Came here for take out and got the Honey Garlic Spare Ribs, General Taos Chicken, and House Fried Rice. The fried rice had good flavor and the portion was very generous for the price. The Honey Garlic Spareribs were okay, they were more sweet than garlicky. And the General Taos chicken was good but I wish it was a bit saucier. When you order online you have to pay in store when you get there.Would come again for takeout. Everything was affordable and portions are good.

The food was OK, but not what I'm used to at Harbor City in Seattle's China Town, sadly. I miss the dim sum carts rolling past so you can pick what you want. Ordering dim sum off a menu is a little strange, and they didn't offer some of my Harbor City Seattle favorites, so it's one & done for me.

Just like the Seattle location, this restaurant serves some of the best Dim Sum in the Pacific Northwest. I strongly recommend trying this restaurant for an authentic Dim Sum experience, albeit with a smaller menu than the Seattle location.

Not very friendly customer service and the food wasn't worth the price. The chow mein was very dry.

This restaurant was once a Mexican restaurant turned DimSum. The outside of the building did not change at all. When we entered, half the place was unused and dark. Lights left off. It's small and not a place that would be pleasing to the eye, honestly. I kept hearing a notification going off saying the freezer door was open. Another QR code ordering system. I am completely fine with that. Work smarter not harder. As the food slowly trickled out, it was very tasty. I love their chili oil on the table. That was amazing! I added it to everything. Presentation was nice. I liked the food, overall. Can't say it's the BEST I've ever tasted but definitely tasty. The Chinese broccoli was steamed to perfection and just the perfect drizzles of oyster sauce. Next time, I'd probably just order take out. There isn't any background music so you have to be mindful of your conversations. I could hear another table's ENTIRE conversation. Not by choice. Looking to pick up some dimsum. This is a nice gem in Tacoma. Just off pacific with decent parking.

While we did not get the idea to go here for Christmas from the Christmas Movie, we're sure many people did (number one searched movie in the state of Washington, so it's a good chance). We simply wanted to change up our Christmas traditions a bit and dim sum has a festive celebratory tradition of its own. We hadn't yet found a good dim sum spot close to us and also thought it would be nice to take a drive, so off we went. It was crowded when we arrived, emptied out a bit, but was still steady. We're glad it was open and it was fun that so many others had the same idea as us. The order system is via your phone. It worked okay but receiving our dishes was a bit spotty. We think there was only one person in the kitchen (don't know for sure) and they very much seemed to be preparing one table at a time. We thought it would have been nice to receive some of our smaller dishes (such as the dim sum) earlier so we had something to munch on while we we were waiting; however, this did not happen. Everything more or less came at once, in a few trips, and yet one dish was still completely forgotten. We had put a note in one menu item and the note was not honored - we have no idea if it was just not seen, not understood, or not possible. So the total lack of table service was a bit awkward. No one came to check on us. No one refilled our water. No one asked if we liked the food. In every instance we had to flag someone down, including to get boxes and the check. So that's our one beef. The food itself was great. We loved everything. the chow fun was particularly delicious. We do plan to include Harbor City Tacoma in our Christmases in the future.

Solid dim sum place in Tacoma. Some of the dishes were not as (temperature) hot as we would have liked. Classic diner sort of decor. Cordial staff. Typical prices. Easy to order using QR codes (no carts). Quality comparable to the Harbor City in the Seattle International District.

Best dim sum in area! This restaurant used to be a Mexican restaurant based on the decor. Oh well, at least the owners have brought some really tasty Chinese food to this neighborhood. To place your order, scan the QR code and order away! My favorites were shrimp dumplings with spice, shrimp with bean curd, deep fried ( never tried this but really enjoyed it!) and the beef chow fun. The string beans, har gow and Shui mai were excellent. I was really pleasantly surprised with the flavor of all the entrees. Highly recommend!

Just ate here for the first time. Very happy. We did takeout. Huge portions, none of us ate even half. Meat very tender, chow mein noodles not greasy or oily. Vegetarian egg rolls were great. Dim sum dumplings were great. Great to see a quality place appear in our neighborhood.

Food quality: Decent temperature went cold quickly and gelatinous appearance was off-setting Service: Quick... perhaps too quick leaving me to question if things were made to order or prepared in advance to quickly deliver Ambiance: Okay.... Last inspection posted was "Needs improvement" so my family & I accepted that it was an eat at your own risk choice. We were feeling adventurous and placing our faith in our immune systems. I give it a 3.5. Price point was not justified. However, still thankful for the experience.
