What a great place! When it comes to quick-serve Greek cuisine, Greco sets the bar quite high. Located in the scenic Newbury Street, Greco is a cozy, comfortable, and inviting fast casual restaurant with great, fairly priced food. You can dine inside or on their dog friendly patio seating. Keep in mind that the inside and patio seating areas are a bit small, and there's limited seating. We arrived for lunch with our small dog and settled in on their lovely patio. We ordered the chicken gyro plate with lemon pilaf ($16) and an order of their Classic Loukoumades ($8). The dish was bursting with flavorful bits that were simply divine when paired with a dollop of tzatziki sauce. The loukoumades were equally as enjoyable. They were crispy and airy, striking the perfect level of sweetness and flavors. A really enjoyable way to round out our meal. For those seeking top-notch Greek fare without the fuss, but with plenty of friendly service and quality food ingredients, GRECO is a must visit!

Good quick stop in for food. Lunch prices around ~$13-16. I got the plate, halloumi, spicy feta and with zucchini chips. Overall very impressed. Service was quick (sat for 2-3min at lunch time and already had food) and indoor seating looked nice but I took to go. I really liked the zucchini chips, they were tasty and crisp, and something that feels a lot easier to convert to frying at home than even potato wedges. I have had them on my mind for a couple days though and try to recapture the experience. Halloumi was good, spicy feta not too much but good and flavorful, and nice bed of veggies for whole dish. Other than those thoughts, really good lunch from what looks to be a local chain. I would definitely recommend.

This is a fun spot in Newbury Street for Greek food. I love Greek food so I always want to stop by a local Greek restaurant when I am traveling. They had an outdoor seating area filled with people. You then go down the stairs and enter the main shop. From there you can pick if you would like a gyro or a platter and choose from the options available. It is quality Greek street food for an affordable price. I ordered a chicken gyro to go. They cut the meat right in front of me. I loved the tzatziki sauce and french fries. Be sure to order the zucchini chips. It was my first time trying it and they were amazing. One thing I didn't notice until it was too late was the Greco app. You could download it and place your order for $3 off your first order. By that time it was too late for me. Make sure you download the app to get the membership. If you are anything like me you will be coming back here again very soon.

This food is so FREAKING AMAZING. Honestly you are getting fine dinning quality in a casual restaurant that delivers such good food. I went here for dinner three times in two weeks and each time it was consistently good. The halloumi and zucchini chips were my go to. The fries with feta are also delicious. They carry an array of Greek imported drinks. The dips.. oh the dips!! The Tirokafteri aka spicy feta is just out of the world as is the tsaziki. The plates are generously portioned. The yaya donuts are SO GOOD!! I honestly tried almost everything and I can't say not one bad thing. Staff goes above and beyond. They want customers to be happy. They even take customers minutes before close. Amazing spot.

Yummy place for a delicious greek lunch. I got the bowl with arugula, rice,lamb gyro, tomatoes, cucumbers and pickled onions. We also got the hummus, tzatziki and avgolemono soup. Everything was delicious especially the hummus and the lamb. Lovely outdoor tables and a nice clean bathroom. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend this casual eatery!

Other than the person taking my order seeming like she didn't want to be here, this place was amazing! It's a small restaurant and had a bunch of business guys waiting in line (similar to a cava lunch rush) but ordering was pretty quick with only 4 people in front of me! I got the build your own salad with chicken gyro and the tzatziki. The toppings I chose were roasted red pepper, pickled onions, tomatoes, and the crispy chickpeas which were so good! I asked for the white wine vinaigrette on the side but they accidentally put some on my salad before they realized. You also get a full pita with it. It was a large portion and delicious as a takeout meal!

No frills, quick service, quality food place on newbury. I got a simple gyro with pork and it was hearty and filling. I mean you can't go wrong with meat, pita, sauce and fries but still :)Will be back for sure when I'm in Boston next

Overall good, good flavor, but could have a better layout in the store. Couldn't sit face to face with my friends.

My experience at Greco was very memorable. The food was fresh and delicious, and the staff was inviting and approachable. We sat outside on the patio on Newbury Street, which was a beautiful atmosphere and the perfect balance between busy and private. The staff made conscious efforts to form personal connections with guests and make us feel like valued customers. The service was quick and my meal was brought out 4 minutes after ordering, and the quality of the food was still fresh and aesthetically prepared. This was my first of many visits to Greco, and I'm excited to try out their other dishes!

My first time at Greco was great- I will be returning very soon! The person taking my order greeted me with a large smile before I arrived to the counter. Food was ready within 5 minutes. Music was fun and upbeat. Overall a great, authentically Greek atmosphere and I felt very well taken care of.
