Ground Restaurant - Cool Springs

We had the wagyu burgers and they were delicious! Super friendly team, quick service and good food!

The staff was friendly and placed our order on two plates when we said we were sharing the Ground melt. I would give them 5 stars. The food was good but the hand cut fries were outstanding! Something about them tasted better than most fries you get anywhere else. The atmosphere is ok but felt cramped. The hallway heading to the gender neutral restrooms was full of cleaning supplies and other things. The restroom I used felt a bit dirty and the hand soap container was off the wall and perched on something that made it hard to use- please fix it ! Those things brought my rating down, but food and service were good.

Pricing is good at $12 for burger and fries, but you get what you pay for. Average (old brown) ground meat, kinda dry burger and average fries, nothing special. Quantity of fries were good and burger toppings seemed fresh. Employees were friendly but I'll stick with 5 Guys or Shake Shack.

Fast and friendly. Pretty easy to order the basic on their ordering machine, but if you want to add or change things it can be a little confusing. Very clean. Food is always delicious.

Service was very good. Ordering was a bit unique with the self service order and payment system, but it made for a very efficient experience. Food was excellent! Burger was cooked perfectly.. the patty melt was outstanding. My wife enjoyed a buffalo chicken sandwich which also was cooked well. Fries were seasoned well and crispy!Worth coming in if you are craving a good burger!

Grounds restaurant is bomb. I had the chili cheese baked spud and the apple walnut salad. Both were delicious! The staff were so welcoming, polite and friendly. I wish I had visited more during my short stay in Tennessee.

Wow! Thank you for existing. I honestly think these burgers are delicious. If I can say that of a colder version of the burger, I know the fresh version would be even better. This place is located in a shopping center next to a sushi place and a subway. The atmosphere is super chill. They have everything in the kitchen on the open so you see them cook your meal. I had my order to go so I didn't experience the customer service but I know it was pretty funny and super welcoming when I came to pick up my food. Everything seem clean. I would definitely be back when I come to the area. They are also worth just coming to the area for a great burger.Come check them out!

Burgers are the best around. I also enjoyed the mushrooms and now I order them on all future trips. I also order on line and when I arrive, i walk in, grab a chair, wait a couple of minutes and bam, I'm eating like a king.

My wife and I visited Ground restaurant in early October 2024. The restaurant offers self seating dine-in and takeout. The restaurant also offers alcohol drinks.We both ordered an Impossible Cheese Burger with sweet potato fries. The burger was nicely flavored with tomato, onion, and lettuce. The sweet potato fries were freshly fried and lightly salted.Service was prompt and very friendly.Overall, I recommend this restaurant.

Amazing. If you want Franklin's best burger, ask for Ray! She is a gem and brings great food and m atmosphere. 5/5.
