Grounded Espresso

i go there at least 3 times a week. they know my name and they know what i'm gonna order every time. they check in with me and talk to me about my dog that they've watched grow up basically since he was a puppy. love all the workers and they make you feel good no matter what u order whether it's healthy or unhealthy. no matter what they have always been nice

I'm always on the lookout for a great new coffee stand and Grounded Espresso is currently the closest and thus a pretty regular stop for me. Overall, I really enjoy their menu. They have good smoothie options that my kids love, white coffee, and make a great sugar-free Red Bull Italian soda. They also, of the utmost importance to me, have a large selection of sugar-free flavors and usually have heavy cream on hand. I have experienced a few visits where they straight up put half n half instead of the heavy cream I specifically asked for and they acknowledged, so staff attention can be hit or miss, but usually they nail my order and provide friendly and efficient service with a smile. The only other thing of note really is that there's nothing particularly special about their coffee flavor which tends to separate the good stands from the truly special ones. It's convenient and serves my needs, though, even if it'll never be my favorite spot.

I look forward to this place. The lattes are the worth a a little drive out of the way.

I love supporting local, family-run businesses! Grounded Espresso offers delicious coffee with five alternative milk options (which is awesome for me!), yummy baked goods, endless selection of flavors for coffee (hot, iced, and blended), toddy shots and white coffee for when I need an extra boost of energy, and also lotus energy drinks (blue, pink, red, lemonade, and unsweetened) for plant-based, natural caffeine when I feel like having a tasty italian soda! And I cannot forget the kind & attentive baristas! They always make great conversation with me as they whip up my drink in a quick & efficient manner, which I really appreciate. I've even come across the owners, Tryg and Julie, at the stand while I come through and can see how much they care about their employees, their customers, and the overall experience at Grounded Espresso. I highly recommend

My favorite espresso stand! They make bomb iced & hot lattes for whatever mood I'm feeling and the baristas are always super sweet. Trivia Tuesdays are fun, too :)

Waited over 15 mins for coffee when they had a your barista will be back in a min signs :(( please consider posting a time so you don't waste your customers time

I came to Grounded Espresso hoping to get a couple of doughnut holes and a cup of coffee, but to my surprise bit into a moldy doughnut hole. In fact, the whole container was full of chocolate-covered doughnut holes. Though the coffee was fine, I'm still bitter about the doughnut holes.

I used to really like this place. Close to work, polite. But then the usual worker Monday mornings changed. The new girl pulled two sets of shots (one for me and the guy across from me), she put my shot in a paper cup to then finish making the other guys drink, ring him out, ring me out, and Then finish my drink. Coffee gets bitter when a fresh shot sits without anything to "hold the shot" and prevent it. Now she could have put something in the cup that I missed but I was watching her because she was new. This makes me uncomfortable to continue with this as a regular coffee shop. I'd rather not have bitter coffee

Superrrrrr slow service. The person ahead of me ordered 4 drinks and it took them 10 minutes to make. I finally get to the window and they only have 1 girl making drinks the other is doing the register. Maybe they should have both girls making drinks? When I used to make espresso we had 2 girls, both making drinks.... same size machine, we had our own steamer on both sides (as they did) and we just kept the shots cranking (when needed). Love the coffee, I was just bummed it took so long. When I fIbally got to the window they still had to make the lady on the other sides drinks that took an additional 5 min on top of the ten. Again I usually really enjoy the coffee but they could definitely find a way to maximize their time and customer service :)

Just the best! Prices are affordable and the baristas always remember my drink. All around great group of girls working here!
