Han's Banh Mi & Pho

Didnt think I would find such a delicious and authentic Vietnamese banh mi and bowl of pho in a food hall. This place really has potential. They are really making a statement for something you could almost call "fast food" even though the quality exceeds what you would expect from a fast food joint. Great job you guys!

Pho is one of my all time favorites, and this will be a new go to spot for good pho. I tried the chicken pho it was delicious, the egg rolls were not as good I probably would order again. The customer service was good and fast. No complaints.

I have heard great things about the food but they don't open until 11 even though yelp says 10:30.

After eating a hot chicken sandwich at Hattie's, I was already craving my native cuisine and had to stop by this joint at the assembly food hall. There were not many Vietnamese cuisines in the area so I had low expectations. However, I have to say that the food was all around delicious and fresh testing for Nashville Vietnamese standards haha. The broth was fragrant and picked me up after a long walk around the city.The pho and banh mi combo was delicious. Definitely a good and affordable meal. Service was decent. I liked the lively food ambiance at the food court. Plenty of tables and chargers.

During our stay in Nashville, we were looking for some good eats nearby and found Han's Bánh Mì & Phố that's located in Assembly Food Hall! We decided to try it out considering both my girlfriend and I are Vietnamese and we were not disappointed!First off, the service was phenomenal and the woman who took our order was kind and knowledgeable. They offered a Pho Combo meal with a medium bowl of pho with our choice of bánh mì for $16 which was the best of both worlds! We both got the Beef Pho and tried the BBQ Pork Bánh mì and cold cut bánh mì with a Vietnamese coffee to wash it all down. The pho broth had such good flavor while also being light! Not to mention that they use the flat noodles that some Vietnamese restaurants don't use which is a huge plus. Both bánh mì were PACKED with veggies and meat! The bread is not your normal crispy baguette that is usually used for bánh mì so expect a more softer bread but was still very nice! The Vietnamese coffee was perfect as well and they gave a whole lot! It's a very strong coffee if you've never had it but with good flavor. Perfect for a pick-me-up!Definitely recommend trying it out as one of the best Vietnamese food choices here in Nashville and huge value. You won't leave hungry for sure!

The service was friendly. The prices were reasonable considering it's on Broadway (in a food hall). The veggie pho broth was good. The veggies were cut entirely too big though.

Overall really enjoyed the food!! The banh mi sandwich and pho combo is the way to go. Everything seemed very fresh and made for the perfect lunch. Will absolutely be back

Excellent flavor to the pho and banh. Had the grilled chicken in both and my wife had the egg rolls. Fantastic and definitely worth a try for something on the lighter side.

I visited Han's Banh Mi & Pho in Assembly Food Hall on Tuesday, March 22, 2023 at noon. I decided to give Han's a try thinking it was popular since it had a significantly longer line than others. As I was waiting, I realized the line was also moving a lot slower and I started to kinda regret deciding on Han's for lunch. But I was committed. I ordered the bbq pork banh mi and I thought the flavor was good. The pork was juicy. The char siu sauce was given as a side so you can add it to the banh mi to your liking. At first, I didn't add the sauce because I thought it tasted fine without it. But halfway into eating the sandwich, the chef noticed and asked if I received it, insinuating that I should probably try the sauce. The sauce is not very typical in traditional Vietnamese banh mi's, but it definitely enhanced the flavor of the bbq pork. Given the smallish size of the bread, I thought the proportion of bbq pork to bread was pretty generous. The bread itself was also not too doughy either, which is exactly how Vietnamese banh mi should be. I thought the presentation could be improved as the banh mi looked like it was kinda haphazardly put together. But that was to be expected in the middle of lunch hour rush. Overall, it was a tasty banh mi. I thought the entire portion was small for what I paid for; however, I think everything in Assembly Food Hall (let alone, downtown Nashville) is either pricey at normal portions or normally priced with small portions. I will be back next time to try the pho. I recommend getting the banh mi and pho combo so you can get the best of both worlds.

Decent food, a little pricy. Their vietnamese coffee does give quite a kick, which I appreciate. The workers are nice and their booth is in a noticeable location.
