Great Harvest Bread

This is place is sooo good. I stopped in here to grab a baguette, and ended up leaving with an armful of bread. They lured me in with some samples and next thing I was hooked. Great staff, easy parking and some of the best bread ive ever had...My wife called it " crack "Will be back every time im in Bellingham.

Great Harvest has fresh bread daily and they also make different types of bread on different days of the week. They use real honey and milk flour everyday. I highly recommend checking out their list and monthly specials!

I was in town and wanted to pick up some treats for customer. I am so so happy i found this place. When you walked in, they made you welcome and offer some sample. I love scones so i tried the raspberry with cream cheese. I got 2 boxes of varieties for my customer and decided to 2 scones for myself. The bread looks great too! After I finish the first one I knew I had to go back and buy more for later. But by the time I retuned it was sold out!! I hope they keep this flavor because I will be back. Good location and have good parking space.

Since I moved to Bellingham, I have always been loyal to a different bread company, but I recently started trying Great Harvest and baby, I am never going back! During Covid, Great Harvest has created a drive through on the side of their building. When you arrive, you pull up and the daily menu is displayed in the window so you can see all the items they have fresh and ready. When you get to the "window" (sliding door) one of their friendly employees is there to run and get whatever fresh baked goodness you want! I recently got a Jewish friend one of their Challah bread and it was one of the nicest loaves I've ever seen, and she agreed. I went yesterday and picked up some of their Dakota seed loaf, which is made with tons of good seeds, and a loaf of their cinnamon sugar monkey bread and neither disappointed! Oh, also they sometimes give you a fresh slice of bread for free with your order so you can snack on the drive home... like what!!

Best bread in town!! Every time I purchase my bread from a chain grocery store wishing 2-4 days I have mold growing on it!! Even with a bread box and tight sealing. This bread is amazingly fresh and lasts so long. Plus every time you go in you're greeted with friendly hellos and a fresh slice of something from behind the counter! I only buy my bread here now. 10/10 go!!

I just got a big old loaf of challah yesterday and I can now see that this will be a tradition going forward. The service was fast. The space, bakery rustic.

I had a delightful experience at this place! The honey wheat bread is a must-try, and the complimentary slice upon entry is a nice touch. Couldn't resist buying a whole loaf after sampling the delicious honey variety. Highly recommend!

Great Harvest Bread is yet another Bellingham gem, of the only bakeries I've ever walked into and been offered a warm slice of the bread. I greatly appreciate the spectacular customer service. I'm looking forward to returning in the coming weeks as for the seasonal fall items; I highly recommend!!

Delicious freshly-baked breads, great service, and a free tasting sample with each visit... you can't go wrong. Great Harvest primarily sells bread for slicing, along with a few sweet options, all freshly-baked. There are a variety of grains used. This is one of my go-to spots when in town to visit family. Yummy!

Huge disappointment! I paid $11.00 for a loaf of cranberries and walnuts bread. It was so dry and flavorless I threw it away.
