever Be Back to this Place....
