Hana Teriyaki Restaurant

This has become my family's favorite teriyaki place as they have amazing lunch specials and great food! Both their teriyaki and Chinese dishes have been superb, even their fresh rolls! Portions are also very generous for what you pay for and they do not skimp out ever. Also they do a fantastic job packing food rather just simply throwing the food into their containers, but adding foil or correctly placing containers to prevent spills or messes. Additionally, I love their salad dressing and spicy sauce, it is unique and much tastier than other teriyaki locations. The service here is very friendly and one of the cashier's even knows when my mom is calling in. We pretty much order here whenever we need a quick take out order as it is close by and they make food quickly. Also they do not burn their teriyaki like other places making it delightful to eat rather than picking out.

I've lived in Federal Way for two years and tried all of the teriyaki places on this side of town. This one BY FAR is my favorite!1) the service is great. The same gal has helped me the last two times I was there and she was very personable, polite and even remembered my son from the last time we got take out. 2) the food was great! My son loves the katsu and has gotten it both times we've been there. The katsu is crispy each time and healthy servings. My wife had the spicy chicken and loved it. I had the spicy Korean pork which was great. Neither of the spicy dishes were too spicy but definitely not mild. Again super healthy servings. Definitely going to be going back and if you haven't been there, what are you waiting for?!

I have had the Hana Platter for 2 many times for the past few years but last week when I got it the Kalbi was just bones both very little meat

There is SO MUCH VARIETY here! I love that I can get teriyaki, sushi, hot & sour soup, AND yakisoba all in the same spot. They have so many items on their menu it's hard to decide what to eat because I wanna try it all haha. They don't skimp on the portions and the prices are very fair for what you get. Everything has good flavors and comes out quick! Service is friendly and there's a parking lot too. Support small businesses :)!

The portions are good but the spicy chicken was so hot it was almost inedible. No teriyaki sauce just explosive sauce. We eat spicy teriyaki all the time at other places and while we love spicy food, this made our tongues numb and couldn't taste flavor, only intense heat. Calm down on the peppers!!

My family loved our food. Everything was hot and fresh and delicious and the ambience of the restaurant was calm/quiet/relaxing, WE WILL BE GOING BACK FOR MORE FOOD....

I normally don't write reviews but this made me so angry. Today, my mother and my kids walked to this restaurant from Winco. This was during the lunch rush and the cashier didn't even give them 30 seconds before they rudely told them to hurry up and order. No water was offered and they weren't even given cups to get water. My kids said the food was ok at best but with the terrible customer service I recommend going somewhere else as there are better options around the area without the rude service.

We love Hana! This is always my husband's vote. We have tried a variety of entrees and apps, always good. Recently we had the sesame chicken (pleasantly surprised) and teriyaki chicken with spicy tuna roll combo and both were enjoyed.

Amazing food, amazing service the format of the place could be a little better. Overall amazing food.

We go there for the Chicken Yakisoba. You get a large portion and it's real good. 2 could split it. Tried the Teriyaki and it was good as well.
