The store has GREAT hours! While their selection is *extremely* limited with a soda selection, beer and wine (chilled!), there are only a couple of items in the freezer. If you aren't picky and don't have dietary restrictions, then you will probably find something you want to eat or drink while you're perusing the three aisles. The ice cream flavors change semi-regularly, and the to go menu for the restaurant is prominently displayed. It is the only Hansville store with a cold six pack and a bag of Doritos.

Hey, it's not the Metropolitan Grill but come on, it's Hansville. If you want a burger and beer it's a fun place to come. They have a good breakfast, sandwiches and salads. It's a great community resource and meeting place. The staff and owner are friendly and courteous. Yeah, it's a little pricey but not so much as to make it outrageous. If you're in Hansville stop and have an ice cream and enjoy the view.

Nearly missed it and glad we didn't. Friendly service, good food and a sweet history (+ clean restrooms). If you're in Hansville -- stop here for happy hour (3-5).

Great people and really good inexpensive food. Great home made desserts. Small older place but one of the best lunches I have had on the Kitsap Peninsula.

This place was literally built on a toxic waste site. The hygiene standards are non-existent. Watch carefully and you'll see the owner go from smoking a cigarette to handling money to grabbing your bun and hot dog with his bared, unwashed hands. The filth makes me woozy to contemplate. I wouldn't buy anything here that's not factory-sealed in a can.

A little on the pricey side, however this is to be expected as it is the only store within 15 miles. They have the bare essentials, extremely friendly service and great sandwiches. I usually only grab a couple of beers or a snack from here, but not a bad choice when in a pinch.
