I used to visit the Mountlake Lake Terrace location many many years ago and had memories of stepping through the door, being intoxicated by the aroma and greeted with a warm, fresh piece of bread and a slab of butter on it... Who could resist that and who could not buy several loaves of bread as a result?! Today I drove 8 miles to get a fresh loaf of that delicious bread because I was in Bellevue anyway, but my experience was so meh I didn't even buy a loaf of bread. It was about 8:15 AM, but this IS a bakery, so I wouldn't expect them to not have any fresh bread. I was sad to learn that they didn't have any bread that was baked today. They only had bread baked yesterday and it's the same price at $9 a loaf baked yesterday as today. At first I was told they didn't have any samples but then the gal said she could give me a slice of bread from the Sandwich bar so I accepted the offer. What I got was a heel slice with so little butter I could barely see it. The taste of the honey wheat was not remarkable. I was tasting some "other" flavor and I can't put my finger on what it was, but overall I was not a fan.I was pretty underwhelmed and decided to get a breakfast sandwich to experience what the Dakota bread might taste like. The sandwich was the size of a slider and the bread was so tough and dry, it looked and tasted like it had been microwaved. I wound up giving 3/4 of the sandwich to the crows but after that I ended up just leaving and not purchasing any bread to take home. Sorry to be writing such a review, I was so excited to get my hands on some of that good great harvest bread again, maybe a different location would be a better experience? I'll try Bellingham next time I'm there.

Great bakery spot that makes breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Lots of gluten free choices. Service is always spot on. No dining room or tables outside, so this is a to-go option for me.

I've been a frequent customer of Great Harvest for over 8 years. A top quality I love is the Montana wheat that Great Harvest uses and that they grind it fresh before starting the day's baking. Who knew that I'd love their Old-Fashioned White sandwich bread just as much as their Honey Whole Wheat. I would be forlorn without them!

Fresh assortment of bread can easily be found here. I love that Great Harvest has a steady assortment of breads here that I know I can come and get. We love getting the Cinnamon Crunch Loafbread as it makes for delicious French toast. The cookies are a fave here as well. For the holidays, I'm always here to order stuffing bread and dinner rolls. Some of the breads are great but some are heavier & denser than my personal preference. I definitely appreciate how I can call ahead and ensure that they hold my orders until I get off of work.

We used to go here all the time, but then it was closed for a long time. Today I was there for another store, and on my way out I was amazed to see that Great Harvest was open again! But from reviews here, it sounds like it must have reopened a long time ago?? I'm so confused.Anyway. We love the round cinnamon bread here. I picked one up today. Sandwiches are great here too.I used to get the honey wheat loaves here long ago. SO much better than anything you can find at a grocery store at any price. But then I started making our own sandwich bread in a breadmaker. Almost as good, and a much better fit for the budget, especially now with three teenage boys.If you like baked goods and live near Factoria, you owe it to yourself to give this bakery a try.

Our favorite bread store. We usually get the whole wheat bread and their bread is different as it does not have sugar but is made with honey! The bread is soft and feels lighter than conventional bread! ... That also makes it expensive!The other breads we like are Challah which is super soft Asiago Pesto has a distinct delicious pesto taste,

I love getting the hearty breads from Great Harvest! We live in the north end and I wish the Lake Forest Park location was still open, but driving down to Factoria was worth it! So many varieties of loaves, our favorite is the Dakota with sunflower and pumpkin seeds. You actually feel healthier after eating a slice! We also got a cinnamon roll which was pretty good but I wish they were more fluffy, and also wish they came with cream cheese frosting. I look forward to going back and trying more of their menu!

If you want fresh bread at a great price, this is the best place to visit! Tons of variety to try, always fresh and warm. Fun trying their seasonal breads as well. The cinnamon chip makes delicious French toast.Inside is always clean and staff is friendly. Lots of parking available

We got takeout from this cafe after eating at their Fairbanks location and really liking it. Unfortunately some of our favorite sandwiches from the other franchise stores were not available at this one, but nonetheless we got the black bean patty sandwich and the egg salad sandwich. Both were fresh with moist bread and we loved the filling inside. I wish they would add Baja Chipotle Chicken to their menu.

I love this chain with all my heart.So you can probably get a gauge of how happy I was to get these catered to my team training.I had no idea plain white bread could be that good. I do not know what they do with their bread to make it so textured and flavorful. Their plain white bread.I had the egg salad sandwich ($9.45 on website) and it was high quality and divine.
