Greek Cafe

This place has awesome food. Always fresh!Seasoned perfectly. Service is always good.

Driving north on 65, about 30 miles to go, singing off key to a classic Queen song, watching for the buffalo on the hill, minding my own business, when out of the blue my husband says "we need to eat something. Where do you want to go?" I'm awakened from by roadtrip coma. I shake my head trying to make a coherent statement and sentence when the inevitable "I dunno" slides right out. It's straight to Yelp. Lot's of fast food, nope. Then I spot a 4 1/2 star restaurant but we'd have to get off at the next exit. A half mile and 3 lanes to cross, we get off the exit only to be in the wrong lane. A fellow driver must have taken pity on us with our out of state plate and let us cross in front of him, making him miss the light. We get to Greek Cafe and we were the only ones there. They advertised a lunch special but, thank goodness, we only ordered gyros, they were almost too large for one person to eat. I had the lamb and beef gyro while my husband had the mixed grill shawarma. Gyro oand chicken with grilled onions and peppers. They were off the grill rather quickly and I went through the topping bar with speed. It was pretty out so we opted to eat on the patio. Both gyro were delicious and huge. I was able to get through about 3/4 of it before I reluctantly had to stop. My husband managed to finish his and the rest of mine. Better put - we didn't have an opportunity to eat again until after we checked into our air bnb in San Jose. By then we were getting a little hangry but it was also almost 10 hours since lunch.We'll make sure to build time into our travels to the airport so we can visit Greek Cafe again.

First time at this establishment! Not disappointed at all! Very good food and very respectful staff! Very clean and organized. Quiet but very nice to be able to sit and dine in peace. The gyro entre plate was most excellent! Highly recommend! 10/10

If you don't know any better and have never had really good Greek food, you won't mind this place. The food was bland and literally gave cafeteria/hospital vibes. The salad was mostly browning and wilted. Tables had a film on most and the place definitely needs a deep cleaning. Paper towel holders on tables were rusted out and/or dirty. I took a bite and threw it out. Yellow box riced, bagged salad mix and frozen chicken. Horrible. Would never go back.

Food is actually very good and the employees are generally kind. There is a bit of a language/culture barrier but I've only had good experiences here, especially with the chicken kabobs

Excellent locally owned. Crushed a single gripper (you grip and finish it). CEO came up with the boys. Luke sat this one out. Bens mom came. Dickey Lee, Ben and his mom got salads. Bill went to the liquor store. My kind of place. No fluff or frills. Solid Greek (not Macedonian...big difference) food.

Falafel. I love Falafel. They do Falafel properly. They aim to please. They are clean, polite, and provide indoor and outdoor seating. Thank you for being in this community now and for over 23 years!!!

This deserved zero stars! YUCK. Not only is the man taking your order rude, but the food wasn't even good. My husband who eats anything, actually commented how the Lamb tasted like the refrigerator. The appetizer humus had no flavor at all, and we got one pita bread for $8.The kicker was the very, rude cashier, who took our order. After paying and waiting, He called for my husbands order. He only handed my husband his order, not mine. He then starts to make my veggie wrap. He asked what I wanted on it. I named one veggie, and cheese (for which he put a teaspoon of cheese sprinkled on it, I asked for more and that ticked him off.) I didn't get to add any more veggies, because that rude man turned his back on me and ended up pushing around 2 other men's jobs. He push aside the cook, and cooked it himself. He went to the counter and moved that guy from his job. Then almost threw the wrap at me. Needless to say, it had NO taste, No flavor- it was Bla! We both threw our meals away after a few bites. I guess we are spoiled because we get Great green food in Bellevue, with fresh products. We happened to be in Franklin and was SO disappointed. We Won't ever be back!!

I have since returned to this restaurant several times. I have not had the same 'rude and unreasonable' service as I did the first time. The food is good and a good value for what you get. The customer service still needs some major changes. However, it is better than it was. The orders have been correct, generous portions, and quick service. The restaurant is not as clean as it should be, including the bathrooms. It really could use a little updating. The last 2 visits were an improvement, so I'm changing my rating to be fair. (I only returned because I was with other people, but glad we gave it another chance).

Delicious food! We luv Greek Cafe. A healthy option the entire family! The staff is friendly and engaging.
