Came here cuz I knew they sell boba and I promised my son a special drink if he listens to me while we're out running errands. I ordered a vanilla cold brew with sea foam and a black milk tea, both were presented in adorable cans they both tasted great. The vanilla cold brew was a new one for me and I really liked it. Definitely gonna come here again.

I've been coming here pretty consistently for the last five years. I have got to know the staff and the Korean? family that runs it. Compared to a lot of neighborhood teriyaki joints, this place has a little bit more variety on the menu and the quality of the food is consistently solid. It's primarily a takeout place but they do have a small dining room. These are nice folks and I hope the restaurant flourishes. The chicken is pretty consistently juicy. My favorite is the Kung pao.

Hubby went to grocery store to get milk and returned with broccoli chicken. He loves this place! I think they have the best boba tea outside of Seattle's International District, but I must say.... this broccoli chicken is so yummy. Not greasy, but light and tasty. My favorite mealI have had here so far ( the mongolian beed is really good too ).

We ordered takeout at our favorite teriyaki place and bought the combo teriyaki chicken with gyoza. They give you generous portion with a side salad. I am not too fond of the salad since the size of the lettuce leaves were rather large to eat. I like the convenience of having it very closeby to Safeway because whenever I'm done grocery shopping, I would stop by and grab some grub. Their menu is quite extensive. They have various cuisine from Chinese to Korean. They even have poké which I didn't get this time. I really love teriyaki and I'm so glad to find a place that satisfies my cravings.

Weve been coming here for years. This place is always consistent and serve really good yaki. The chicken is cooked perfectly where you can taste the char on the chicken. My go to order is always fried rice + chicken teriyaki with sauce on the side. Huge portion too!! Highly recommend this place if youre craving yaki

Our normal teriyaki place was closed due to Memorial Day so I ordered take out from here...with the high Yelp ratings I figured we'd like the food. Unfortunately it was pretty disappointing. The orange chicken was all breading with small bits of very dark chicken...not dark meat like a thigh, dark like really gross looking. I ate two pieces but threw the rest away. My younger son got chicken yakisoba, I took a bite before serving him and holy sodium! It was so salty. It had a good flavor underneath but the saltiness was just overpowering. My teenage son who eats most anything got standard chicken teriyaki and said it was "kinda weird, they don't choose their meat very well". My husband had the teriyaki chicken/general tsaos combo, he ate most of it quietly but agreed it definitely didn't measure up to our normal spot. Giving two stars because the gal who took my order was kind and the restaurant seemed clean when I went in to pickup. As I'm writing this I have indigestion from the bites I did take so, we won't be back.

Happy I finally decided to try this place! I've lived in the area for many years, I've known about this place, but it's always kinda seemed like one of those places that isn't super veggie friendly. Cut to last week I really, really didn't want anything in the kitchen, but I didn't want to put a lot of effort in either. Happy at the Bay seemed like a good choice; they have several veggie things on their menu and it's a hop away. I ordered online and patiently waited about 10 min before leaving. When I arrived there were a TON of people coming in and out. Seems like I bumped into another first-time customer as he remarked that we must be in the right place with all this traffic! Agree!! I had to wait a little bit for my food, but that's exactly what I intended to ensure my food was pipping hot.I went with spicy tofu teriyaki and a side salad. Very, very good tofu texture in an excellent size! When it comes to teriyaki place salads the usual rule is that the salad is weird - huge chunks of veggies that make no sense in a salad and are kinda hard to eat, but it's the dressing that really makes or breaks it. Here? The salad was in normal salad size pieces (gasp!) and they didn't just use iceberg lettuce! I definitely liked the dressing as well and would happily eat it again! Great option for lunch or dinner if you're in the area, but get here early because it's popular!
