The Teriyaki here is always good and I like how they give you the sauce to add yourself on Take Away orders. The staff is always friendly making it a pleasant interaction from ordering to picking up. If I had any complaint, I wish they had chicken breast mixed in with the dark meat rather than having to order that as a separate dish, but not a deal breaker. It just makes getting food here more expensive when I have to order two orders instead of one.

If you wanna waste your money, I highly recommend this restaurant :))) we used to be loyal customers but NO LONGER ...We ordered "chicken teriyaki" and received an order of "freaking dry grilled chicken rice"!?!? The owner or whoever took the order asked if we'd like the sauce on the side or not. I said "yes", without knowing that they gave us a LITTLE container of teriyaki sauce for the WHOLE order, not even enough sauce as it's suposed to be if not put on the side. What's the point of calling it chicken teriyaki!?!? Time to find a different place that don't go cheap on their sauce.

I happened upon this place when I was in town staying in the area.I got the salmon teriyaki with the sauce on the side to go. It was pretty good.The place was semi busy when I came here, and the waitress I ordered from was nice, we had a few laughs together.I would come here again, no doubt!!

We ordered for takeout and every dish we got was tasty and fresh. We asked for special accommodation and they happily did it. Orange Chicken, Beef Broccoli , Happy Family Chow Mein and egg rolls were all delicious. Very happy to recommend.

Perfect Teriyaki in T Town. Was just driving through and decided to try this place. In short, they have a friendly vibe with very flavorful teriyaki given to you in Huge portions at very low prices. If you are hungry for superb teriyaki you need to goto Happy near Tacoma Mall. Go get some.

I ordered take out Chicken Teriyaki from here and I must say they give you a mound of chicken, the presentation was nice and I was given soy sauce, napkins, and extra chopsticks without asking, its the little things...... The price point is 14 and change out the door.... Little pricey but not the worst.... The inside looks like they let you sit there and eat but its more built for takeout..... if you are in the area give them a try, I wouldnt go out of my way though.... Quick side not their soy sauce does have alcohol in it if thats something you avoid

I found out today that if you don't tip or if you don't press the NO TIP button their system will automatically charge a 15% tip, it took me going into the restaurant and the owner showing me what it does. It automatically charges 15% when you don't press the NO TIP button. The messed up part about it she could've told my husband about her system doing such thing .Been with them for 3 years and this has never happened. She said it's the system and there's nothing she can do about it and call the bank to dispute it.

Prices are ridiculous. I was a regular, had a punch card, justed used it. Price was 53.00 before the free meal, and 45.00 after using the card. There is No entree on their menu for 8.00 Brian Majeste

I was charge a tip of $2.28 that I did not authorized. My bill was $16.53 that I approved and select No for tip since I ordered my food as a carry out and did not dine in. I also put a tip in the tip vase. When I checked my bank account i was charged $19.01. I believe this something they do all the time since Visa's dispute threshold is $25. i will also be filing a dispute with the Better Business Bureau.Krystal
