Great State Burger

Aw man Bellevue Great State Burger, more like bad state burger. If you're looking for a burger, I'd wait til you leave the mall for a better one.I came here on lunch break and having had Great State at a standalone location and found it pretty good, my expectations were set. It disappointed here.First off it seemed they were kind of disorganized. I approach the counter and the guy taking orders walks away without saying anything then the cook comes over and the order guy comes back, it just looked weird and was curious why the one guy didn't just say, be right with you. It's not like there was a big crowd. Just a weird interaction.The biggest problem was the burger itself, I decided to keep it simple with a cheeseburger. It didn't deliver, plain and simple. It looked like it was already made and seemed more evident since it came out so fast. The bun was dry as was the burger. The cheese was not melted, and it was not at all like the last time I had a Great State burger. Again, it wasn't even busy so I can't excuse them.They get an additional star because the shake was pretty good. Beyond that, I'd avoid this Great State, that does not live up to its name.

The burger tasted decent but what you get doesn't match the price you're paying for it.The entire experience reminds me of Dick's but twice the cost. The burgers are just a bit small for the price they demand. It also took a really long time in comparison to the food I did get. When I saw my food to eat it, it looked like they could have thrown it together in just a few minutes but it took much longer.The taste is something I would come back to if I had a gift card to this place.I was pleased with how much fries they gave me but again you're paying for every single one of those I guarantee it.I don't regret the experience but would most likely venture outside of the mall for my next meal.

KINDA PRICEYProbably 3 1/2 stars is closer to my actual rating. I stopped here on Saturday, July 16, 2022 to eat here for the first time. That's because McDonald's in Bellevue Square has been closed since the beginning of the pandemic. I ordered one Great State Burger for $7.00 plus tax, plus a cup of water. That's it. I just now ate the burger and it tasted fine, but not $7.00 worth fine, as this place was a bit pricey. Also the menu is a bit limited. BUT ALSO FAST AND FRIENDLYBut the service was fast enough! And friendly enough. And I suppose the menu has to be limited in order to get faster service. But what impressed me was that there was no line despite the shopping center being fairly crowded that day. And remember, there was no competition from McDonald's. So I figured their prices might be part of the reason why. Also, there are several tables for eating right near the walk up line in the restaurant (similar to McDonald's).

Stopped here to get a burger for my young daughter. I specifically asked if they were big burgers (never been here before). They said burgers were 1/3 lb. Given that's bigger than a quarter pounder from McDonald's, I determined she would split the burger with her brother.Burger is the same size as a McDonald's CHEESEBURGER. It is NOT 1/3 lb. And it cost $7. Plus fries and soda (and bacon added), and my daughter's meal is $17. They charged my other daughter $4.25 for 6oz orange juice, and would not budge on making an exception because she doesn't drink soda. Ridiculously overpriced for the food you get.

After initially thinking the prices were really cheap here. I just realized that the serving sizes were actually really small. Overall, the food was pretty good. We had the Bob's Burger and french fries, but they seemed completely understaffed and it took way longer than expected to get our order in and food. Probably wouldn't come back again unless somebody wanted to try this spot. There are other burgers spots in the mall and around the area

Very limited menu and tiny sizes for high prices. For context, the burger was the size of a standard McDonald's hamburger and 5x the price Taste wise was pretty average.

High price and tastes bad! Please save your money!I'd rather go to any local fast food place.

We were waiting next door and thought it would be good to try this out. The burger is decent for what it is. The burger had a good texture and was made fresh. I think there was just something slightly off with the flavors, but it did its job of a quick snack before our meal.

Where to begin ...... Burger thin, way overcooked, flavorless (other than being really salty) and overpowered by being drowned in sauce... Crinkle fries were not crinkle fries... Milkshake weakly flavored... Prices are unjustified for the productService - unfriendly, and unable to get order straight. Ordered two burgers, one crinkle fry, and two vanilla milkshakes. Received two fries and one milkshake. When I said I was supposed to get two milkshakes and not two fries, the employee shrugged his shoulders saying "sorry" and pointing me back to the line to order. Got in line and ordered the 2nd milkshake and realized later I was charged $2 more for the milkshake - same size, same flavor, $2 different.Never again.

Burger was edible but just that. Way too small. Onion rings were overdone but get this...$7.00 and we got 5 onion rings...well done; no extra charge....don't, just don't!
