Gyro Delight

Solid choice for gyros in lynwood. Much better than the one next to Fred Meyer. Definitely nice to get 2 gyros for under $12. It's not the most amazing or anything spectacular. It is just enough to satisfy the craving.

This place is semi-hidden, and it shouldn't be. It's tucked between two buildings, so it makes the area quieter than usual. I ordered to go, and it was still a really good experience. The food was still warm when I got home, and it tasted delicious. The price isn't too bad with how much food you get either. The service was very quick. I'll definitely be returning.

I walked in 5 minutes before close, staff was cleaning up - they promptly took my order without hassle.Food was great, fresh, hot! No complaints! Good prices too.

Great food! I have been here more than once and it's just that good. Their stuff is fresh -- the meat is never dry and they seem to always have more food for your buck. My family and I love this establishment. Gyros is good; the plates as well as dessert -- aka, their chocolate baklava. To make things interesting, we got take out this time. I got the Gyro plate and I was definitely craving french fries this time :D (Greek Fries are so much better when you get them piping hot and fresh!) I LOVE lamb so I definitely loved the seasoning and taste. It was under the bed of french fries and the salad was fresh, filled with tomatoes, olives and feta cheese. The vinaigrette was great - very light. They serve extra pita - fluffy and soft with tzatziki sauce.

Gyro Delight is the best place to get gyro sandwiches in the Seattle area IMO. Being from Chicago, my wife and I are biased after realizing that they sourced their meat from the same company that many gyro spots in Chicago use. The meat is always flavorful with a touch of crispness. I'll admit I often eat half of the fries before touching the gyro. The fries can be crispy or soggy at times, but that doesn't bother me since this is often the case at gyro spots in Chicago. The dining area at Gyro Delight is fine and the service is great. We just love a good gyro with fries and a drink. At some point I'll need to try some other things on their menu.

Have tried this place twice in the recent years, and have to admit it is ranked lowest on our list compared to the other gyro options available in Lynnwood.Both times the meat was unseasoned and very bland, and that ruins the full gyro in my book. They have "combo" and discount prices, but will happily ring you up at full price if you don't notice the signs.

Recommended. I have been eating at Gyro Delight for years whenever I'm in the mood for gyro. I get either the gyro sandwich, gyros plate, or gyros salad. Great value, super friendly staff, and clean.
