I wanted a Regular Cream Soda...I was given milk and sparkling water.... I regret tipping her because she led me to believe she knew what I meant. Gonna have to go pick up a A&W cream soda.

First time at Grounds, luckily for us we had super helpful baristas that had suggestions and gave us the time to decide on the plethora of drinks and food available. All of our drinks were worth the drive. Even the pup cup for my dog was fabulous!! Great for human and dogs alike!!

First time going and the drinks were delicious! Just as shown online! People were very kind and helpful. Worth the 25 minute drive for sure (:

It is with my deepest concerns and worries that I am here writing this today. I have been to Grounds Coffee on many different occasions and I can say that the drinks are pretty standard and turn out very appeasing and delicious when they leave the window. There are but a FEW employees who never disappoint and are always friendly. This is to go without saying the owner of this said stand, is quite the opposite. I have been approached many times by an older looking woman around her late 50s-early 60s that seems to overly rush her employees, and keeps her sentences short when speaking with customers. Not a lot of the small fun filled conversations I have with some of the other baristas. Having been a past barista, I can understand the anxiety that comes with running a stand and being a general barista. It is already stressful enough memorizing drinks and orders especially when they are not on display. I fear that her employees are receiving more negative judgement than positive. I have tried to give this woman peace of mind and have also attempted relating to her. But seeing how her employees are spoken to, should not go unnoticed. Not to mention during this previous cold winter, I noticed that the employees always had the windows open. My! I wonder how cold it could get in those little stands. Apparently, the owner requires her workers to KEEP the windows open at all times to increase the amount of paying customers. Due to safety food regulations, hats and gloves are typically never allowed. By abiding by this, the baristas are making drinks (sometimes iced ones!) with bare freezing hands and only a thick jacket to keep them warm. My deepest concern is that all employees are treated with some grace and respect. And it also goes to show why I never see any of the past baristas at this stand anymore. Part of me would like to imagine they had a good conversation before heading out, but my speculations say otherwise. Unfortunately, I will not be attending this stand anymore. My apologies go out to all of the friendly and upbringing baristas that I have had the pleasure of meeting.

I wouldn't call myself a coffee snob...that's pretentious...but I AM particular about my coffee. Some things I like, some things I don't and I'm always up for a recommendation when it's time for a change. With my usual place closed temporarily and needing espresso STAT I popped down to Grounds on the advice of trusted friends and it didn't disappoint!Right off the bat the Owner greeted me and it was like an old friend. Huge plus especially during a Pandemic when we are all starved from human contact. The menu is extensive and, you guessed it, I was in need of a recommendation I ended up with White Zombie Americanos (white choco, white coffee for 2 times the caffeine!!!) She even added a little blackberry. It was divine and the best part was the syrups are Monin so all flavor and no corn syrup or junk that I can't typically have anyway. Total pick me up and I swear it set the tone for my day!I'm excited to return with the kids as they have an extensive menu sure to please all including smoothies and teas. Non-dairy selections are spot on too with hemp milk and "the good" oat milk..if you've ever had oat milk you will know they are NOT all equal! I brought home some sweet treats to use as bribes for the kids I am now home schooling and everyone is happy today!My only regret is not trying this fabulous shop sooner. If you plan it right you can get your coffee here, a treatment at the Beauty on Broadway Day Spa and a growler at the Cathcart General Store...one stop shopping!

This was delicious!!! I got the raspberry and crème, a mystery Red Bull and a mystery lotus. I didn't order whip on my energy drinks and I am seriously regretting it. Next time whip cream on everything as I ate every last drop of it on my drink!! This is a terrible location to get in and out of but dang do I want to go back. I'm kind of glad it isn't convenient. It will save my wallet and waist line. This coffee stand is desert in a cup. If you want to treat yourself head here.

Love my ladies at Grounds in Snohomish! Going there is the highlight of my day! The drinks are always amazing as well as the service!

Courtney and Sydney always make me the best drinks! I come in every day sometimes multiple times in the day just because of those 2. Very friendly and talkative as well

I use to be a regular at the Woodinville one, stopped going there because the mom and daughter who work there (one of them is the owner, or both) are so incredibly rude. I have heard this about them numerous times. Woodinville is a small town, they don't have a good reputation. So I stopped going to that one and started trying the Snohomish one, unfortunately they are always out of things so I have given up with this one too and go down the road to a much better (much cheaper) coffee stand down the road. From what I have heard the owners treat that store like the ugly step child and it shows. The baristas are great, nothing against them but I just feel bad for them, I have heard horror stories about how the owner treats their employees. I have seen multiple reviews about the owners and I agree. They better be careful and get their heads on straight before they lose another location.

My go-to place for Italian sodas and coffee!They do something special by adding candies to their drinks. The sprinkles and candy make their already great Italian sodas and coffee even better.
