Handel's - North Scottsdale

Love this place, probably a bit too much if being honest :)! Handel's has been an amazing addition to north scottsdale, and is exactly the delicious homemade ice cream parlor we were missing. Their flavors are top notch both in terms of quality and taste. No weird artificial ingredients to worry about, and we are continually impressed by the fun young staff they have working there. Not once have they judged us when we place our order of 8 different pints :).Really can't say enough great things about this place for classic, delicious ice cream, delivered in a bright clean shop from a wonderful staff.Favorite flavors include gram central station, Carmel truffle, strawberry sorbet, and vanilla.

Best ice we have EVER tasted! I used to think Kilwins, in NC, was the best. The add ins are fresh, the ice cream is creamy and thick and makes you want more.Edit: WHAT IS WRONG WITH US? We ordered AGAIN! I might have to post a DO NOT SERVE these people flier in there. The Banana Cream Pie, Coffee, Chocolate Brownie and Cherry are freakishly addictive. We are in so much trouble bc we recently moved just a couple miles away! I will be waving goodbye to my summer bod .

I was the only customer so service was speedy. I ordered the chocolate coconut almond milk frozen dessert. It's a favorite at our household next to Talenti dairy free sorbetto. While my hubby is the main one eating it, I do indulge from time to time. Thanks Hansel's for the yummy experience. Shared parking lot.

YELP!!! This is a newly opened restaurant and everything was great. A warm welcome when entering, excellent service and yummy yummy fresh food. Portions are huge; had to box to go. The ambiance was a real vibe. Highly recommend!!! Sorry forgot to take pics‍

First time here came by friends recommendation. Tried multiple samples and the blue eyed girl at the counter was very patient and have a pleasant personality. Finally opted for praline pecan and it was very good with lot of pecans. A little on the sweeter side but loved it. Special mention to the portion size. The one we ordered was small and it came out very big. For the price it's totally worth it. Lot of parking and a it has a nostalgic ambiance

Both of the ice creams we got were GREAT! These were "smalls" and they were HUGE! They were exploding with flavor and the chocolate dipped cone was so good too. The employees serving us were super friendly and helpful with our questions about what to get! The store is set up nice too and had a cool vibe, you can see all the different flavors they have. Definitely will be back!

Came here with the family. This is the best ice cream I have ever had. Great service and keep up the hard work!

1st off the ice cream was delicious! Flavorful, creamy and just an absolute treat! Location is awful to me as getting in and out of the parking is awful. Kids working the store are a little on the annoying side, asked way too many questions. Started getting the just order something look so that was a little stressful for me. And at the time I was ordering, there were only two people behind me so it's not like I was holding anybody up except the fella putting my order together. Place was rather basic in design, white+red decor reminds me a little of a little town ice cream shop that was put together in an old out building or garage. Lots of chatting between the employees and movement going on behind the counters. Will I go back? I'd say yep, only due to the fact on how good the ice cream was. :)

The ice cream is so good here. The portions are GIANT pictures is a SMALL!! The service is great. There isn't any inside seatings it's a grab and go type of place.
