Grill on 21

I just left the Grill on 21, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and given some of the best prepared drinks I've had in awhile. I had a rather bad day at work, but the staff, with their hospitality made me feel better.Julian, the bartender who helped me, was especially gracious. I ordered the lamb chops of the menu, and he talked to the chef about my minor substitutions. They were delicious. Food was phenomenal, drinks were better... and the staff - beyond compare. Check this place out... you won't be disappointed.

Bar service is extremely SLOW!!!!!Order 2 drinks at a time if you don't want to wait an eternity!!!!!Haven't had the food yet but I'm hoping it's better than the bar. Ambiance is nice but ......

Went here on a friday night and this place was amazing. When we first walked in, it was quite empty at 8pm so we had some iffy thoughts but this place turned out to be a hidden gem. It was also very quiet when we walked in but thankfully music started playing around 8:30pm. About the food, the grilled Octopus was absolutely amazing. The char, salt was perfect and it was very comparable to some of the best ones we've ate in Greece etc. The lamb chops and ribs were also great on top of the drinks, making this dinner one to remember. Our server was really nice too. Highly recommend!

Stayed in the hotel, had drinks at the bar twice (once with fries - they are outstanding! The aioli that comes with them makes them even better). Also had brunch at a table, and the food was good quality but missed a few points in execution. Burger overcharred and undercooked, missing elements from the menu. Bartenders also a bit inconsistent. Those that were good were really good but another woman who made a couple of our drinks lacked the same touch. One of them I asked to exchange it was so imbalanced. But it's a beautiful place and the live music on Friday night was quite good. I'd give it a 3.5 if I could but a 4 would be misleading.

Beautiful restaurant on the 21st floor of the hotel. I sat at the bar and ordered the calamari. The bartenders were great and very attentive. The calamari was a 4/5, not the best I've ever had but I would return to try other menu items. The bar area was fairly busy on a Friday evening but still comfortable for a solo diner.

Really great breakfast. We were comped breakfast for $50 off of two. Service was great and ambience changes depending on the time you go to eat. The coffee was very bold and strong. Worth getting the paid breakfast.

I found this place on TikTok. It was definitely a hidden steakhouse on the 21st floor of a hotel. It was a nice atmosphere with great live music, but I didn't realize there wouldn't be any windows up there. We had the best waitress I've ever had, she was so attentive, willing to make a specialty cocktail, and was extremely friendly. The wedge salad was very tasty and fresh. The tuna tartare was a 4/5, not the best I've ever had, but definitely tasty (mostly avocado). Wish there were more chips. The wagyu was absolutely incredible, but wish it included sides. The merengue ice cream dessert was good and different, but mainly just ice cream and kind of hard to eat. We made a reservation, but it wasn't that busy. I would go back for the steak, but that's probably it.

Elegant, entertaining, and engaging. Everything was 5 stars and above. The food first and foremost was delicious. Everything came out more than great. The steak frites was to die for and most definitely we will come back for. The broccoli cheddar soup was very good. Artichoke casserole was definitely not a casserole but very tasty. Mac n cheese was delicious! Chris, our waiter, was super knowledgeable, polite, funny, and personable. It was our anniversary so he brought us out champagne on the house which I did not expect but was super appreciative to receive. It was such a great start to our night. The dessert was also amazing and Chris even brought us out more espresso so I could drenched it just the way I like. The drinks were also perfect and Chris knew so much about the wine I was definitely inspired. The jazz band out in the lobby was such a great vibe too. 10/10 would recommend!

Their service was extremely poor. I ordered ahead and my order was cancelled twice. I went in and waited over an hour for my meal. I was disappointed to find that my meal was inaccurate after speaking with the front end manager. The taste of the food was great but would have been much better if they paid attention to detail and delivered in a timely fashion and gave me the correct order
