FoodOn point! Had the Philly Cheesesteak, cesar salad, and Cubano burger, and everything was done really well. The Cheesesteak had a great cook, peppers were still crunchy, onions soft, beef well seasoned, the bread had exceptional flavor and was toasted well. My only thing was the inside fell through the bread as soon as I picked it up, so it turned into a knife-and-forker. The beef for the burger was well seasoned with a nice coarse but not too coarse grind, cooked perfectly and again well-seasoned. Fried piclelswas a good touch along with also having fresh veggies to add as toppings.ServiceGreat! We got to know the owner Matt and learned this location opened 5.5yrs ago while the Cool Springs location opened 9yrs ago. He was very personable while the food was ready quick. AmbianceI really enjoyed the feel of the space at the West Franklin location. Had a real comfortable, like I was eating at home feel. Will definitely be back to try other items on the menu!

The ordering procedure is kind of a mystery and earns a zero star for service. Upon entering I discovered a counter with three presumably employees behind it - all milling about doing their best to ignore me and the other couple of patrons that entered at the same time. No greeting. No direction as to choosing a table, waiting to be seated, or ordering from a kiosk at the end of one of the employee barricading counters. So the lesson I learned is that you walk in, go to the "procure a menu" section, make a choice, go to the self serve kiosk, order your selections, type in add ons and selected sides, pay with a credit card, and then sit at a table and see how much of the order they got correct after it is served to you.This self serve ambiance was further compromised by the lack of any procedures written or verbalized. Things I now know that I will share with you: 1) if you order a drink, reach behind the counter and grab a cup because they won't be on the tray that your food is served on. 2) if you want your fries crispy, you can check the "crispy" button while ordering but it won't do any good. 3) after deciphering the procedure and taking your own order, you will be prompted on your kiosk screen to select an amount to "tip" - exactly who am I tipping and for what I'm not sure.Now the food; burger was juicy and good - probably a four star. Chicken strips were moist but the coating lacked seasoning and left a two star lackluster impression. My fries were not extra crispy so I chose not to tip myself for not getting my own order correct.I really wanted to like this place but it gets a zero percent chance for a return visit.

Gotta love this place!!Small town burger joint in Franklin, TN amazing food, small town atmosphere and awesome staff. I just placed and order to go, which you'll have to do there as they aren't currently taking to go orders over the phone. It is really easy though, walk up to the counter (basically to the kitchen) and use the large touch screen to place your order, they make it really really easy to customize your food with their POS system. I got two Pioneer burgers to go with fries and they were all done and ready to go in less than 10 min. The staff was super nice, some young hard working gentlemen, and the place was clean and had a great small town diner vibe. I definitely recommend it here!

Burgers are pretty good!! Chicken tenders I would definitely skip next time. Also I would order ahead if you can or else it takes awhile. Not a bad option just outside of downtown Franklin.

Brought my 97 year old mom at 3pm. She wanted a hot coffee..there was none made, so the young lady behind the counter went and immediately brewed a pot...thank you.And BTW, burgers were delicious!

My husband had the four alarm burger with fries, I had the grilled cheese with tater tots. The service was terrific. I requested a customization on my sandwich and it was no problem. We ate outside and except for the flies, it was nice.
