More like 3.5 stars but I'll give it 4 bc the lady behind the counter was so nice. I was excited to try this place based on the high reviews and bc I never tried Guam food. Tucked in a mall food court, this stand certainly stands out from the typical food court stand. We ordered a fiesta plate and a bbq rib plate. Overall the food was pretty good - the sides definitely stand out as more flavorful and unique. I really liked the rice. The actual meat however was bland and really tough. The ribs were so dry; chicken definitely more juicy. And the meat was so light- definitely needed some sauce for flavoring. And I'm someone who does NOT like too much seasoning. Overall this is a cool place to try Guam food but I'm not sure I would come back. Sadly just lackluster for me.

If you had Hawaiian and loving it--Well meet the smoky chicken and super spicy coconut curry dipping sauce that had you smack yourself. The portion is beyond generous, so the price tag matches what I would call feed a family of three adults! The egg rolls hit the spot, but the red rice, the red rice is where the wow effect smack you in the face. Honestly, since the chicken is one of the most endangered species, per Kat williams, justice for the chicken is done here. Left with only bones so it can reincarnated. The shrimp balls is an upgraded version of those dusty dried ass hush puppies. If you have a few minute wait for the fried banana egg rolls. Take it from me, I've been eating all over the world.. this one is worthy.

Guam food is hard to find in Washington. When we saw this place open, we were super excited. When we first went, we were in line and we actually ended up turning around because their plate food was packaged into styrofoam container. So next time, we ended up bringing our own glass tupperware. They gladly used our tupperware. We got... Chicken plate Rib plate Empanadas Dessert Sides are all the same between rib and chicken plate but only difference is 3 chicken thigh vs 3 pork ribs. Both of the meat were very flavorful. In each plate there were... Red rice: much better than other red rice i've had. Chicken keleguan: not my thing but hubby said it was legitCucumber salad: refreshing Pancit: goodShrimp pattie: didnt see shrimp in my pattie. It was all veggies and batter. Potato saladLumpiaFenadene Personally, I would have preferred more meat and less sides. The main bbq kind of got lost in all the sides. I would have given 5 stars but ended up taking one star off because of the styrofoam containers.

Great customer service. Everyone was very friendly and were happy to answer any questions customers had. Food was good. The chicken and ribs have great flavor. The sides that come with the plates were pretty good too. They have a handful of other things on their menu other than the plates but they sell out pretty quickly including weekdays so it's best to come when they first open (11am). I'm planning to come back to try the other sides I didn't get to try as well as the desserts. I'll post an update when I do. It's located inside the Everett mall food court. It's definitely better than typical food court food but you will get the same quick service convenience. Pricing is reasonable too. The portions are a good size and they give you lots of sides. If you're at the mall or in the area, I recommend trying this place out.

Food was tasty, looked really fresh, and service was fast. Prices are a little high for a food court but portions are large.

If you're missing the flavors of Guam, THIS is the place to satisfy your cravings.Guam Grub serves everything I've been missing about food from home. The menu is perfect. Not overwhelming, straight to the point. We got the "Fiesta Plate" which had red rice, bbq ribs & chicken, pancit, shrimp patty and wonderful (just the right amount) sides of potato salad & chicken kelaguen just to name a few. We also got the ultimate "omg I miss eating Chamorro food so bad" empanadas! YES, those empanadas. Their customer service was also amazing. The wonderful face behind it all greeted us with open arms and made us feel welcome. We will definitely be back for more! Thank you, Guam Grub for bringing a taste of home to Washington!

We tried Guam Grub not long after they opened. We've never had Guamian food and we were not disappointed! We ordered a little bit of everything to share. The chicken was flavorful. The sides of red rice and pancit perfectly complemented the main dish. The ribs were tender and well seasoned. Our order also included some shrimp & veggie "fritters" which were amazing. The staff was super friendly and gave us generous portions. I love that this is a family-owned small business and not a big chain. I'm looking forward to going back and trying some of the foods that they had run out of.

I pre ordered half trays of the ribs, chicken and 25 pieces of lumpia and shrimp patties. Prepaid for delivery and made a change to pick up my order 30 minutes sooner. Julita worked with me and kept me updated on my order. Our family FEASTED on traditional dishes I grew up on. Everything was exceptional and I'm delighted with the quantity and quality of Guam Grub's dishes. Our family will be stopping in or ordering out whenever we are in the Greater Seattle area. Thank you, Julita for helping our celebration be that much more incredible!!

We heard about this place through friends in Seattle. Since I was up north it was the perfect excuse to give it a shot.Tried the empanadas and they were the best we've had outside of Guam. A+The aptly named "Fiesta Plate" is reminiscent of what you'll see at a house party in Guam. Red Rice, chicken kelaguin, potato salad, lumpia, a killer shrimp patty, ribs and more. Topping it off was the friendly vibe. It does have that family feel for sure. If you haven't tried Guamanian/Chamorro food - it's fun. If you have and you're craving it - this is your spot.

Everytime I wanted to try Guam Grub it's been closed the times I went but today was the day that I finally got to try it out! Located in the food court of Everett Mall, so it's pretty lowkey but you won't regret coming at all!! The lady who took my order was super nice and her service was great! She had multiple customers and it looked like she was working alone but she was calm and collected and made sure all her customers were taken cared of! First time here so the menu was a little confusing to me but I decided to try the Fiesta Plate, which came with a little of everything from the menu. You get two scoop of red rice and a scoop of potato salad to eat with all the proteins that you get, my favorite was their chicken thigh! It was well marinated, juicy and had a little nice charred from the grill. It also came with a spicy soy sauce/vinegar sauce to dip your protein with, and also a side of pickled cucumber which had a nice acidity that works well with the salty protein! I also ordered their Turon(banana lumpia) those were crispy, sweet and delicious! Overall, I'm defiantly coming back next time and even thinking catering from them in the future too!
