Ordered multiple (6) drinks with boba. Everything came out pretty quickly but the boba was SEVERELY undercooked. It was overly chewy and all stuck to each other. My kids already drank most of theirs by the time I realized it was undercooked and later complained of stomachaches. I took out my boba and threw it out, when I discovered huge clumps of the boba all stuck to each other. Great, kind and thoughtful service aside from the food being undercooked, hence 2 stars vs 1. Quite disappointed.

Came here for a quick drink and snack! The staff was very friendly and polite. I ordered the hot winter melon lemonade which was surprisingly very good and Oreo bubble waffle. The waffle was a little dry but it was perfect with the salted cheese sauce that I ordered. The environment was small but cute. Most of the people came here for takeout. There was not much room for seating. If you asked for a restroom, you would be given a key to a restroom inside of the plaza which you would need to go out of the door for. Parking was easy as I parked in the gas staton lot next to it. There was also a sign of "free 2 hour parking behind the building".

Out of the Alderwood, Bellevue, Redmond, and Kirkland locations, this is the least crowded Happy Lemon -- I went on a Sunday afternoon and there were no other customers inside. That said, my order was ready in only ~5 minutes (2 drinks). I enjoyed the pop music playing in the background while I waited.This spot is sort of hidden behind the gas station and trees. There is nearby parking in an attached garage and in the surrounding neighborhood.The boba milk tea with regular sweetness and ice is refreshing and indulgent. A bit pricey; I ended up paying $16 for two drinks + tip. It's ironic that I refuse to pay $5 for coffee but pay $8 for boba tea.A must-visit spot if you're in the Kirkland urban area!5 outta 5

I went on a Wednesday afternoon and they weren't busy at all. The employees were super friendly. I checked in on yell and got a free Tiger Sugar fresh milk with boba. They're drinks are normally very sweet, I got about 50% sugar and it was good. Taste was decent, like normal bubble milk tea nothing special. Ambiance of the shop and aesthetics were nice. If you're looking to try something new, one of the employees said their most popular drink was the strawberry shortcake smoothie.

So you investigated that your employees chose not to give me change and decided to lie about it here on yelp? Please show me footage of them giving me change. I bet you won't cuz it'll reveal the truth. Of course you would lie about it. Ya'll see nothing wrong with deciding a paying customers change for them. And you also obviously see nothing wrong with your employees telling a paying customer not to dirty up the store. Also why did you just explain how there is a national coin shortage if you supposedly investigated and found "no evidence" that your employee chose not to give me change? Cuz you are flat out lying. Lets think before we write ok?

Pretty, clean, and sparkling new happy lemon location!Went around almost-closing time so no crowd. Staff is smiley and friendly, and love the decor and photo area!It's street parking and right beside a gas station, so be mindful of pedestrians! Overall a very convenient grab-and-go milk tea stop if you're hit with cravings in the Kirkland area. Stop by and try anything fruity on their menu, you won't be disappointed!

I was thrilled to know that Happy Lemon opened a new location in Kirkland. They are a minority, women- owned business and I am glad to support them. I stopped by this afternoon with my son to get some handcrafted bubble milk tea and made-to-order egg bubble waffle. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they are running a Yelp promotion where if you do a Yelp check in, you get a free small brown sugar boba tea with a purchase. Yay! We got the B2. Black Tea w/ Rock Salt Crema , H2. Chocolate Bubble Waffle and Tiger Fresh Milk w/ Boba ( free drink with Yelp check-in). We enjoyed both drinks as well as the Bubble Waffle.Tip: Remember to adjust the sugar and ice levels according to your preference.

Great service. Great drinks! My wife like the boba tea so much and I personally enjoy the Jasmine Green tea.
